Abstract

Abstract.The purpose of this public service activities is to enhance the role of vocational teachers and vocational Respati 1 Respati 2 in developing innovative learning media. Innovation learning media in the form of web logs. Log web presence is expected to be maximized by teachers as an alternative medium of knowledge transmission, media on-line learning, as well as solutions to the problem of lack of conventional instructional hours in class. Web logs can be accessed by students and teachers anywhere and anytime, which is expected to motivate students to learn independently grasp the concepts of the lessons. This learning innovations make the learning process more flexible and efficient. The method in this devotion in the form of training methods, mentoring and discussion. Training is done by giving seminars creating web log and web log manufacturing practices teaching materials by teachers was held on December 15-16, 2016. The results of the training in the form of web logs each participant that can be used for the learning process. Outcomes in community service activities in the form of modules making web log.Keywords: e-learning, web log, teaching materials.  Abstrak.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan peran guru SMK Respati 1 dan SMK Respati 2 dalam mengembangkan inovasi media pembelajaran. Inovasi media pembelajaran berupa web log. Keberadaan web log diharapkan dapat dimaksimalkan oleh para guru sebagai media alternatif penyampaian pengetahuan, media pembelajaran on-line, serta solusi untuk masalah kurangnya jam pembelajaran konvensional di kelas. Web log tersebut dapat diakses oleh siswa dan guru dimana pun dan kapan pun, sehingga diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar mandiri memahami konsep-konsep pelajaran. Inovasi pembelajaran ini membuat proses pembelajaran lebih fleksibel dan efisien.  Metode dalam pengabdian ini berupa metode pelatihan, pendampingan, dan diskusi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan seminar pembuatan web log dan praktik pembuatan web log bahan ajar oleh guru yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15-16 desember 2016. Hasil pelatihan berupa web log masing-masing peserta yang dapat digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran. Luaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa modul pembuatan web log.Kata Kunci: e-learning, web log, bahan ajar.

Abstract

Abstract. Although the decorative lighting business is relatively new, handicrafts with the main bamboo material and various motifs are very popular with the community because of its unique and natural shape. In general, these decorative lights are made of materials such as glass, crystals from plastic, or stainless steel. In order to overcome the problems faced by partners, the implementation team collaborated with partners to provide various training and assistance in business development by utilizing science and technology. This community service program is carried out by the community education method, which is to provide training and mentoring to develop various designs of carving motifs using computer assistance, besides training in immersion techniques and paint finishing and drying techniques using an oven system. While the second method is the substitution of science and technology, which provides an overview of how to market products to partners in order to be able to utilize social media as a marketing tool, social media used between Blogger, IG, Facebook and WA. The results obtained in the implementation of this community partnership program were an increase in the income of bamboo carving businesses reaching 50% of the before. This happens because of the marketing system that has used social media, an increase in the production of decorative lights as much as 60% of the original production. Meski usaha lampu hias tergolong baru, kerajinan tangan dengan bahan utama bambu dan berbagai motif tersebut sangat diminati oleh masyarakat karena bentuknya yang cukup unik dan alami. Pada umumnya lampu hias ini terbuat dari bahan-bahan seperti kaca, kristal dari plastik, ataupun stainless steel. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, tim pelaksana bekerjasama dengan mitra memberikan berbagai pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengembangan usaha dengan memanfaatkan IPTEK. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan metode pendidikan masyarakat yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengebangkan berbagai desain motif ukir menggunakan bantuan komputer, selain itu pelatihan teknik perendaman dan teknik finishing cat dan pengeringan menggunakan sistem oven. Sedangkan metode yang kedua adalah substitusi IPTEK yaitu memberikan gambaran cara memasarkan produk kepada mitra agar mampu memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran, media sosial yang digunakan antara Blogger, IG, Facebook dan WA. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pendapatan usaha rumah ukir bambu mencapai 50% dari semula. Hal ini terjadi karena sistem pemasaran yang sudah menggunakan media sosial, adanya peningkatan hasil produksi lampu hias sebeasar 60% dari produksi semula. Adanya pengembangan variasi motif ukir yang disesuaikan dnegan pesanan dan moment tertentu.

