Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap persepsi kualitas dan loyalitas merek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuisioner dengan path analysis sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan citra merek berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas merek dan persepsi kualitas. Selain itu penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh secara  tidak langsung loyalitas merek melalui persepsi kualitas.

Abstract

The development of the current technology is progressing very rapidly. Various products with high technology began to be mass produced and marketed throughout the world particularly in Indonesia, one of them in the field of telecommunications. Cell phones or mobile phones, are now becoming part of the needs and lifestyle of nearly all walks of life in Indonesia and has increased every year. A brand attitude arises from one's self through celebrity endorser credibility, attraction advertising, and brand awareness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorser credibility, attraction advertising, brand awareness and brand attitude towards mobile phone brands MITO. Based on the results of the analysis found that: celebrity endorser credibility, attraction advertising, and brand awareness have significant and positive effect on brand attitude MITO cell phone. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, financial incentives and organizational commitment to employee morale The Stones Legian Bali Hotel. This study used a quantitative research by using surveys and questionnaires to 96 respondents. Obtained findings that simultaneous variables of transformational leadership style, financial incentives and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee morale The Stones Legian Bali Hotel. Other results found that in partial transformational leadership style, financial incentives and organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee morale The Stones Legian Bali Hotel. Finally, transformational leadership style variable is a variable that has the most dominant influence on employee morale The Stones Legian Bali Hotel.

Abstract

SMS banking is one of the features of mobile banking services . Intention to use SMS Banking service is strongly influenced by the level of technological readiness and the role of age had a major impact on the level of technological readiness of the customers so that they can decide to use or not the SMS Banking service . The purpose of this study was to determine the role of age in moderating the influence of technology readiness level of the consumer 's intention to use SMS Banking service in Denpasar. Data collection techniques used in this study is through the distribution of questionnaires to customers who know the SMS Banking service but have not used it . The questionnaire measured with a Likert scale with 22 indicators . The sample size used in the study was 110 respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique . The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis . The results of the study showed that age proved to be able to moderate the influence of the four dimensions of technology readiness level ( optimism , innovativeness , discomfort , and insecurity ) on the intention to use SMS Banking service . Future studies are expected to be able to add another variable to the variation in respondents' answers .

Abstract

Tingginya persaingan antar perusahaan saat ini mengharuskan setiap perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dan kreatif dalam menyusun strategi pemasarannya. Salah satu program pemasaran yang efektif dalam mengkomunikasikan produknya adalah melalui program promosi dan citra merek yang positif dibenak konsumen agar dapat membantu konsumen dalam pembuatan keputusan pembeliannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh promosi yang dilakukan dan citra merek perusahaan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil jenis MPV merek Toyota di Kota Denpasar. Purposive sampling adalah teknik sampling yang digunakan dengan responden berjumlah 120 orang dan regresi linear berganda merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, promosi iklan dan citra merek berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil jenis MPV merek Toyota di Kota Denpasar.   Kata kunci : promosi , citra merek, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Location the study was conducted at the Pusat Koperasi Unit Desa Bali Dwipa Provinsi Bali, 69 samples taken by census method. Data collection using the survey data analysis questionnaire.Teknik technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style, motivation, and work discipline and a significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the transformational leadership style, motivation, and discipline work can improve employee performance

Abstract

Maximizing the value of the company is the ultimate goal of the company. Benchmark value of the company is the owner's welfare. Company's dividend policy will greatly affect the well-being of the owner, so that the necessary unification of interests between management companies and other parties that include shareholders and stakeholders in policydecision company. This study discusses the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value and dividend policy as an intervening variable. 156 manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the population in this study. In conclusion profitability and ownership structure variables affect the dividend policy is positive and significant, dividend policy affects firm value is positive and significant, while profitability and ownership structure has no significant effect on firm value. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan abnormal return sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman right issue. Penelitian ini menganalisis pergerakan abnormal return yang terjadi sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman right issue pada periode peristiwa. Metode untuk melihat kandungan informasi yang ada di pasar menggunakan event study. Event study mensyaratkan penggunaan periode peristiwa. Periode peristiwa yang digunakan sepanjang 11 hari dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 perusahaan yang melakukan right issue. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji parametrik, paired sample t-test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan abnormal return yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman right issue. Abstract

Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) is a reflection of the Indonesian economy. The CSPI showed significant improvement of the Indonesian economy is in a state that is conducive and vice versa. To be able to know what can help improvement of CSPI consider several factors such as the SBI interest rate, inflation, exchange rate and global stock markets like the Dow Jones Industrial Avarage (DJIA). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SBI interest rate, exchange rate, inflation and the Dow Jones Indeks (DJIA) on CSPI. The research was conducted on the Stock Exchange by using  sample of 72 consisted of the entire variable monthly data during 2008 to 2013 with the selection of the sample through a non probabability sampling method by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis found SBI interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and Dow Jones index simultaneously affect the CSPI. SBI interest rates, inflation and exchange rate partially significant negative effect on the CSPI, this means an increase in SBI rates, inflation and the exchange rate may result decrease value of  CSPI whereas Dow Jones indeks is partially significant positive effect on CSPI. This means that the increase occurred in the Dow Jones indeks can increase the value of CSPI.Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) is a reflection of the Indonesian economy. Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is work result that shown by employee or real behavior that shown as their roles in organization. Puri Raja Kuta Badung Hotel becomes the research location with 90 employees as respondent. Data analysis technique that was used to test hypothesis is couple linear regression analysis that has aim to know simultaneously and partially effect and also to determine dominant variable that affect employee’s performance. Based on analysis result known that work stress variable, physical work environment and financial compensation has significant effect simultaneously to employee’s performance in Puri Raja Kuta Badung Hotel by 84,7 percent contribution. Work stress variable, physical work environment and financial compensation also has significant effect partially to employee’s performance at Puri Raja by compensation variable that has greatest effect to employee’s performance. Puri Raja Hotel is expected to notice works stress, physical work environment and financial compensation so it can increase employee’s performance so it can reach the goal that set by the company.
