Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbarudoing business in Jalan Tuanku Tambusai 225 Pekanbaru . The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze whether leadership, and organizational culture and simultaneous partial effect on the discipline of employees at PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru numbering as many as 57 people and all were sampled so that the sampling technique was conducted using census.Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression , and hypothesistesting performed by t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). Before testing the hypothesis , first testing the validity and reliability of the indicators of each variable and to test the assumptions of the classical linear regression model.Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that the discipline of employees at PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru has been good , as well as leadership, organizational culture and work environment provided bythe company, it is seen from respondents to each indicator variable. Significant effect of variable leadership, organizational culture and work environment for employee discipline PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru, either partially or simultaneously . This is evident from the results of the t test and F test There is a strong positive relationship variables leadership, organizational culture and work environment with work discipline PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru, is evident from the correlation coefficients. There is a high contribution of the variable leadership style , organizational culture and work environment of theemployee discipline PT Global Bangunan Jaya Pekanbaru, this is reflected in the coefficient of determination obtained.Keywords : Work Discipline , Leadership and Organizational Culture.

Abstract

This research was done in School of EconomicsDharma Putraon the Imam Bonjol street No. 75, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how to influence attitudes and contextual factorvariables simultaneously and partially on the ability of Entrepreneurship School of Economics Student Dharma Putra Pekanbaru.. Thepopulation in this research werestudent School of Economics Dharma Putra, majoring in Accounting and Management, with a total sample of 74 students. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative method of multiple regression using SPSS version 17.00. The results showssimultaneous regression test (F test) that the independent variables studied Attitude and ContextualFactorwere positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship). The magnitude of the effect that the (R²) by twovariables together 70.5% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied wasattitude has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship), whereas the contextual factorvariables have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship).Keywords:Attitude, Contextual Factor, Ability ofEntrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of variables simultaneously and partially leadership , commitment to the performance of work Civil Service Police Unit of Riau Province . The research was conducted at the Civil Service Police Unit Riau Province is located on the road Lieutenant Colonel Hasan Basri Pekanbaru.In this study population studied were all employees of Civil Service Police Unit of Riau province , amounting to 325 people . Sampling method used was disproportionate strafied random sampling method, then using the Slovin then obtained a sample of 100 people.Linear Regression method is to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with the independent variable (X) is used as the data analysis necessary to first examine the validity and reliability of research data . The results showed that there was a significant effect of both simultaneously and significantly between the variables of leadership , commitment to the work performance of employees Civil Service Police Unit of Riau Province . Work commitment variable is the dominant variable in affecting the performanceof the Civil Service Police Unit employees Riau Province. With the expected leadership and commitment to work can be a key factor to improve the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit employees Riau Province to further increase employee self-actualization .Keywords : Leadership , work commitments , Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Company's Autobody Akai Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how Effect of Work Motivation and Leadership either simultaneously or partially on Employee Satisfaction Autobody Akai Pekanbaru.The population in this study were all full-time employees that exist in Pekanbaru Akai Autobody totaling 42 people, with a total sample of 42 employees. The method of analysis used in this study is the method Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 17.00.Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Leadership) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 41.70%, while the remaining 58.30% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Leadership) has a significant effect on the dependentvariable (Employee Satisfaction).Keywords: Work Motivation, Leadership and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of partiallyleadership and motivation on teacher performance and to identify and analyze simultaneously the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru.Untuk identify and analyze the variables that most significantly influence the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru. The population is all teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaruthat number as many as 83 people. For sampling the study, researchers used a technique Slovin the study sample was 45 people with the sampling random method (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques in this study was through questionnaires (questionaire) and interview (interview). In this study analyzed data using descriptive method, also using multiple linear regression analysisFrom the results of this study concluded partially for leadership variablessignificantly influence employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru also partially motivational variables significantly influence employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, the two independent variables, namely leadership and motivational variables have a relationship with the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 01Pekanbaru (Y), it can be proven through multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.945.Penelitin also diketauaai relationship of the independent variable (leadership and motivation) to employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru (Y) is equal to 88.70%. Variables most significantly influence the performance of teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru is the motivation for most of the T value.For authors suggest that schools should pay more attention to the goodrelationship between leaders and subordinates because it is a very big connection with employee performance improvement. If teachers in carrying out daily tasks to get the problem, then the supervision of a good leader will be able to look for solutions and solving problems faced by teachers will carry out duties properly. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how Financial Compensation and Leadership either simultaneously or partially effect the Work Satisfaction Of Employee In PT. Mandiri Jayaindo Utama Pekanbaru.The population in this study is administrators and operators, amounting to 42 people, with a total sample of 42 employees. The method of analysis used in this study is the method regression analysis using SPSS version 16.00.Simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Financial Compensation and Leadership) jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Satisfaction of Employee). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 51.10%, while the remaining 48.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Financial Compensation and Leadership) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Work Satisfaction of Employee).The company is suggested to rearrange its financial compensation aspect by accustoming its salary and bonus, then provide a good, diligent field-supervisor that cares about the employees so the employees can feel like working on the company.Keywords: Financial Compensation, Leadership, Work Satisfaction

