Abstract

At PT. Inko Organik Jaya in Situbondo Regency really needs employees who are committed to improving optimal work and utilization of human resources. And contribute to employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of teamwork, commitment and work motivation on performance through job satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this research was 33 employees of PT. Inko Organik Jaya, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Teamwork has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on Performance, Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Commitment has a significant positive effect on Performance, Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a significant positive effect on Performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that teamwork on performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect, commitment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significantly positive effect.

Abstract

Humans are an important and dominant factor in carrying out work or activities in an organization, because humans become actors, determining the realization of organizational goals. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of work discipline, compensation and work stress on performance through work motivation. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were ASN employees at the Panji Community Health Center. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the ₋ Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, compensation has no significant effect on work motivation, work stress has a significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on performance, compensation has a significant positive effect. on performance, work stress has no significant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Work Discipline on Performance through Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect, Compensation on Performance through Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect, Work Stress on Performance through Work Motivation has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The beauty that prevails in society creates a vision of beauty that becomes the standard for calling a woman beautiful. The use of skin care products is the most popular thing, but some skin care products have to face a lot of competition in the world market because of the large number of products available to the general public. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention as an intervening variable at Panji Situbondo Cantika shop. The population in this study are all consumers who come to Toko Cantika. random sampling method (simple probability sampling) regardless of strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, location has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Technological advances have fundamentally changed the business landscape and revolutionized entrepreneurial practices. In order to expand the business they own, entrepreneurs must not only pay attention to assets and profits, but also company values ​​must be built. Currently, firm size is no longer measured based on profits or assets, but also on company value. The aim of this research is to see the influence of Firm size, Growth opportunity, and Leverage on Firm value through Cash holding. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is 32 plantation sub-sector companies registered on the IDX in 2019-2022. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method and a sample of 8 companies was obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the structural equation model-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.9 application, show that Firm size has a significant negative effect on Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect on Cash holding, Leverage has a negative but not significant effect on Cash holding, Firm size has a significant negative effect on Firm value, Growth opportunity has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value, Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on Firm value, Cash holding has a significant negative effect on Firm value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Firm size on Firm value through Cash holding has a positive but not significant effect, Growth opportunity on Firm value through Cash holding has a negative but not significant effect, Leverage on Firm value through Cash holding has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Coal mining is one of the subsectors that has a major influence, its impact on the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Profitability, and Capital Structure in influencing Firm Value moderated by Dividend Policy. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study is a coal subsector mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, Capital Structure has an insignificant positive effect on firm value, Dividend Policy is unable to moderate the effect of Profitability on firm value, Dividend Policy is able to moderate the effect of Capital Structure on firm value

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of facilities on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Sky Garden Cafe Wonoboyo in Bondowoso. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 98 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the facilities have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, facilities have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, facilities have a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchase decision

Abstract

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. Employees as implementers in activities are required to have a good mental attitude, are dedicated, disciplined, and have good work performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of work discipline on performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were temporary employees (PTT) of SMK Negeri 1 Prajekan. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS.3.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive effect on performance but is not significant, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has an effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the important factors in the company, so marketing is the heart of the company's life. This study aimed to determine brand awareness and product quality on customer satisfaction with repurchase interest in Seafood Situbondo. The population in this study are all consumers who have consumed or customers who have stopped by Seafood Situbondo. The sampling method is random (simple random sampling) with a total sample of 96. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural-Partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS3.0 application show that brand awareness has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Brand awareness has an insignificant effect on repurchase interest, product quality has a significant effect on repurchase interest, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interest, Brand awareness has a significant effect on repurchase interest through customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on repurchase interest through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, of course, there are many developments that are very rapid and increasingly sophisticated, one of which is the development of retail business businesses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Role of Product Diversity, Service Quality, and Facilities in influencing Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Interest in Guyub Rukun Cooperative Supermarket in Panarukan. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the consumers of the Guyub Rukun Cooperative Supermarket in Panarukan. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that product diversity did not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Service quality did not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Facilities had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Product diversity had a significant effect on repurchase interest, Service quality did not have a significant effect on repurchase interest, Facilities do not have a significant effect on repurchase interest, Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interest. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test showed that the variable of product diversity on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction had a negative but insignificant effect, The quality of service for repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect, the facility for repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect.
