Abstract

This study to examine the effect of information asymmetry on earnings management, to test the effect of firm size on earnings management and to test the effect of institutional ownership on earnings management. Population in this study are all publicly traded manufacturing company in Indonesia, which is listed on the Stock Exchange in 2009 until 2012. Total study population of 131 companies .. Companies that meet the criteria and were sampled as many as 35 companies. Analysis of research on the use of is using multiple linear regression equation with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on the first hypothesis suggests that there is a significant influence on the spread between earnings management in companies. The results of the t test for variables firm size, stating There is significant influence between the size of the Company's Earnings Management company. And the results of the t test of institutional ownership variables, stating there is no significant influence on the ratio between Institutional Ownership Profit Management company.Keywords: Information Asymmetry, Size, Institutional Ownership and Earnings Management

Abstract

This research aim to know how Work environment variable and Supervisionby simultan and parsial of satisfaction work to PT. Perindustrian danPerdagangan Bangkinang . In this research use random sampling technique, where all of populations to be a sample used. For the knows summary samples, used slovin equation and there are 108 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of populations. This research used primary datas, where are data knows by interview and quistioner. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 16. From result of examination which have been simultan regresi test ( uji F ) indicate that environment variable and Supervision by simultan have an effect on signifikan to work satisfaction. Result of test parsial ( Test t ) indicating that work environment by parsial have an effect on signifikan of work satisfaction to PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang.Keywords: work environment, supervision dan work satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Factory PT. Inti Karya Plasma Perkasa Tapung the aim to determine the effect of variables discipline on the performance of the employees, work environment on employees performance and both variables discipline and work environme simultaneously affect employee the performance factory at PT.Inti Karya Plasma Perkasa Tapung. The technique used in this study is the technique Slovin (Umar, 2008: 82) to obtain a sample amounted to 107 employees of population 139 employees. The analysis of the data used is analysis descriptive, as it also uses analysis quantitative ie using regression multiple linear with SPSS version 20. From the results of testing that has been done, the regression test (Test-F) shows that discipline and work environment simultaneously affect on employee performance. Results (t-test) showed that the variables discipline affect the performance of the employees and work environment affect the performance of employees. Based on research, the company must improve discipline employees in the work and pay attention to the condition of the environment in which the employee works for the performance of the resulting line with company objectives.Keywords: Performance, discipline and work environme

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze the influence of leadership and ability simultaneously to the performance of employees at PT. TIKI Branch of Pekanbaru. 2) To analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance partially PT. TIKI Branch of Pekanbaru. 3) To analyze the effect of the partial ability of the performance of employees at PT. TIKI Branch of Pekanbaru. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine profitability, financial leverage, and firm size, on income smoothing in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2012. This study uses income smoothing as the dependent variable, the independent variable we use profitability, financial leverage, and firm size. Purposive sampling method we used to get the sample, and from 32 firms that we observed, we got 19 firms as the samples. To analize the data Multiple Linier Regression, F-test and t-test analysis are used SPSS 20. The results shows that the information profitability, financial leverage, and firm size variables simultaneously have significant effect on income smoothing. Meanwhile partially, Profitability has negative significant effect on income smoothing, financial leverage has positive significant on income smoothing and firm size has positive significant effect on income soothing.Keywords: Profitability, Financial Leverage, Firm Size and Income Smoothing

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Compensation by simultan and partial to the Employees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. In this research there are 135 sample from the total employees at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Compensation variable have been significant effect to the employees performance. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture variable more dominant have a significant effect to the employees performance. And the Compensation variable also have a significant effect to the emloyees performance at PT Eka Dura Indonesia Rokan Hulu.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation and Employees Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to explain the variable training and organizational culture in simultaneous and parcial to competence employee at PT.(Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Pekanbaru.This research used pimary data namely data were obtained from interviews and administration of the questionnaire to all employees at PT.(Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Pekanbaru. Secondary data relating to the object and organizational structure. Population in this research were all employees totaling 61 people and wew sampled. Methods of analysis used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression. Of the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (uji-F) suggests that training and organizational culture variables simultaneously significant effect on employee competency. Of the partial test (uji- t) results indicate that the variables of training and organizational culture are partially significant efeect on employee competency.results of calculation coefficient of determination is equal to 0,642 which mean, training variables and organizational culture jointly affect the competence of employees is 64,2%, while the remaining 35,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : training, organizational culture, and competency employee

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining the relationship between consumers and companies to the survival of a company. To make and gain the loyalty of consumers, in need of a lot of the supporting factors of these company. The important factor is the quality of service.Likewise with PT. Telkomsel has the largest subscriber in Indonesia should maintain and improve the highest satisfaction for their customers.After a literature review , and preparation of hypotheses , data were collected through questionnaire method against 80 respondents are all KartuHalo customers. The technique used in this sampling is accidental sampling where the sample is taken with certain considerations and dealing with the problems studied are a customer who came to pay the bill in Grapari kartu HALO. After that analysis from the data obtained using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test, and coefficient of determination (R2).The results indicate that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy influence on Grapari Telkomsel customer satisfaction. Where simultaneous test results showed all the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, it can be seen from F Calculate 30.907 > F table 2.33.While partially variable, the variable responsiveness, assurance and empathy strong influence in which the t value of each variable is 5,415,4,730 and 3,643 greater than t table 2,29.While the tangible variables and variable reliability has a weak effect because t each variable are 1.563 and 2.211 is smaller than t table that is equal to 2.29. Abstract

The research was conducted on SyafiraHospital in Pekanbaru that aims to determine the influences of Competence and Work Statisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Performance of Nurses in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru. The methodology in this study is: Competence and job statisfaction significant influence on Nurses performance in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru and the dominant factor affecting the performance of Nurses is Job Statisfaction. While the population in this study is the Nurses on Syafira Hospital which amounted to 83 people, with a total sample of 83 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 21 Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Competence and Job Statisfaction) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Nurse performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Sress and Job Statisfaction) has a significant effect on Syafira Hospital the dependent variable (Nurse performance). Dominant variables affecting nurse performance in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru is Competence where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Competence, Job Statisfaction and Nurse Performance

Abstract

This research held in PT. Studian Tata Dinamika Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of organizational climate and workload to employees’ work morale. Population are all employees, consist of 44 people which was using cencus sampling model. Variables used are organizational climate and workload as independent and work morale as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows. Result of this study shows that both organizational climate and workload significantly influence simultenously to employees’ work morale. Partially, organizational climate positively and significantly effect to work morale. While, workload negatively but not significantly effect to employees’ work morale. It is recommended to company to enhance the organizational climate conducievity by providing awardness program and definite a clear and measureable achievement parameter to all employees. Workload analysis need to be done proportionally and recreational activities also need to be held to decline the negative side effect of workload to employees.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Workload and Work Morale
