The focus and scope of articles published in this journal include elementary school learning innovations, elementary school learning media, elementary school assessments, elementary school curriculum development, and teaching materials used in learning in elementary schools.The study cover education and learning in basic education, the studies of five areas of elementary school namely mathematics, Indonesian language, science, social studies, and civics and additional fields such as English in basic education includes the study of local content studied in the scope of basic education.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving learning outcomes of students on the theme of Energy and Its Change in Grade III of SD Negeri 95 Palembang. The method of this study was Classroom Action Reasearch, which consist of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The result showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes of students. It can be seen from the learning completeness of students, start from the 1st cycle with a percentage of 52,6%, in the 2nd cycle it increased by 68,4%, and in the 3rd cycle it increased by 84,2%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Grade III students of SD Negeri 95 Palembang on the theme of Energy and Its Change. Key Words: Problem Based Learning model, learning outcomes AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tema Energi dan Perubahannya di kelas III SD Negeri 95 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan belajar peserta didik, mulai dari siklus I dengan persentase sebesar 52,6%, pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 68,4%, dan pada siklus III meningkat sebesar 84,2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 95 Palembang pada tema Energi dan Perubahannya. Kata Kunci: model Problem Based Learning, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study objective was to investigate the effect of using SCAMPER method on learning outcomes of fourth graders at Public Elementary School number 05 Indralaya. This study used quasi-experiments with the type of design of the One Group PreTest PostTest Design. The samples were237, 4th graders of public elementary school. Data-collecting techniques used were tests multiple choice. The results showed, the mean fare pretest written were 52,52. While the mean fare that Posttest value were 84,17. The result of test, obtained tcount = 3,9 while ttable = 0.413 with a significant level of 0.05 (5%). Finally, ttable then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then it could be concluded that there is an positive effect of using  SCAMPER method on  learning outcomes.Keywords:  the effect, SCAMPER method learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. This research was conducted at SDN 11 West Merapi, which is located at Tanjung Baru village, West Merapi district, Lahat district. The location of this school is Jln. Cross Sumatra Km. 16 SDN 11 West Merapi is a school managed by the government and led by the Principal named Edi Tomson, S. Pd. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The research subjects were fourth grade students who found 16 students with 8 male students and 8 female students. Based on Classroom Action Research (CAR) it can be concluded that through problem-based learning models can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in fourth grade students of SDN 11 West Merapi. This is proven by student learning outcomes in each cycle carried out by researchers by determining the minimum completeness criteria  60, Cycle I completeness with a total of 6 out of 16 students and the current result is 37.5%, Cycle II completeness with 11 students from 16 students and the result of the presentation is 68.75% and in Cycle III the completeness of 13 students out of 16 students and the presentation result is 81.25% of the student's mastery learning results have reached the minimum completeness criteria.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Learning Outcomes, MathematicsAbstrak: Jenis penelitian yang ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari tahapperencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 11 Merapi Barat yang beralamatkan di desa Tanjung Baru, Kecamatan Merapi Barat, Kabupaten Lahat Letak sekolah  ini Jln. Lintas Sumatera Km. 16 SDN 11 Merapi Barat merupakan sekolah yang dikelola oleh pemerintah dan dipimpin oleh Kepala Sekolah bernama Edi Tomson, S. Pd. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 16 orang siswa dengan 8 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Berdasarkan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa melalui model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas IV SDN 11 Merapi Barat. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus yang dilakukan peneliti dengan menentukan ketuntasan dari kriteria ketuntasan minimum 60, Siklus I ketuntasan dengan jumlah 6 siswa dari 16 siswa dan hasil presentase adalah 37,5%, Siklus II ketuntasan dengan jumlah  11 siswa dari 16 siswa dan hasil presentasinya adalah 68,75% dan pada Siklus III ketuntasan dengan jumlah 13 siswa dari 16 siswa dan hasil presentasinya adalah 81,25% dari hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar, Matematika

Abstract

Learning media is one of the supporters in the success of the learning process and student learning outcomes. Thematic learning in elementary schools in the 2013 curriculum, it is deemed necessary to be equipped with learning media in the learning process in the classroom. It is intended that teachers develop innovations in learning by being able to create and use learning media, so that problems in the classroom can be minimized. This training aims to provide understanding and motivate the teachers of SD Negeri 2 Palembang to be able to create and use thematic learning media in the 2013 curriculum to support the learning process in the classroom. This activity is a guided training. who came from SD Negeri 2 Palembang, amounting to 20 participants. Training on the creation and use of thematic learning media in the 2013 curriculum has a positive impact on knowledge and self-development for teachers of SD Negeri 2 Palembang. Key Words: media, thematic learning, 2013 curriculum

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in learning materials using concrete teaching aids. The method of this research is Classroom Action Research, which consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the learning completeness of students, starting from the first cycle with a percentage of 66.66%, in the second cycle it increased by 75%, and in the third cycle it increased by 91.66%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that research using concrete teaching aids can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 11 Merapati Barat. Key Words: Concrete teaching aids, learning outcomes AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada pembelajaran matermatika dengan menggunakan media alat peraga konkret. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan belajar peserta didik, mulai dari siklus I dengan persentase sebesar 66,66%, pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 75%, dan pada siklus III meningkat sebesar 91,66%. Abstract

