Abstract

The research was conductedon Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau in order to determinethe influences Leadership and Employee Commitment either simultaneously orpartially on Performance of Organizational in Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau. The methodologyin this studyis: Leadership and Employee Commitment significant influenceon Performance of Organizational Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau and thedominant factoraffectingthe Performance of Organizational is Leadership. While thepopulationin this studyistheemployees on Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau whichamounted to145people, witha total sample of 106 respondents. Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysismethodby usingSPSSversion17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Leadership and Employee Commitment) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Performance Organizational). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable was 50,9%, while the remaining 49,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (leadership and employee Commitment) has a significant influence on Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (performance organizational). Dominant variables affecting performance organizational in Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau is Leadership where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Leadership, Employee Commitment and Performance Organizational

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out the employee commitment and job satisfaction with work discipline. The population of this research is taken from employes of Research and Development of Riau Province Office’s. Total Sampling method is used to get the samples from 80 peoples. To analyze the data Multiple Linier Regression, F- test, and t- test analysis with using SPSS 17. The result shows that employee commitment about value and aim, participatory and loyality in organization are sufficient. Employee job satisfaction show that their statisfied with their Jobs. For employes work discipline is in sufficinet categories. The result shows that both of variabel employee commitment and job satisfaction had significant effects with work discipline. Employee commitment and job satisfaction has positive coefficient regression, in other words employee commitment and job statisfaction will improved work discipline. There are strong correlations between employee commitment and job statisfaction with work discipline.Keywords : Employee Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation to work both simultaneously and partially on employee performance funding and lending Bukopin Bank Pekanbaru. This study used 103 samples and methods of analysis used is a way to test variables, regression testing, and last hypothesis test by simultan and parsial. From the results of the testing that has been done, through the test variable indicates that the variable is a variable that work motivation strong influence on employee performance of the funding and lending Bukopin Bank Pekanbaru. The results of the simultaneous regression (F test) showed that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance. Partial test (t test) also suggests that work motivation variables have the most significant influence on employee performance variables. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables (Leadership and work motivation) is jointly affect the dependent variable (employee performance) amounted to 48.6% and the remaining 51.4% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study uses marketing science approaches, especially regarding the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales volume. As for the location of the research site is at the CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru. Sources of data used in this research is the documentation that researchers get the data directly from the data related CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru product, price, promotion costs and distribution costs. Based on the result of the study, in the variable product, it is known that in 2004 the type of products sold by CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru is a total of 12 items. However, in line with the types of items the business development of products sold has increased, until in 2013 CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru has been able to sell as many as 26 kinds of products Asamoto. At variable rates, for example, is the product of spare parts head light, CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru in 2009 to fix the price of Rp. 28.000, - and still the same price set in 2010. Though in 2011 the price of this product has increased by 10.71% or Rp. 31,000, - but this product still remains the choice of consumer confidence. In 2012, a decrease of -6.45% or Rp. 29.000, - as an effort to maintain the confidence and customer satisfaction to increase sales volume. The increase and decrease in the price of this happens in nearly all the price of products annually. In the variable cost of promotion, CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru only do efforts to provide discounts for new products. Improved high occurred in 2011 which reached 8.51%. This is because at this time the company launched two new products, and to attract customers, the company selling below the normal price for 3 months. In the variable distribution costs, it is known that in 2009 to 2010 the cost of distribution is only used for delivery in the city, and the total cost is only between Rp. 4.715 million, - up to Rp. 5.495 million, - but in 2011 a lot of demand for products for delivery outside the city such as West Sumatra and Jambi. Therefore distribution costs in 2011 increased by 23.52% or the total cost was Rp. 5.824 million for the purposes of distribution in the city and outside the city. It is suggested to the company to be able to maintain or even increase the interest of consumers to buy spare parts at CV Lembayung Persada Pekanbaru with attention to price and products.Keywords : Marketing Mix, Sales Volume.

