Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak (impact) suksesi terhadap kinerja Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Prov. Analisis data dilkukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Likert scaledan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor karakteristik suksesor yang berdampak terhadap kinerja LPD, digunakan regresi linier bergandadengan menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menemukan,dampak suksesi terhadap kinerja finansial, 63,3% LPDmempunyai pendapatan bersih naik, dan 70% LPD mempunyai totalkredit naik. Sedangkan dampak suksesi terhadap kinerja non finansial, 88,3%LPD mempunyai pemberian jaminan pelayanan meningkat, 71,6 %LPD mempunyai total produksi naik, dan 51,6% LPD mempunyai pangsa pasar naik.Pengalaman suksesor dalam menerima transfer bisnis dan lama suksesor bekerja di LPD berdampak positif terhadap kinerja finansialLPD. Pengalaman suksesor dalam menerima transfer bisnis dan kemauan suksesor untuk mengambil alih sebagaiKetua LPD memiliki dampakpositif terhadap kinerja non finansial LPD.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of external and internal factors on the performance of Village Credit Union – Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (hereinafter referred to as LPD) and village community loyalty in Badung Regency, Bali. The performance of LPD that has been measured based on financial approaches only, will be studied more deeply through several more approaches such as customer or village community satisfaction, internal business process, and growth and learning that is known as balanced scorecard measurement concept. This research is conducted in Badung Regency and using purposive sampling as sampling technique. Thera are 64 LPD out of 119 LPD that is chosen as the research sample. It was based on the consideration that the LPD which was established before 1997, which was the beginning of the year of the economic crisis experienced by Indonesia and the condition of the LPD in the crisis years still existed, while many similar financial institutions collapsed. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Theoretical findings of the study reveal that external factors with indicators of local regulations, awig-awig, economic conditions, competition from similar financial institutions have a significant positive effect on LPD performance; Internal factors with indicators of organizational structure, culture, human resources have a significant positive effect on LPD performance; External factors have a significant positive effect on internal LPD factors.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of sales costs and advertising costs on mobile phone sales. Type This research is a causality research with sales promotion cost and advertising cost as independent variable and sales as dependent variable. Methods of data collection using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, and t test.The results of this study found that the cost of sales promotion partially have a positive and significant impact on mobile phone sales. Meanwhile, advertising costs showed no significant positive effect.Therefore, the company still performs the cost of selling promotions effectively so that it can increase the sales of mobile phones, which in turn will attract potential buyers.

Abstract

Research on bonds is still limited compared to research on stocks in Indonesia. Bonds can be one type of asset that is quite interesting, because the bond is able to provide fixed income for investors who do not like the risk and can be used as an alternative investment in addition to stocks. This study aims to determine the effect of market interest rate, coupon and bond maturity to the price change of AAA rating bonds and BBB rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all listed corporate bonds traded in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2012 until 2015. Testing research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study is that market interest significantly negatively affect the price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating, coupon rate significantly positively affect the price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating, and maturity time significantly negatively affectthe price change of AAA rating bond and BBB rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The growth of the national economy is currently in dire need of special attention and even the government needs to seriously address the issue of various economic and non-economic sectors. One of the main sources of external funding for alternative financing is favorable capital market. Likewise, the property company that went public in the Indonesia Stock Exchange always consider factors such as the dollar exchange rate tehadap, SBI and inflation in an effort to boost the stock price index in the market. The problems that can be formulated in this study is: How does the exchange rate against the dollar affect the stock price index in IDX property sector, how interest rates affect the stock price index in IDX property sector and how inflation affects the stock price index in IDX property sector ? Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded: 1) From the analysis of structural equation partially through SEM showed that after modifications to model 1, have obtained a better model than the main model because it has met six of the eight criteria of Goodness of Fit, the Chi-square , Probability, RMSEA, GFI, TLI, and CFI as well as two criteria considered marginal, the AGFI and DF. 2) The rupiah exchange rate has a positive and significant impact on stock price index of 0.158, which means the better the exchange rate, the higher the stock price index, property, and vice versa. 3) The interest rate SBI has a positive and significant impact on stock price index of 0.108, which means the better the SBI rate, the higher the stock price index, property, and vice versa. 4) The rate of inflation has a positive and significant impact on stock price index of 2.414, which means the better the inflation, the higher the stock price index, property, and vice versa.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of training and motivation on employee engagement and the performance of nurses at the Sanglah Central Hospital of Denpasar. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, while data analysis techniques used are path analysis techniques. The results of this study showed that training had an significant effect on employee engagement, motivation had an significant effect on employee engagement, training had an significant effect on performance, motivation had an significant effect on performance, employee engagement had an significant effect on performance, and training had an significant effect on performance through employee engagement, and motivation had an significant effect on performance through employee engagement nurses Sanglah Hospital Central Surgery Installation Denpasar.

Abstract

Organizational objectives can be achieved maximally if supported by good performance from employees within the organization. To get good performance from employees, a structured and effective direction must be sought to move its employees to want to work more productively in accordance with the organization's stated goals, many factors that influence the performance of employees including intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. This research was conducted with the aim of "To determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance". The method of determining the sample in this study uses Saturated Sampling method. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Intellectual intelligence has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. (3) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. (4) Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research analyzed the effect of CEO's age with MBA degree on firm performance and controlled with firm size, capital expenditure and firm age. Using 61 manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia stock exchange during 2013-2017. This research analyzed with multiple linear regression. The result show that CEO's age negatively significant affect return on asset; firm size, capital expenditure, firm age positively significant affect return on asset.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of empowerment on the creativity and performance of managers of Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Gianyar Regency and examine the role of creativity as mediating the inuence of empowerment on performance. This research was tested on 120 LPD managers spread across Payangan, Gianyar, and Sukawati Districts. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that empowerment and creativity had a positive and signicant direct inuence on the performance of LPD managers. Research also shows that empowerment has an indirect effect on manager's performance through creativity, so that it can be said that the creativity variable has a role as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of audit commitee size, independence of audit commitee, competence of audit committee, level of committee audit education and frequency of audit committee meetings on the timeliness of nancial reporting. The reseach was conducted at banking company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The sampling method used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 35 company (105 observation). Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that independence of the audit committee, the competence of audit commitee and the frequency of audit committee meetings had negative effect on the timeliness of nancial reporting. While the audit committee size and level of committee audit education have no effect on the timeliness of nancial reporting.
