Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai baik melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Kecamatan Semarang Tengah Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kecamatan Semarang Tengah dengan jumlah 98 orang, dengan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa employee engagement  dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Employee engagement, Kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.. Dari hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa OCB dapat memediasi pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.  This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Central Semarang District, Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study were all State Civil Apparatus in Central Semarang District with a total of 98 people, using a census technique or saturated sample. The data collection method used a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques used were path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that employee engagement and transformational leadership have an effect on OCB. Employee engagement, transformational leadership and OCB have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB mediates the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership on employee performance

Abstract

Aset adalah barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda tidak bergerak dan benda bergerak baik yang berwujud (tangible) dan tidak berwujud (intangible) yang tercakup dalam aktiva / kekayaan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen aset, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pengelolaan aset.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang sebanyak 93 orang. Metode sample yang digunakan yaitu sampel total (total sampling) atau sensus. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Selain itu analisis lain menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan aset pada Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang. Assets are goods or objects consisting of immovable objects and movable objects, both tangible and intangible, which are included in the assets / assets of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of asset management information systems, competence and organizational commitment on asset management performance.. The population in this study were 93 employees at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City. The sample method used is the total sample (total sampling) or census. The primary data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the study explain that asset and competency management information systems have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City. In addition, another analysis shows that the asset management information system, competence and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on asset management performance at the Pedurungan District Office, Semarang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi intrinsik, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening (studi kasus pada PT Pertamina (persero) Marine Region IV). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa kuisioner. Polulasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan TKJP PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Region IV yakni sebanyak 140 responden. Kuisioner diuji melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Kemudian analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis SEM, uji hipotesis, dan uji intervening.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan budaya kerja memimiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, and work culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (case study at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Region IV). The research method used is quantitative with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all TKJP employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine Region IV, as many as 140 respondents. The questionnaire was tested through validity and reliability tests. Then the data analysis was carried out through SEM analysis, hypothesis testing, and intervening tests.The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompentensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimedsiasi oleh personal organization fit. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 87 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan ASN di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi3.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja, dkisiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap personal organization fit dan kinerja pegawai, sementara personal organizational fit juga terbuktiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya pada uji pengaruh tidak langsung, personal organizational fit terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas kehidupan kerja, dkisiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja.  This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life, work discipline and competence   on employee performance by being mediated by personal organization fit. The number of respondents involved in this study were 87 respondents. All respondents are ASN in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Demak Regency. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that the quality of work life, work discipline and competence had an effect on personal organization fit and employee performance, while personal organizational fit was also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the indirect effect test, personal organizational fit was proven to mediate the indirect effect of quality of work life, work discipline and competence on performance.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the performance of teachers at the Al Hamdiyyah Foundation is less than optimal, and this study aims to analyze whether the influence of hierarchical culture, transformational leadership, technical competence affects performance and the use of job satisfaction whether it mediates hierarchical culture, transformational leadership, technical competence on teacher performance at the Al Hamidiyah Foundation. Research data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Respondents were 74 teachers, and the tool used was Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. This research is  an outer model that uses reflection indicators. Thus the measurement is carried out by means of a convergent validity test (convergent validity) and a discriminant validity test (discriminant validity). The results showed that, hierarchical culture had an effect on performance, transformational leadership had no effect on performance, technical competence had an effect on performance, job satisfaction had an effect on performance; Hierarchical culture has an effect on job satisfaction, however, transformational leadership and technical competence have no effect on job satisfaction.Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dimana kinerja guru di Yayasan Al Hamdiyyah kurang optimal, serta penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah pengaruh budaya hirarki, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi teknis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan menggunakan kepuasan kerja apakah memdiasi budaya hirarki, kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi teknis terhadap kinerja guru diYayasan Al Hamidiyyah. Data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Responden sebanyak 74 guru, serta Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini merupakan outer model yang menggunakan indikator refleksi. Dengan demikian pengukurannya dilakukan dengan cara uji validitas konvergen (convergent validity) dan uji validitas diskriminan (discriminant validity). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, budaya hiraki berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kompetensi teknis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; budaya hirarki berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja, namun demikian kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi teknis tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja

Abstract

The success of an institution is not only determined by many resources but also the human resources’ qualities and behaviours in the institution. Desired behaviour is the behaviour that can enhance the organizational quality that is Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The purpose of this research is to test the impact of Perceived Organizational support, organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) with servant leadership as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study using a survey with 52 respondents from Maria Mediatrix Middle School Semarang City, Central Java. Hypothesis testing uses the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) regression model. The result of the research shows that organizational support perception and commitment has different impact toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in Maria Mediatrix Junior High School, where the organizational commitment has significant impact while the organizational support perception is not. Servant leadership significantly affects organizational support perception relationship and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in Maria Mediatrix Junior High School.  Keberhasilan sebuah lembaga bukan hanya ditentukan oleh banyak sumber daya salah satunya adalah  sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan kualitas dan perilaku-perilaku yang timbul didalam lembaga tersebut. Perilaku yang diharapkan adalah perilaku yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas organisasi yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan servant leadership sebagai variabel moderating.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan survei dengan responden seluruh pegawai SMP Maria Mediatrix Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi model MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMP Maria Mediatrix, dimana komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sementara persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak. Servant leadership secara signifikan mempengaruhi hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMP Maria Mediatrix.

