Jurnal Keker Wisata ini wadah publikasi yang fokus pada semua kegiaatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membina dosen dan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan, keterampilan, dan kemandirian dalam melaksanakan pengabdian pada masyarakat serta mempublikasikan dengan laporan kegiatan. Setiap laporan kegiatan pengabdian ini akan memaparkan hal-hal yang bersifat solutif bagi masyakata dan dapat di contoh oleh pengabdi lainnya. Skema kegitan dapat dilaksanakan secara kelompok yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa serta secara mandiri maupun di organisasi oleh Politeknik Pariwisata Batam melalui Puslitabmas. Adapun fokus dan scope publikasi kegiatan pengabdian melalui Jurnal Keker Wisata ini adalah Bansos, Sosialisasi, Pembinaan, Pelatihan, dan Pendampingan. Jurnal ini waktu terbitan dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Januari dan Juli. Semua artikel pengabdian yang masuk melalui OJS Jurnal Kekeran ini akan diproses oleh reviewer yang telah ditatapkan Puslitabmas sebagai bagian dari Dewan Redaksi Jurnal Keker Wisata

Abstract

This community service aims practicing and making the handicraft products that were produced to increase household income and also participate in developing their own regional tourism potential by making something or souvenirs that are characteristic of their region. The Sapta Pesona’s training was attended by the people of Buluh Island, both men and women, consisting of housewives, businesspeople and other people who have an interest in souvenirs. The training is carried out by providing education and outreach about one form of Sapta Pesona, namely Kenangan in the form of souvenirs which are then followed by exploration and practice of making handicrafts or souvenirs. The resulting output is that the trainees have additional expertise and are expected to start practicing and producing through creative industries which are currently increasingly advanced because they can be applied in various sectors one of which is tourism, which in turn can improve the people's economy, especially for the Buluh Island

Abstract

 Program Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pizza  ini memberikan alternatif pembelajaran terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik yakni guru-guru PAUD  / TK Gugus Cahaya Jingga Kecamatan Bintan Utara, Kabupaten Bintan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan atau proses belajar mengajar kepada anak didik  secara interaktif dan  dapat lebih berkreasi dalam proses belajar dan mengajar secara atraktif .  Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini  bertujuan  agar dapat  memahami cara pembuatan pizza namun dengan kreasi rasa varian yang asli Indonesia dengan  bahan-bahan yang mudah diperoleh serta tidak mahal sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan nilai jual serta dapat dijadikan bahan ajar kepada kelompok belajar sesama gugus di Kabupaten Bintan.   Metode pengabdian masyarakat meliputi  Sosialisasi Materi dan Referensi Pembelajaran disampaikan  dalam bentuk pemaparan dan tanya jawab kepada peserta dan pemaparan bahan melalui power point presentasi yang memuat referensi terkait  pengertian, asal usul, kreasi dan inovasi pizza   dan  peserta pelatihan kemudian dibekali pengetahuan tentang seluk beluk pizza dan proses pembuatannya secara demonstrasi yang nantinya kemudia dipraktekan di masing-masing kelompok. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelaksanaan dan hasil kegiatan dapat diidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam melaksanakan program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini.   Pelatihan pembuatan pizza ini sangat membantu bagi pendidik yang ingin memberikan suatu variasi dalam pembelajaran praktek karena cukup mudah dilakukan.

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector has a relationship with the economy which aims to improve the welfare of local people living around tourist sites. The creative industry through tourism has a different form with the typical elements of culture and traditions of the village that has the tourist location. The process of developing tourism villages requires an institutional role as a forum in collecting aspirations and supporting the success of the tourism sector. Conscious tourism is a fundamental thing that must be understood by every walk of life. High tourism awareness encourages people to actively participate in tourism development. Efforts to increase tourism awareness for the community in the Bakau Serip tourism village are very important, because this village is developing tourism. Bakau serip tourism village has a very strong tourism potential, but it has not been supported by the readiness of human resources. In addition, the level of tourism sandar of the Bakau Serip community is also still very low. This community service is one of the efforts to increase the understanding and quality of human resources in order to increase tourism awareness. The methods used are lecture techniques and participatory approaches. The community is directly involved in the training through interactive discussions. From the results of this training, the community has a strong understanding of the importance of developing tourism villages and raising awareness to be actively involved in the management of tourism villages. Social service or better known as social service is an activity a form of concern or humanity towards fellow humans. Where with this activity we can glue our sense of kinship towards others. The word social includes individuals and groups. Filial piety can be interpreted as binding (binding) oneself to oneself or other selves. This bond is in the form of care, a feeling of responsibility for the lives of others. Social service can mean giving something (to those who need giving).

