Abstract

Indonesian traditional cuisine is one of the nation's wealth that must be preserved. Considering of foreign cuisine development which is more compatible with the tastes of the Indonesian people, especially the current millennial generation. The purpose of this community service is to give training to the community in preserving the Indonesian traditional cuisine and to give an understanding to the community of the importance of preserving traditional cuisine, especially pempek, in increasing communities’ income. The methods used in this activity were the lecturing and practicing method. As a result of this community service, the participants seemed enthusiastic in participating in each stage of the activity and hoped that activities could continue to increase knowledge and family income.

Abstract

Tempe is a folk food, more and more people like tempeh for side dishes or snacks so that the demand for tempe increases. The demand for tempeh is not only among households but also hotels and restaurants. The development process of the Tempe industry in Tenggilis Kauman Surabaya, especially the Tempe "Four Brothers" basically has the aim of improving the quality and production of tempeh, but in fact it has some obstacles. For example, less skilled and poorly trained workers ,lack of capital, weak access to the broader market, weak mastery of technology, poor organizational management systems and lack of cooperation with other entrepreneurs against large companies are also significant obstacles. The feasibility of a business by looking at the potential profit generated. Therefore, business management systems, production processes, production facilities, marketing and target markets are needed to be calculated and carried out in a planned and measurable manner in an effort to get the expected results

Abstract

Islamic banking is one of the Islamic financial services that has an important role in driving the pace of the economy. Islamic banking education for the zilenial generation aims to increase knowledge about Islamic banking, especially the zilenial generation who think that Islamic banking is only for adults. The method of implementing this activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of this activity indicate that there has been an increase in knowledge about Islamic banking among the educational participants and many are interested in using Islamic banking in everyday financial transactions.Keywords: Islamic Banking, Islamic Banking Education, Zilenial Generation

Abstract

Refers to the law and government regulation that women in economic activities in the family systems are very important considering the family is the smallest socio-economic unit in society which is the basic foundation of all institutions. Women have an important role in the survival of the family economy through the MOTEKAR program, the existing home industry development can develop the woman's potential especially housewives. MOTEKAR is a Family Resilience Motivator from the local community in the village who have the desires, knowledge, and skills to carry out the family empowerment activities through the synergy of various related programs available in the village to improve the quality of the family life. The purpose of this dedication is to provide training about the processing of sardines, from the processing step until the sardines are ready to be marketed which can be used as a micro business in the family. This dedication conducted in Kampung Tengah district, Sukajadi Pekanbaru. The method used in this dedication is counseling. Counseling is the best way to give knowledge to the community. Abstract

The position and high level of dedication of the teacher are essential to the effective delivery of instruction and learning in classrooms. The instructor must be able to perform their responsibilities and functions as a facilitator effectively. Teachers must be competent to facilitate learning, evaluate student work, employ learning media, and possess a thorough understanding of information and technology. The application of anates on instructors in the analysis of item items is one of the uses of learning media and assessment tools required by teachers. A computer application program called anates software seeks to examine individual things. Teachers believe that using Anates software is essential for assessing student learning outcomes, and observers of educational evaluation can also benefit from its use. However, because the teachers are unfamiliar with and do not comprehend how to utilize the Anates software, they still have trouble using the item analysis tool. This activity's objective is to give teachers useful practice in analyzing item questions using the anates application, particularly at YAPI Padang High School.

Abstract

Sinom is a traditional drink or herbal medicine made from two different types of spices, turmeric and tamarind. In Indonesia, these two spices can not only be used as cooking spices, but also processed into drinks known to be efficacious for health. Sinom has long been known as a drink that has various health benefits which are believed to boost the immune system without excessive side effects. This is due to the content of curcumin in turmeric which acts as a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Given the very large content, the KKN students in Sawotratap Village provide one of the programs, namely by jointly making the basic ingredients in making the herbal drink sinom made of turmeric and tamarind and of course has economic value in the economic development of the Sawotratap Village community. The big benefit that can be taken from this activity program is developing entrepreneurial innovations for the Sawotratap village community with a creative economy as an effort that can be used as a form of improving the community's economy. The existence of turmeric and tamarind which was originally only sold in traditional markets, with this processed product, turmeric and tamarind can be used as a business idea for the Sawotratap village community and is expected to be known by the wider community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of publishing scientific papers for students. The background of this research is students who are not familiar with writing scientific articles. This service activity was carried out offline for 1 day by resource persons using the E-Module. The target group in this service activity is especially Economics and General Education Students from Universities in Pekanbaru with a total of 60 participants consisting of students from various Study Programs. The implementation of this training was carried out by a team of Lecturers of the Economic Education Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, namely Ibuk Wardani Purnama Sari, M.Pd. E, Mrs. DR. Rohani, M.Pd, Mr. Manuscript, M.Pd. E, and Mrs. Mahdar Ernita, M.Ed. The resource persons in this training were Mr. Dr. Dicki Hartanto, MM and Mr. Arif Yasthopy, M.Sc. The method used in this service activity is presentation and practice as well as demonstrations. Based on the results of the community service activities, the scientific writing training ran smoothly, the material provided was understandable to the participants so that they could practice directly with examples of theses which were used as journal articles.

Abstract

Di era yang menjadikan dunia semakin mudah diakses, kecepatan informasi yang seolah tanpa batas menjadi tantangan bagi usaha kecil untuk mampu hadir secara langsung lewat genggaman tangan. Pengusaha kecil dan menengah dengan keterbatasan modal harus secepatnya menyadari bahwa informasi pada era ini bisa didapatkan dalam hitungan detik atau real-time secara mudah, murah, bahkan tanpa bayar. Pelaksanaan  program  pengabdian  pada Usaha Dapur mami A3 dalam rangka penerapan pemasaran online dalam rangka meningkatkan penjualan dan promosi usaha. Abstract

Children and teenager are the pioneer of the next generation and must be prepared since early stage to become individuals who are able to fulfil these expectations, of course to be intelligent children both psychologically and physically. One of the crucial problems is the large number of underage children who become active smokers, this is very detrimental because the effects caused by smoking can endanger children's health and can even threaten the child's future. This activity held in Kampung Dalam Lingkungan I Pasar Gunung Tua. The communication model used is the AIDDA model (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Decision, and Action). The results of the implementation of this activity in general can be said to have received full enthusiasm from the participants who in this activity were children, youth and parents. From three of the posters attached to shop two were still attached and five of the seven posters distributed to participants were still well kept by the participants.This shows that participants feel that information about the dangers of smoking is important to increase knowledge and ultimately be able to make decisions and even take action to stop smoking or at least reduce the amount of cigarette consumption

Abstract

Economic empowerment can be realized through several targets that focus on alleviating poverty, creating jobs, increasing people's welfare and democracy in politics. The purpose of implementing community service is to find out that the implementation of empowerment for the Bongo III Village community can run well. The method of implementing community service activities used is the preparation of materials and data on community economic empowerment activities in Bongo III Village. Education in the form of socialization to the community related to income, competence and micro-economic development in the implementation of community service. Evaluation of activities for collaboration with Bongo III Village Government partners. The results of community service can be explained that increasing income, competence and development as well as supporting village governments in realizing microeconomic empowerment in order to solve problems encountered. Keywords:  Empowerment, Community, Economy, Village