AbstractThe study airned to through the Quantum Learning model it can improve student the result of learning about cultural diversity in Indonesia four grade of SDN 118 Palembang. The subjects were 24 students from the A class of four grade students consisted of 10 boys and 14 girls. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) by 3 cycles. From the results of this study there was an increase in student result of learning with the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) 65, in the first cycle there were 13 students who completed learning or the percentage of learning completeness was 54.16%, while the second cycle had an increase, there were 16 students who completed learning or the percentage of learning completeness was 66.6% and in cycle III there were 21 students who had finished learning or the percentage of learning completeness was 87.5% so that they had reached classical completeness, the refore this study was declared successful. So it can be concluded that through the application of the Quantum Learning model can improve student the result of learning about cultural diversity in Indonesia four grade of  SD Negeri 118 Palembang. Keyword: Quantum Learning model, the result of learning, cultural diversity in Indonesia. AbstrakTujuan penelitian  ini adalah melalui model Quantum Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik tentang keragaman budaya di Indonesia pada kelas IV SDN 118 Palembang. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV A yang berjumlah 24 terdiri 10 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan 3 siklus tindakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) 65, siklus I ada 13 peserta didik yang tuntas belajar atau persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 54,16%, Sedangkan siklus II mengalami peningkatan, ada 16 peserta didik yang tuntas belajar atau persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 66,6 % dan pada siklus III terdapat 21 peserta didik yang tuntas belajar atau persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 87,5%  sehingga telah mencapai ketuntasan klasikal oleh karena itu penelitian ini dinyatakan berhasil. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model Quantum Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik tentang keragaman budaya di Indonesia pada kelas IV SD Negeri 118 Palembang. Kata kunci : Model Quantum Learning, Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik, Keragaman Budaya di          Indonesia.

Abstract

Teachers’ understanding is important in preparing assessment based on Higher Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) in elementary school learning in the city of Palembang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were teachers who taught Grade VI Elementary Schools in Palembang, which amounted to 8 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the understanding of elementary school teachers in the city of Palembang was 71.87% in the good category. However, the teacher's understanding when differentiating between HOTS and not HOTS shows that the category is sufficient with 57.5% of teachers being able to distinguish between HOTS questions. Teachers still experience problems in preparing HOTS-based assessment instruments for learning in elementary schools that showed 78,125%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop guidelines for developing HOTS-based assessment instruments for learning in elementary schools.Keywords : Understanding, Assesment, HOTS

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to describe the application of the mind mapping model in improving learning outcomes of students on the theme of 7 sub-theme 1 e ethnic and religious diversity in my country, grade IV at SDN 08 Buay Sandang Aji. This research method is Classroom Action Research, which consists of stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the students' learning mastery, starting from the first cycle with a percentage of 66,9%, in the second cycle it increased by 50%, and in the third cycle it increased by 91,6%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of the mind mapping model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 08 Buay Sandang Aji on the 7th subtheme 1 of the diversity of ethnic groups and religions in my country. Key Words: mind mapping model, learning outcomes AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model mind mapping dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tema 7 subtema 1 keberagaman suku bangsa dan agama dinegeriku  kelas IV di SDN 08 Buay Sandang Aji. Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes in dance subjects through the Peer Tutor Method for students of SDN 05 Kota Bengkulu. The research was conducted in February 2019. The subjects in this study were class Va. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interview and documentation. This research is a classroom action research using 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting and evaluating. The instruments used were observation sheets, research sheets, questionnaire, interview guidelines and field notes. The results showed that there was an increase in activity and student learning outcomes in class Va SDN 05 Bengkulu City. The increase in students can be seen from the increase in the quality of the learning process as shown by the increase in learning outcomes, enthusiasm and activeness of students when participating in learning. The improvement of the learning process is seen from an increase in the score and the average learning outcomes before and after the action is taken. The average value before the action was 46.18. In the first cycle the average increased to 65.78 and in the second cycle it increased to 82.65. The average increase has increased by 36.47 and fulfills the minimum passing grade (KKM) 75. From the results of this study, it is known that through the sebay tutor method, the activity and learning outcomes of SDN 05 Bengkulu City students in class Va. Keywords: Activities, Dance Learning Outcomes, Peer Tutors

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe efforts to improve learning outcomes of the fourth grade students in type of forces materials using Whiteboard Animation Media at Elementary School number 22 Lahat. This research applied classroom action research method with three cycles of action. The research subjects were fourth grade students, with the total of 9 students consisting of 4 boys and 5 girls. The results of the study indicated that the value of student learning outcomes has increased. This can be seen in the percentage of student learning completeness in the first cycle of 55.5%, the second cycle increased to 77.7%, the third cycle increased to 88.8%. In addition, based on the results of observations, scores of students’ activities have increased. In the first cycle, the percentage of student activity in learning reaches 61.5% with a moderately active category. In the second cycle, it has increased to 70.3% with an active category. In the third cycle, it increased to 80.5% in the very active category. This indicated that the application of Whiteboard Animation Learning Media can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students about type of forces materials at SD Negeri 22 Lahat.             Keywords: Whiteboard Animation media, learning outcomes. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV tentang macam-macam gaya menggunakan Media Whiteboard Animation di SD Negeri  22 Lahat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus tindakan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV, yang berjumlah 9 peserta didik terdiri dari 4 laki-laki dan 5 perempuan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan, hal ini terlihat pada persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik di siklus I sebesar 55,5%, siklus II mencapai 77,7 %, siklus III persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik meningkat mencapai 88,8%. Selain itu, aktivitas peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I presentase aktivitas peserta didik dalam belajar mencapai 61,5% dengan kategori cukup aktif, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 70,3% dengan kategori aktif, dan pada siklus III mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80,5% dengan kategori sangat aktif. Hal ini membuktikkan bahwa melalui Media Pembelajaran Whiteboard Animation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV tentang macam-macam gaya di SD Negeri  22 Lahat. Kata kunci : Media Whiteboard Animation, hasil belajar.
