Abstract

Research aim : The research was conducted to examine the effect of financial literacy, development of fintech and payment gateways on financial management behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. Design/Method/Approach : The approach in this study used Associative Quantitative and data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires through by Google form. The population of this study were 1,887 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The sample in this study was calculated based on the slovin formula to obtain a score of 331 students. The technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria being FEB students at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University who used Fintech services. as well as Payment Gateways. Research Finding : Based on the research conducted, it was found that the financial literacy variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on student financial management behavior (Y). The fintech development variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on student financial management behavior (Y). The Payment Gateway variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on student financial management behavior (Y). Abstract

Research aim : The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, price, and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer repurchase intention at Marboba Outlet. Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a quantitative approach and the technique used is causal associative. The population for this study were all customers who had purchased marboba products and the sample used in the study were 40 respondents who had repurchased and were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Research Finding : The results of this study are product quality, price, and service quality partially and simultaneously influence customer repurchase intention at Marboba Outlet. Theoretical contribution/Originality : - Practitionel/Policy implication : - Research limitation : The limitation of this research is the lack of time in sampling because it has entered the rainy season.

Abstract

Research Aim : The purpose of this research is to find out how the Business To Customer (B2C) business model is implemented by IKMs registered in the development of curated houses in the city of Kediri in an effort to increase sales and develop product potential, as well as materials to contribute to IKMs in upgrading the potential of their products produced. Design/Method/Approach : This study uses descriptive qualitative research with data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and qualitative data analysis. Sources of informants from this study were taken based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to prove that good corporate governance can strengthen the influence of environmental performance on the financial performance of mining companies. Design/Method/Approach : This research is an explanatory research to test a theory or hypothesis to strengthen or even reject the theory or hypothesis of existing research results and the approach used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. This research sample used the puposive sampling method and obtained 13 companies in (one period) that met the criteria. The data analysis method used in this study was processed using SPSS software version 25. Research Finding : The results showed that good corporate governance can strengthen the influence of environmental performance on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Abstract

Research aim : This study was conducted to examine the effect of student integrity on the tendency of academic fraud to occur using the fraud pentagon perspective. Design/Method/Approach : This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Aikmel, East Lombok Regency, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to collect data and determine respondents based on non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. In accordance with the predetermined criteria, the questionnaire was given to students and students at SMAN 2 Aikel. The proposed hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis. Research Finding : The results showed that pentagon cheating had a positive effect on academic cheating, and student integrity had a negative effect on academic cheating. Abstract

Research aim : The aim of this research is to calculate the optimal survey route and minimizing route. This study focuses on the route to meeting sample respondents of the Bojonegoro regency government service community satisfaction survey. Design/Methode/Approach : Data collection is done by collecting data secondary in the company. Data processing is done by the Saving method Matrix Research Finding : From the results of data processing and processing of the company's initial survey route, that is equal to 1772,9 KM and the total distribution distance using the saving matrix method and the nearest insert method is 1323,2 KM with a distance saving value of 449,7 KM. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Saving Matrix is ​​a technique used to schedule a limited number of vehicles from a facility and the number of vehicles in this fleet is limited and they have different maximum capacities. The aim of this method is to choose the best possible vehicle assignment and routing (Bowersox, 2002). Research limitation :: More than 400 sample locations of respondents in a community satisfaction survey project for Bojonegoro district government services. The research limitation is that the selected village location points are limited to only one village at the northernmost point in a sub-district and one village at the southernmost point in a sub-district.

Abstract

Research Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, service quality, and location on purchasing decisions at 3 Putra Baron Flower Shop, Nganjuk either partially or simultaneously. Research Method: The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the type of causal research, the sampling technique uses multivariete analysis, the sample size used is 40 respondents, and the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and test hypothesis with SPSSv25 tool. Research Finding: The results showed that price and location had a significant effect, service quality did not have a significant effect, and there was a significant effect between price, service quality, and location simultaneously on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the Entrepreneurial Effectiveness Factors for Students of the Accounting Study Program at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University in E-Commerce and Accounting Information Systems. Research Method: This research is an associative quantitative type. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Respondents were 60 students majoring in Accounting for the 2018-2020 school year, with the criteria of having taken the accounting information systems (AIS) course. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using valid and reliable Google forms. Data analysis techniques to test the hypothesis using the SPSS version 21 program. Research Finding: The results showed that the E-Commerce variable had no effect on entrepreneurial effectiveness and for the Accounting Information System (SIA) variable it had an effect on entrepreneurial effectiveness.

Abstract

Research Objective: This research was conducted to analyze the application of differential costs in allocating production costs to self-produced decisions or establishing partnerships  in student businesses. Research Method: The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Research Finding:  The results of the study show that the decision to establish partnerships incurs less production costs and saves more costs from being incurred compared to self-producing. Furthermore, students as entrepreneurs benefit greatly from the option of purchasing from outside sources by forming partnerships. Therefore, the allocation of production costs through external purchases through the establishment of partnerships is the most appropriate alternative for student businesses.