Abstract

IKIP PGRI has always had a commitment to establish an independent mindset in students, for the students equipped with the adaptive ability of science, has leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore entrepreneurships spirit among the students for the sake of the next generation job creators need to be cultivated. The realization of this commitment IKIP PGRI Madison follow science and technology program for entrepreneurship (IBK) with the aim of developing human potential as young entrepreneurs, independent, based on local knowledge of the higher education and the establishment of outcome-based self-eleven new science and technology entrepreneurs who are ready to do business in community per year, the product of new entrepreneurial students have the advantage of science and technology, better known products produced by student entrepreneurs (PKMK) by the public, increasing the business management of students who have started businesses (oyster mushroom cultivation, the creation of a variety of zipper into a bag and wallet, Pecel Origiri and Yoghurt various flavors) and the publication of the results in the journal IBK entrepreneurship programs. The methods used to recruit participants Ibk tenants based on the success of the team in the delivery of new entrepreneurs Ibk independently in the first year. The number of tenants who started the business in the first year as many as 11 people were divided into 4 groups of businesses. Realization of IKIP PGRI Madison IBK program has accomplished 100%. The work program has been implemented: Socialization, debriefing, internship, start up bussiness, implementation and monitoring of business activities on an ongoing basis by IBK Team PGRI Madison Teachers' Training College and a business center complete shop means the student as a student business center, workshop, final report. Pembinanaan process, directing, monitoring and evaluation of business activities will be carried out by a team of tenants and UPPK IBK (Training and Enterprise Development Unit) on a regular basis with the aim to give birth to new entrepreneurs in the IKIP PGRI student Madison as creator of employment generation.

Abstract

Pakan di dalam budidaya lele menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi hasil dan produksi petani lele. Dominasi pelet sebagai pakan satu-satunya pakan yang diberikan petani lele menjadikan  produksi hasil panen petani lele sangat labil. Hal ini disebabkan biaya produksi budidaya lele paling banyak terdapat pada berapa banyak pakan pelet yang dikonsumsi oleh ikan lele. Biaya produksi yang tinggi menyebabkan petani lele di desa Wonoayu mengalami kerugian. Semakin banyak kolam lele maka akan semakin banyak bibit ikan lele yang ditebar sehingga menuntut pakan yang lebih banyak pula. Semakin banyak pakan yang dikelurkan maka semakin banyak pula biaya produksi petani. Di samping itu masalah petani lele di desa Wonoayu lainnya adalah resiko kematian bibit ikan lele pada saat penebaran awal sehingga ikut mempengaruhi hasil akhir pada saat panen. Mengurangi kematian lele dan ketergantungan dari pelet akan menurunkan biaya produksi untuk membeli pelet. Pakan alternatif ikan lele menjadi salah satu solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi petani lele di desa Wonoayu. Kekurangtahuan informasi dan teknologi pembuatan pakan lele mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan transfer teknologi pakan alternatif dari tanaman yaitu ubi jalar yang dikombinasikan dengan probiotik yang menjadi pakan probiotik ubi jalar (pobijar). Tujuan dan target luaran pengabdian ini adalah; (1) penyuluhan dan pembuatan pakan organik probiotik ubi jalar “pobijar”; (2) menurunkan biaya produksi pakan lele melalui pakan organik probiotik ubi jalar; (3) mengurangi kegagalan dalam budidaya ikan lele; (4) meningkatkan hasil produksi panen ikan lele; (5) meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi petani lele. Metode yang digunakan dalam IbM adalah menggunakan pendekatan penyuluhan dan workshop pembuatan pakan organik probiotik  ubi jalar “pobijar” serta aplikasi langsung pada kolam ikan lele sebanyak 2 kolam milik ketua kelompok petani lele Jaya I dan 2 kolam milik ketua kelompok  petani Lele Jaya II di Desa Wonoayu, Kecamatan Pilangkenceng, Kabupaten Madiun.  IbM dilaksanakan selama 12 bulan dengan rencana kegiatan dan prosedur kerja sebagai berikut; (1) pembuatan sampel probiotik dan pakan organik probiotik ubi jalar; (2) penyuluhan cara menghadapi permasalahan-permasalahan dalam budidaya ikan lele (3) workshop pembuatan probiotik (4) workshop pembuatan pakan “pobijar (5) aplikasi pakan organik probiotik ubi jalar “pobijar” pada kolam ikan lele sebagai percontohan (6) monitoring dan evaluasi di setiap kelompok tani. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah petani dapat membuat pakan alternatif yaitu pakan probiotik ubi jalar (pobijar) dan menyediakan stok secagai cadangan pakan selama proses pembesaran lele. Penggunaan pakan probiotik ubi jalar dapat mengurangi jumlah kematian dan mengurangi biaya produksi sehingga meningkatkan hasil panen.