Abstract

The existence of growth caused by changes in demand, supply, inflation and population growth results in companies needing to pay attention to their capital structure. Capital structure is a problem for companies because it affects company value. To create an optimal capital structure, it is necessary to balance debt with own capital  This study aims to analyze the partial effect of liquidity and profitability on capital structure and whether sales growth can moderate liquidity and profitability on the capital structure of Property and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017–2020. The sample selection technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique and the results obtained are 35 companies. The results of this study indicate that liquidity is detrimental to capital structure, while profitability does not affect capital structure. Sales growth could not moderate the liquidity and profitability of the capital structure.

Abstract

While there is a large number of research work performed on presenting different factors influencing students' satisfaction with Higher Education institutions, there is a need to combine all these efforts and provide a comprehensive framework of factors influencing the students' satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the influence of service quality, facility, learning method on student satisfaction and image as a moderating variable. The respondents of this research are Semarang Sedes Sapentiae High School amounting to 96. The data were processed by using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that the service quality, learning methode influence student satisfaction, while the facility have no significant effect on student satisfaction. The result of the hypothetical test on moderation effect showed that image moderate the correlation between service quality and learning method with the student satisfaction, but image could not moderate the correlation between the facility with student satisfaction.Meskipun ada sejumlah besar penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menyajikan faktor-faktor berbeda yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa/siswa terhadap institusi sekolah, tetap ada kebutuhan untuk menggabungkan semua upaya ini dan menyediakan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa/siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan , fasilitas, metode pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan siswa dengan citra sekolah sebagai variabel moderating.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Sedes Sapentiae Semarang yang berjumlah 96 orang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, motode pembelajaran dan citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, sedangkan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis efek moderasi menunjukkan bahwa citra dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan metode pembelajaran dengan kepuasan siswa, tetapi citra tidak memoderasi hubungan antara fasilitas dengan kepuasan siswa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational culture and work competence on employee performance directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as an intervener. The research was conducted at PT TIKI Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir Area, East Semarang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires that included five variables with twenty seven indicators. The study was conducted using a census on all 36 employees, with a regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: there is a significant positive effect of Job Training on Organizational Commitment, while culture and competence have no effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, culture and organizational commitment have an effect on performance, while training and competence have no effect on performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai intervening. Penelitian dilakukan di PT TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Area Semarang Timur. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner yang menyajikan pertanyaan tercakup lima variabel dengan dua puluh tujuh indikator. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensus pada seluruh karyawan sejumlah 36 orang, dengan alat analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, sedangkan budaya dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. Disisi lain budaya dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh pada kinerja, sedangkan pelatihan dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja

Abstract

Certification is the most important component as proof that employees have expertise in their fields. This study aims to determine the factors that can improve the performance of the logistics function of the Central Java Regional Police. The independent variables in this study are Competence, Employee Commitment and Promotion and the dependent variable is work achievement with motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses quantitative methods by using questionnaires to collect the required data. The sample in this study were 82 employees of the Central Java Police logistics function. The analysis used is a structural equation model (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the competence and motivation have a significant effect on work achievement. The variable of Competence, Employee Commitment and Promotion have an influence on work motivation. While the variable of Employee Commitment and Promotion has no effect on work achievement. As a mediating variable, motivation succeeded in mediating the effect of employee competence and promotion on employee achievement but not for commitment to employee achievement. Sertifikasi merupakan komponen terpenting sebagai pembukti pegawai memiliki keahlian dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi yang dimiliki pegawai fungsi logistik Polda Jateng. Variable independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Kompetensi, Komitmen Pegawai dan Promosi dan variable dependennya adalah prestasi kerja dengan motivasi sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 pegawai fungsi logistik Polda Jateng. Analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis persamaan struktural / structural equation model (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Variable Kompetensi, Komitmen Pegawai dan Promosi memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. Sedangkan variable Komitmen Pegawai dan Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Sebagai variable mediasi, motivasi berhasil memediasi pengaruh kompetensi pegawai dan promosi terhadap prestasi pegawai namun tidak untuk komitmen terhadap prestasi pegawai.