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the effect of Promotion Cost (CostAdvertising, Sales Promotion Costs, and Cost Personal Selling) Motorcycles for Sale Yamaha Scorpio Brands at CV. Jadi Cemerlang Jaya Pekanbaru and promotion costs to determine which is the most dominant effect on the Yamaha Motorcycle Sales BrandScorpio at CV. Jadi Cemerlang Jaya Pekanbaru. To analyze the data, in this study used linear regression test is to prove the direction of the influence of service as an independent variable (X1) Price as an independent variable (X2) Sales as the dependent variable (Y) then used multiple linear regression equation.The results showed that simultaneous advertising, sales promotion and personal selling influence sales on the CV. Jadi Cemerlang Jaya Pekanbaru. While partially variable costs Cost Advertising and personal selling to sales in the CV. Jadi Cemerlang Jaya Pekanbaru. While sales promotion costs have no effect on sales. Based on the calculation of the R value of 0.628, meaning the closeness of the relationship jointly between the dependent variable and the independent variables strongly as R> 0.5. R2 value (coefficient of determination) of 0.395 means that 39.50% rate of sales of Yamaha motorcycles socpio type of CV. Jadi Cemerlang Jaya Pekanbaru be affected by Cost Advertising, sales promotion. Abstract

The best service and quality is very helpful in order to maintain consumer Indika Kreasindo Event Organizer.The aim of this study was to determine the quality of services provided by Indika Kreasindo Event Organizer to their subscriber gaps between customer expectations regarding the quality of services provided by the company to the customer.This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers Indika Kreasindo Event Organizer randomly selected to obtain the original data on expectations and performance that can indicate the level of customer satisfaction. This questionnaire is a tool used in the method servqual (Parasuraman et.al), consists of 30 of the questions that have been adapted to Indika Kreasindo event organizer and have tested the validity and relibitasi expectations and performance of the 72 consumers.From the research that has been done, the quality of service is obtained consisting of physical evidence (tangible), empathy (empathy), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee (assurance) is positive, this indicates that the quality of service Indika good Kreasindo Event Organizer partially and simultaneously meet customer expectations. In this study the most influential variable is the variable reliability (X3) with a value of 11.151. The advice given to the Event Organizer Indika Kreasindo is that maintaining the service dimension that already meet consumer expectations.Keywords: Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The study was conducted in the area of the object of research is Pekanbaru Pekanbaru Furaya hotel is located at Jalan Sudirman, Pekanbaru-Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of service at the hotel to find out Furaya Pekanbaru and satisfaction improvement strategy services on Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru. The sampl es in this study were 100 people, the determination of the number of samples based on the method Slovin. While the data analysis technique used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).Based on the results of analysis show that in general the quality of existing services on Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru has good / satisfactory for the hotel customers. Dimensions sequentially most good / satisfactory is Tangible (90.9%), Responsiveness (84.3%), Assurance (79.4%), Emphaty (78.1%) and Reliability (76.3%).The aspects that need to be improved is the ability of employees to communicate, the alertness of employees, employee courtesy, meeting the needs of employees. While aspects that need to be maintained is adequate physical facilities, employee service, employee skills, feeling safe, relationship and a suggestion box.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Tangible (Tangible), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Readiness), Assurance (Assurance) and Emphaty (Attention).

Abstract

This research aims at the analysis of the influence caused by educational training variables and variable performance against competencies.This study uses census techniques that take all the population numbers that add up to 51 people sample analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, analysis of partially and simultaneous (multiple linear analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 19.0)From the results of testing that has been carried out simultaneous regression test (test f) showed that the free variables examined have a significant influence on the variable performance. Partial regression test (test t) indicates that the variable factors of the training education have the most significant influence on the performance of variable magnitude influence posed (R) by the two free variables together-equal to variable terikatnya 70.5% while the rest of 29.5% is affected by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Education, Training, Competency and performance