Abstract

Abstract. Implementation of Poverty Matriculation Mitigation (PK2) Program in Kaibon Village, Geger Sub-district, Madiun District is a model of pilot activity in the framework of testing the process and the result of the activity so that it can be known the level of effectiveness and improvement efforts on the implementation of programs or activities that are larger and spacious. The objectives of community service at Jalin Matra PK2 Program in Kaibon Village are: (a) To encourage vulnerable villagers of Kaibon Village to be able to overcome their own vulnerability based on local social-economic potential in their village; (b) Encourage the vulnerable community of Kaibon Village to conduct productive economic activities based on the local socio-economic potential of the village, and (c) Encouraging the growth and development of Kaibon Village to be able to manage community empowerment activities, poverty alleviation and village economics. The target of community devotion of Jalin Matra Penanggulangan PK2 Program in Kaibon Village is target household (RTS) of PK2 beneficiaries and BUMDDa Kaibon village PK2 aid managers whose value is Rp. 100,000,000 received by East Java Provincial Government in 2016 through Jalin Matra Program. The selected target audience is the member of BUMDesa and the Beneficiary of Jalin Matra PK2 of Kaibon Village, Geger Sub-district, Madiun Regency, amounting to 17 people. The dedication to beneficiaries PK2 and BUMDDa Kaibon Jalin Matra beneficiaries include (1) Training Accounting to BUMDesa Kaibon as a fund manager of Jalin Matra PK2 Rp. 100.000.000, - (2) Entrepreneurship training for PK2 loan beneficiaries in Kaibon village, and (3) Submission of marketing technique of PK2 Program recipient business in Kaibon Village, Geger District, Madiun District. The result of Community Service at Jalin Matra PK2 Program in Kaibon Village is the training activity was held on 22 September 2017 at 15.30 WIB, located in Kaibon Village, Geger Sub-district, Madiun Regency. Participants of the training are members of BUMDesa and Recipients of the Constituents of Constituent of Kayu Matra PK2 of Kaibon Village totaling 17 people. So the conclusion after the accounting and entrepreneurship training activities for members of BUMDesa and beneficiaries of Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon to improve the financial performance of village government and business activities for beneficiaries in order to run smoothly. Pelaksanaan Program Jalin Matra Penanggulangan Kerentanan Kemiskinan (PK2) di Desa Kaibon, Kecamatan Geger, Kabupaten Madiun adalah sebagai model kegiatan percontohan dalam rangka pengujian proses maupun hasil kegiatan sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat efektifitas serta upaya-upaya perbaikan pada implementasi program atau kegiatan yang skalanya lebih besar dan luas. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat pada Program Jalin Matra PK2 di Desa Kaibon antara lain: (a) Mendorong masyarakat rentan Desa Kaibon agar mampu mengatasi kerentanannya sendiri berdasarkan pada potensi sosial ekonomi lokal di desanya, (b) Mendorong agar masyarakat rentan Desa Kaibon  mampu melakukan kegiatan ekonomi produktif berdasarkan pada potensi sosial ekonomi lokal di desanya, dan (c) Mendorong tumbuh dan berkembangnya BUMDesa Kaibon supaya mampu mengelola kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, penanggulangan kemiskinan dan perekonomian desa. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat Program Jalin Matra Penanggulangan PK2 di Desa Kaibon adalah rumah tangga sasaran (RTS) penerima bantuan PK2 dan BUMDesa Kaibon pengelola bantuan PK2 yang nilainya Rp. 100.000.000,- yang menerima dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur pada  tahun 2016 lewat Program Jalin Matra. Khalayak sasaran yang dipilih adalah anggota BUMDesa dan Penerima Bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon, Kecamatan Geger, Kabupaten Madiun yang berjumlah 17 orang. Adapun pengabdian  terhadap penerima bantuan PK2 dan BUMDesa Kaibon penerima bantuan Jalin Matra meliputi (1) Pelatihan Akuntansi kepada BUMDesa Kaibon sebagai pengelola dana bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 yang nilainya Rp. 100.000.000,- (2) Pelatihan wirausaha terhadap penerima pinjaman PK2 di desa Kaibon, dan (3) Penyampaian Teknik pemasaran usaha penerima pinjaman Program PK2 di Desa Kaibon Kecamatan Geger Kabupaten Madiun. Hasil dari Pengabdian Masyarakat pada  Program Jalin Matra PK2 di Desa Kaibon adalah Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 September 2017 waktu pukul 15.30 WIB, yang bertempat di Desa Kaibon, Kecamatan Geger, Kabupaten Madiun. Peserta pelatihan adalah anggota BUMDesa dan Penerima Bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon yang berjumlah 17 orang. Sehingga kesimpulannya setelah kegiatan pelatihan akuntansi dan kewirausahaan bagi anggota BUMDesa dan penerima bantuan Jalin Matra PK2 Desa Kaibon untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan pemerintahan desa dan kegiatan usaha bagi penerima bantuan agar bisa berjalan dengan lancar. Abstract. The target in this extension is the Teachers of AL-Badri Vocational High School. Data collection technique is by observation and interview. Result extension obtained as follow: 1) Participants counseling obtain a lot of information related to interactive ways of teaching and not boring (in condition); 2) Improving knowledge and understanding of teachers in providing interactive learning, so learning in the classroom would be more fun. Abstrak. Sasaran dalam penyuluhan ini Guru-Guru SMK AL-Badri. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan Observasi dan Wawancara. Abstract

