Abstract

This research held in Rumah Sakit Ibu & Anak (RSIA) Andini. The purpose of this study is to analyze the hospital service quality dimension which is consist of reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty and the effect to patients’ satisfaction. Population are patient or their family in RSIA Andini. Sampling number determined by using Slovin that produce 95 person and selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis.Result of this study shows that all hospital service quality dimension consist of reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence positive and significantly, either partially or simultaneously, to patients’ satisfaction. Assurance is the most strongest dimension that influence patients’ satisfaction, while emphaty becomes the most weakest one to patients’ satisfaction. It is recommended to the management in order to enhance some less optimum hospital service quality, particularly to the dimension of reliability, tangible and responsiveness.Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of PT Tri Anugrah Pratama Pekanbaru in managing the sources and uses of working capital to maintain the continuity of the company's operations and to analyze the contribution of the use of their own capital and bank capital to the development of corporate profits. This research was conducted in PT Tri Anugrah Pratama Pekanbaru is located at Jln Parit Indah Grand Sudirman Pekanbaru. In this study using secondary data in the form of: 1) The financial statements of the company for 5 years 2008-2013 and 2) Financial ratios. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The study states that in order to measure the efficiency of the sources and uses of working capital, the working capital position of the company need to be analyzed by using the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability. Analysis of the reports and sources and uses, and analyzes the company's cash flow statement shows that the sources and uses of working capital has not been effective and efficient. PT Tri Anugrah Pratama are in a liquid state and insovable. More corporate capital derived from medium-term debt and long-term comparison of capital it self. This condition causes the contribution of working capital in the profit has decreased, it is because the company charges them interest on bank loans which is quite large.Keywords: Efficiency, Resource Management, Working Capital

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the influences of Leadership And Motivation simultaneous and partially to Employee Morale Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau. And also to find out how Leadership Influence indirectly through Morale Motivation on the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau. The population in this study were employees Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau, amounting to 261 people, with a total sample of 72 respondents. The sampling method used is proportionate startifield random sampling, sampling of members of the population at random and stratified proportional. Tests of data quality using Validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test, the MSI method, and the method of path analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the testing that has been done, stating that the former leadership and motivation simultaneously and contribute significantly to the morale. The second leadership and motivation partial influences on morale. And the third indirect influences of leadership on morale through motivation So from this study in the spirit of the variables that must be improved is to give a sense of satisfaction to the employees, the leadership variables that must be improved is the leader must be more active in assessing the work of their employees, and the motivation variable that should be improved is to give encouragement or spirit to its employees in job.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, and Morale.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Processing Center of Koto Masjid village XIII Koto Kampar Subdistrict, District of Kampar Riau. This study aims to determine what factors lead to failure to achieve the production target of Processing Center. In Conducting this study the author requires the data or information relating to the matter under investigation. The types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data analysis used descriptive - quantitative. The survey results revealed that the preparation of the company's production planning just follow the thinkinhg of leader, so that the conditions found in the field are often not in accordance with what is laid down by the leadership. According to the authors the company should make a realistic forecast production plan using Linear Trend. Ineffective control problems, the solution given is to form a unit supervisor. So is the condition of production equipment is still good should be used to the maximum by adding manpower production section. The problem of raw materials that were previously less planning and affected by weather and so that Sentra Pengolahan experiencing the shortage of raw materials supply, the solution given is to increase the number of suppliers and the number of pond from each processor.Keywords: Smoked Patin Fish, Production, Linier Trend.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance index and Earnings Management on firm value in property real estate that listed in Indonesian stock exchanges(BEI) 2009 until 2012.The purposive sampling method is used to determine our samplengs . From ninety-nine firms, we got thirty-one firms. To analysis the data we use multiple regression analysis. T-test, F-test, and determine koefisien are use to examine our hypothesis. The result shows that mean why good corporate governance index significany positive affect on firm value and earnings management has not significant negative effect on the firm value.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Earnings Management and firm Value

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia The Branch Of Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how Effect of Work Dicipline and Training either simultaneously or partially on Employee Performance Parts Sales in PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch The population in this study is a sales employee of PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia The Branch Of Pekanbaru totaling 52 people, with a total sample of 52 employees. methods of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. By using SPSS version 17. The result of study concluded that simultaneously both variable Discipline and Training influencend significantly toward Employee Performance. Partially, the results obtained were that the variable of Discipline influenced significantly toward the variable of Emlpoyee Performance and the variable of Training influencend significantly toward the variable of Emlpoyee Performance. This writer concluded that concluded that the variable of Discipline an Training simultaneously and partially influenced positively and significantly toward Empolyee Performance PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect caused by variable Qulity Service Layout consisting of Ambient Condition (with respect to environmental conditions). Spatial Layout and Functional (spacious layout and function) and signs / symbols and Artefact (signs / symbols and artifacts). The population of this study amounted to 31 548, while the return of the sample using accidental sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 100 people. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, simultaneous analysis and partial. The results show that the Partial Simultaneous and Ambient Condition, Functional and Spatial Layout and sign / symbol and artefact effect on Humanistic Effect on General Hospital Nusalima Pekanbaru, and ambient condition has the most dominant influence on the humanistic effect on General Hospital Nusalima Pekanbaru.Keywords : Quality Service Layout. Abstract

This study was conductedat 4 pekanbaru SMK teachers in order to determine howt he analysis ofthe factors Discipline of Work, Education and Training of the Teacher Performance SMK 4 Pekanbaru. The populationin this study was the teacher of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Saturation sampling technique(census) in whichthe entire populationin this study used a sample of 45 teachers. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. These results indicate that the factors that affect the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaruis the Discipline of Work, Education and Training. Variable work discipline consisting of indicator adherence to working hours, punctuality in carrying out duties, obedience terjadap leadership, adherence to procedures and methods of work, do the work according to plan and the courage to accept the risk with adequate or poor category (score of 3.37). Education and training variables with indicators selection of the participants, the opportunity to participate, the suitability of educational materials and training of trainers expertise, balance of theory and practice, the effectiveness of the skills, ability to solve problems and balance evaluation of education and training programs with either category (score of 3.90). Variable performance with indicators of learning strategies, facilities, learning difficulties of children, child development evaluation study with either category ( score of 4:09).Keywords: Disciplineof Work, Education and Training and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental variables and workload on the performance of hospital nurses Petala Earth Pekanbaru. This study was conducted from December 2013 to January 2014.In this study consisted of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are performance (Y), of environmental work (X1) and workload (X2). The study was conducted using a sample of 56 people. Research using census sampling technique by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, descriptive study using qualitative methods to explain the results of the study. Known to the state of Earth's Hospital Petala very necessary to have an increased viability of hospitals Petala Earth for environmental issues. More conducive and good, then the nurse will feel comfortable in the work. Further to the workload in hospitals Petala Earth itself for the nurses felt not too big, but it is necessary to continually evaluate in order to implement an appropriate system for the nurses in that workload is not too heavy and can make the job go well and maksimam especially in caring for the patient. For most affect the performance of the nurses were working environment compared to the workload of nurses hospital Pekanbaru Petala Earth, for the work environment is a major concern for improving the performance of the nurses..Keywords: Work Environment, Work Load, Performance