Abstract

Ngenang Island, Nongsa District, Batam City is a tourist destination that has a variety of natural wealth that has not been visited by enough domestic or foreign tourists. Awareness of tourism from the community and the readiness of the community in one of its supporting elements, namely human resources, especially in terms of grooming, is expected to be one of the auxiliary values in increasing the flow of tourists, especially on Ngenang Island. Referring to the above, it is felt that it is necessary to develop tourism awareness and grooming for members of POKDARWIS Ngenang Island. It is necessary to conduct a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) so that POKDARWIS and other tourism drivers on Ngenang Island get a deeper analysis of what are the potentials and opportunities that can be achieved in the future in order to increase their tourism potential. From the mapping and initial hearings carried out before the activity and during the activity, the material was focused on public awareness of tourism and the importance of grooming elements, especially on the frontline / frontliner of Ngenang Island tourism

Abstract

Sapta Pesona began to be used and campaigned as a condition that must be realized in every tourist destination as well as natural, cultural, man-made and speciаl interests. Sаptа Pesonа is expected to creаte а comfortаble visitsto creаte а good impression for every tourist who comes. One of the destinаtion thаt is closely relаted to the community is а tourist villаge. In the tourist villаge, the аpplicаtion of the concept of tourism аwаreness аnd Sаptа Pesonа becomes аn importаnt thing in the bаse of its development to be аble to encourаge public аwаreness аs а good host. In аddition, the аpplicаtion of Sаptа Pesonа will аttrаct tourists to visit the plаce so it will rаise the community’s postion аs the recipient of mаximum beneficiаries from the effort.

Abstract

The phenomenon of tourism has existed since the existence of human travel from one place to another and its development is in accordance with the socio-cultural community itself. Since then there have also been human needs that must be met during the journey, in addition to the motivation that drives humans to fulfill their needs. With the increase in human civilization, the urge to travel is getting stronger and the needs to be fulfilled are increasingly complex. The motivations and motives for traveling from time to time are of different levels, according to the development and socio-cultural, economic and environmental level of the community itself. The motivations and motives of people's journeys in prehistoric times are different from the motivations and motives of people's journeys in modern times. The way of travel and the facilities used by the community are still simple when compared to more advanced societies.

Abstract

Inovasi pengemasan makanan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk adalah hal yang mutlak dilakukan oleh seorang wirausahawan. Inovasi diperlukan untuk memenuhi keinginan dan kepuasan konsumen yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan beberapa hal yang menjadi referensi dalam inovasi kemasan produk yang dikelola oleh industri rumah tangga di kota Batam khususnya daerah Sagulung. Dengan inovasi ini diharapkan pengusaha industri rumahan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lain yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan saat ini. Pengembangan pariwisata menjadi salah satu fokus pemerintah pusat sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata memiliki keterkaitan dengan perekonomian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal yang tinggal di sekitar lokasi wisata. Industri kreatif melalui pariwisata memiliki bentuk yang berbeda dengan unsur khas budaya dan tradisi desa yang dimiliki oleh lokasi wisata tersebut. Proses pengembangan desa wisata dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah melalui kemasan produk memerlukan peran kelembagaan sebagai wadah penyalur aspirasi dan penunjang keberhasilan sektor pariwisata dan peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya untuk wilayah Pulau Bulang.

Abstract

Servants do this because they know that this cooperative is very useful, so the community must take advantage of this cooperative where the benefits of communicating cooperatives to people or associations who still feel inadequate or need proper assistance that are not burdensome.This service is carried out by visiting the destination, which is a method of analysis and solving the problem by providing theoretical guidance, which this time took place on Ngenang Island, Batam in September 2022 and the participants were PKK women and Kopersi managementSince. Ngenang is an island whose village is in Nongsa sub-district, Batam City, Riau Archipelago, Indonesia. The area is 81.47 km², with a density of 18 people/km². There are 4 RTs and 1 RW with the smallest population in the city of Batam in 2022 of 1,473 people, snce 20 years ago, Ngenang Island has been touched by the government, especially the tourism service, but people's understanding is still too low. This cooperative on Ngenang Island has been formed since 2018 but has been neglected, on this island there is already a Joint Business Group (KUB) in the field of fishermen and Batik crafts.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dilakukan di Desa Teluk Radang, Kabupaten Karimun masih memerlukan pembinaan dalam hal pengenalan potensi wisata yang dimiliki. Hal ini disebabkan karena masyarakat Desa Teluk Radang menunjukan keseriusan ke arah mengembangkan desa dalam hal memahami potensi wisata setempat. Solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan ini lebih mengedepankan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengembangan sdm/masyarakat terutama dalam hal pemasaran. Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk membuat masyarakat memahami bagaimana menjalankan komunikasi pemasaran dalam kegiatan sehari-harinya atau usahanya.

Abstract

Community service is one of the mandatory tasks of lecturers as part of the realization of the Tri Dharma activities of Higher Education. In line with this, Tri Dharma activities are focused on important activities in contributing to improving the quality of life of the community, especially in developing skills that can be used in a wider scope of society. One of the activities carried out was the training of kombucha tea making techniques for PAUD teachers of GUGUS CAHAYA JINGGA at Batam Tourism Polytechnic. This training aims to provide information to teachers of PAUD Cahaya Jingga Cluster regarding the ingredients and process of making kombucha tea, knowing the time needed to produce fermented products, and knowing the morphological and chemical characteristics of kombucha tea. The specific target to be achieved is to make PAUD GUGUS CAHAYA JINGGA teachers skilled in processing kombucha tea products and can develop them in entrepreneurship so as to support financially in the economy.