Abstract. Teaching materials as one of the media that teachers can use to explain the material to the students. In the era of the development of information technology today, teachers must develop teaching materials that utilize information technology. With the support of information technology, materials or teaching materials that are packaged can be displayed more interesting and interactive. Many applications that teachers can use in creating teaching materials. One of them is Camtasia Studies. With this application, teachers do not need a programming understanding in the development of teaching materials. This application developed video-based and can be equipped with more attractive appearance. As an effort to improve the role of teachers in developing teaching materials, in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan has been held training to create teaching materials with Camtasia Studio application. Theresults of training to produce teaching materials and ready to be given to students either through flash disk or uploaded in elearning school. Abstrak. Bahan ajar sebagai salah satu media yang dapat digunakan guru untuk menjelaskan materi kepada para siswa. Di era perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, guru harus mengembangkan bahan ajar yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Dengan dukungan teknologi informasi, materi atau bahanajar yang dikemas dapat ditampilkan lebih menarik dan interaktif. Banyak aplikasi yang dapat digunakan guru dalam membuat bahan ajar. Salah satu nya adalah Camtasia Studi. Dengan aplikasi ini, guru tidak memerlukan pemahaman pemrograman dalam pengembangan kan bahan ajar. Aplikasi ini dikembangkanberbasis video dan dapat dilengkapi dengan tampilan-tampilan yang lebih menarik. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan peran guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar, di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan telah diselenggarakan pelatihan membuat bahan ajar dengan aplikasi Camtasia Studio. Hasil pelatihan  menghasilkan bahan ajar dan siap untuk diberikan ke siswa baik melalui flash disk maupun di unggah di elearning sekolah.