Abstract

This Study was conducted at PT. Pertamina EP located at Jakarta in order to analyze reliability of machines that used in that company. This study is to suggest the company the picture of the aspect that still inefficient in the operational system. This study is using prime and secondary data with water injection pump type GASO 3364-7 as the study object that located in business, explorations and production unit (UBEP) Jambi. the data is collected from spare part changes within 2011-2012 period. Using ABC analysis, the critical parts within the machines will be sorted out and each of the critical parts will be measured the mean time between failure with comparing the total uptime of the spare part and total breakdown per critical component in that period of time. As the result of the study, can be concluded that water injection pump machine, with 3 month averages will have a breakdown that involving the critical parts. The recommendation is, the management has to pay attention at the inventory level of critical parts so it can be more efficient where is the inventory level is not bigger than usage level considering critical parts have high price above all parts that will make higher inventory cost if the supply is more than usage and lack of inventory will causing major shutdown that will cost company some costly opportunity.Keywords : Reliability, Maintenance.

Abstract

This research held in Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) LaboratoriumKesehatan & Lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Riau Province. This research held in order to analyze the influence of organization culture and leadership to employees performance. Population are all employees, consist of 45 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Variables used are organization culture and leadership as independent and performance as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 17 for windows. Result of this study shows that both organization culture and leadership significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to employees performance. Organization culture is the dominant factor that influence employees performance compared to influence given by leadership factor. It is recommended to company to enhance organization culture implementation, particularly on innovation and cooperative ability aspect. Leadership promotion needs to involve employees’ aspiration and all unit leaders are suggested to directly show good behavior to all employees.Keywords: Organization Culture, Leadership and Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Poli Gigi of RSUD Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru the purposes of the research were to find out the patients satisfaction toward service quality that covered tangibles, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. There were 100 respondents. The samples were taken by accidental sampling. The importance performance analysis (IPA) was used to analyze the data by using kartesius diagram. The diagram kartesius was used to identify service and the quality degree of companies services. The result of the research showed that the dimension satisfied the Poli Gigi patients of RSUD Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru was tangiable dimension. It was 76% for tangiable dimension and assurance dimension was 71%. Meanwhile, the reliability and responsive dimension gave enough satisfaction 68%, and empathy dimension was 69%. In order to get more satisfaction and improve the Poli Gigi image, they were suggested to increase the quality services.Keywords: Satisfaction of Patients, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale. This study dilakuakan to most employees in the PT. BINA SAWIT NUSANTARA (BSN) Pekanbaru by 67 people. To process the data obtained from the respondents, the authors used SPSS for windows 17:00. The results of this study showed a positive and significant effect of partial and simultaneous independent variable (compensation and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee morale). This can be evidenced by the F test and t test, by looking at the value of F (50 546) > F (2:64) (3.14) with sig (0,000) <0.005. Based on the t test, the t value of compensation (3447) and the work environment of the t (7,001), and the value of t count > t table (1,997). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the bound variable is affected by the independent variable, the magnitude of these effects was 61.2%. The company is expected to always consider the condition of compensation and work environment of employees, so that employees become excited in the works

Abstract

The research was conducted at Inspectorate Bengkalis in order to determine how Influence Ability, Motivation, and Career Development simultaneously or partially on the Performance Auditor Bengkalis Inspectorate. The variables in this study are: Ability, Motivation and career development of the Performance Auditor Bengkalis Inspectorate. While the population in this study is Bengkalis Inspectorate Auditor, Auditor's Inspectorate Bengkalis totaling 29 people, and the whole Auditors sampled. Method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 21. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Ability, Motivation and Career Development) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Ability, Motivation and Career Development) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance). Abstract

The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics at the Islamic University in Jalan Riau Kaharudin Nasution No. 28 284 113 Marpoyan stop Pekanbaru, this study aimed to determine the effect of Socio Demographic and Student Entrepreneurship Capabilities variables Faculty of Economics at the Islamic University of Riau. The population in this study is the eighth semester students (VIII) of the Faculty of Economics in Riau Islamic University majoring in Accounting, Management, and Economics totaled 474 students, the technique used was cluster sampling is obtained with a sample of 83 students. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis method used is multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied, namely Socio-Demographic and Entrepreneurship Capabilities positive and significant impact on the dependent variable is student interest in entrepreneurship. The amount of influence that arise (R2) by these two variables by 53.7%, while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied were the Socio Demographics have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable is the interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ability while the variable has a positive and significant influence also on the variable Interest in entrepreneurship is bound students.Keywords: Interest in Entrepreneurship, Socio-Demographics and Ability