Based on data collected by the Government of Simbatan Village, Nguntoronadi Subdistrict, Magetan Regency in 2017, there are 39 people with disabilities in the village and 32 productive potential people were dominated by persons with intellectual disabilities. The purpose of this community service’s activity is to help people with intellectual disabilities and other disabilities in improving their skills and welfare. The steps of the activities are: 1. Facilitating the availability of materials, equipment and facilities needed for business capital of persons with disabilities; 2. Provide skills training and production of goods that can be made by persons with disabilities; 3. Ensure the sustainability of the business that has been initiated and developed; 4. Creating employment and data collection for persons with disabilities; and 5. Increasing business welfare and independence for persons with disabilities.The development of service activities is carried out by pioneering and making various types of skills / businesses that are artistic, economical and market oriented that can help provide employment opportunities for persons with disabilities through various business / production of goods, thus gaining income to meet their daily needs. Productive economic activities carried out by persons with disabilities are: 1. Making batik spattered (batik ciprat); 2. Making various handicrafts from various used plastic containers and patchworks; 3. Training in skills and other businesses according to market needs that can be done by persons with disabilities. Abstrak. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan oleh Pemerintah Desa Simbatan, Kecamatan Nguntoronadi, Kabupaten Magetan pada tahun 2017, ada 39 orang penyandang cacat di desa tersebut dan 32 orang berpotensi produktif didominasi oleh orang-orang dengan cacat intelektual. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu orang-orang dengan cacat intelektual dan cacat lainnya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Langkah-langkah kegiatannya adalah: 1. Memfasilitasi ketersediaan bahan, peralatan, dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk modal bisnis para penyandang cacat; 2. Memberikan pelatihan keterampilan dan produksi barang yang dapat dibuat oleh para penyandang cacat; 3. Memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis yang telah dimulai dan dikembangkan; 4. Menciptakan lapangan kerja dan pengumpulan data untuk para penyandang cacat; dan 5. Meningkatkan kesejahteraan bisnis dan kemandirian bagi para penyandang cacat. Pengembangan kegiatan layanan dilakukan dengan memelopori dan membuat berbagai jenis keterampilan / bisnis yang berorientasi artistik, ekonomis dan berorientasi pasar yang dapat membantu menyediakan peluang kerja bagi para penyandang cacat melalui berbagai bisnis / produksi barang, sehingga memperoleh penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari mereka. Kegiatan ekonomi produktif yang dilakukan oleh para penyandang cacat adalah: 1. Membuat batik ciprat (batik ciprat); 2. Membuat berbagai kerajinan dari berbagai wadah plastik bekas dan tambal sulam; 3. Pelatihan keterampilan dan bisnis lain sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar yang dapat dilakukan oleh para penyandang cacat.

Abstract

By years, children need a more complete educational stimulation, thus requiring additional educational services are conducted by environmental agencies and early childhood education at preschool. Stimulation education conducted in home (home base) and is done outside of home (center base) should be aligned and mutually supportive, in order to obtain maximal benefit. Outside education stimulation   begins after baby 3 months or 6 months of aged. Unfortunately the service children of this age have a limited presence. If anything, not necessarily affordable to the community, both in terms of distance and cost. Post existence of early childhood as a form of early childhood kind Unit (SPS) is intended to bridge those needs. In the implementation of Post early childhood education can be integrated with a variety of early childhood services programs that already exist in the community such as: IHC, BKB (BKB), Parks Childcare (TPA), Play Group (PG). SPS program is intended for people who are not ready to engage her in a more intensive early childhood services, whether by reason of inconvenience escort, cost and other factors. Post early childhood education program will be implemented in some areas of Madiun regency that have not been getting early childhood education intensive and help parents to better know how to give good education to children at an early age period. The above options based on the need for early childhood education and have not been reached by the presence of intensive early childhood education in these areas. This program will also help parents to better know how to give good education to children at an early age period.
