Abstract

K-Nearest Neighbor is a good classification technique, but judging by previous studies, the accuracy of the KNN performance obtained is still inferior to other methods. in the classification process, if some characteristics are not good it can cause errors in the new classifier. As for this study, the researcher uses the gain ratio method as a parameter to see the correlation between each attribute in the dataset, and the gain ratio serves as a weighting for each attribute so as to produce a dataset. the correct way of classifying data using the KNN method, this study is very suitable for predicting sales of spare parts at the Panasonic Service Center company, where the company experienced a decline in sales, this research is very useful for predicting sales for the following month. The results of this study produce very precise predictions of distance with an accuracy value of 13%, where the comparison of the highest accuracy value is found in the total attribute with an accuracy distance of 13%, while the lowest accuracy difference is obtained in the month and type of sales dataset with 0.08%. the overall accuracy of all datasets increases by 100% with K=3, and K=5 gets 80% accuracy. so this method can be used to make sales predictions to make it easier for the company.

Abstract

Penginputan data adalah proses pemindahan data dari fisik menjadi digital yang dimana data tersebut akan diketik dan dimasukkan kedalam komputer. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat membantu manusia dibidang pekerjaan. Salah satu teknologinya adalah komputer. Di DISPERINDAG SUMUT ini, komputer merupakan sebuah alat yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Teknologi informasi merupakan suatu teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengolah data, termasuk memproses, mendapatkan, menyusun, menyimpan, memanipulasi data dalam berbagai cara untuk menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas, yaitu informasi yang relevan, akurat dan tepat waktu.Pembuatan sistem berbasis website menggunakan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang merupakan metode permodelan yang disajikan secara visual bertujuan untuk menunjukan perancangan sistem berorientasi objek ini. Teknologi ini menggunakan seperangkat komputer untuk mengolah data, sistem jaringan untuk menghubungkan satu komputer dengan komputer yang lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan teknologi telekomunikasi digunakan agar data dapat disebar dan diakses secara global.Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen data berbasis web merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya yang dapat dilakukan guna pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut. Sistem informasi berbasis web disamping dapat memberikan informasi dan data secara real-time yang dapat diakses di manapun dan kapanpun, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan kinerja sebuah perangkat daerah dalam hal ini bagian Pengadaan Barang atau Jasa.

Abstract

Areca palm has been widely planted by the people of the Asahan Regency. This plant is cultivated not only by the farmers, but also by many people living in this regency. Therefore, an expert system is needed to help villagers in detecting areca palm desease. In areca palm cultivation, pests and diseases attack always happen. The purpose of this research is to apply an expert system as a tool to diagnose and also provide advice for control. This expert system, in the form of a consultation scenario, can be done by answering every question (yes or no); all answers are compared to the areca palm plants needs based-on expert experience. The inference method used is forward chaining. The output of this system is the types of diseases, percentages, symptoms, definitions, treatment, and prevention. Abstract

Export is a shipping activity from within the country to abroad. In exporting, many assessments are carried out, one of which is seen from the physical condition to be sent. On the CV. Rumah Bunga Tamora is a place for ornamental plant cultivators, one of which is orchid plants, there only conducts interisland shipping only and has not exported orchid plants. In order to know whether orchid plants are the export quality or not, it is necessary to assess and calculate the criteria of computerized plants by utilizing a decision support system that will produce recommendations for the type of orchid plants that are worthy of the export quality. This decision support system uses a combination of Weighted Product (WP) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods as calculation steps from the assessment of 5 criteria with 5 alternatives of orchid plants that are valued through respondents. After getting the assessment of respondents, manual calculations will be carried out and generated final values with the highest ranking of 0.667 and the cattleya dark lavender alternatives as recommended the export quality orchid plants.

Abstract

A significant increase in the number of people around the world causes an increase in the amount of waste production causing a fairly high spike. This increase is caused by the increasing needs that humans need every day, with so many needs, a lot of waste is produced, especially plastic waste that is used as a container or wrapping material for various other goods. This makes the environment polluted by plastic waste. Various efforts have been made by the world and the government in reducing waste, one of which is PT. Indonesia Free of Waste, namely sorting waste and then selling it to those who recycle waste. The existence of a decision support system (DSS) will help PT. Indonesia Free of Waste selects the best waste to buy then sorts and recycles. By using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method, the best waste can be purchased in a flexible and simple manner so that it can fulfill the integrity of decision making and rapid analytical response. Alternatives taken as research references include used cooking oil, plastic, used drinking bottles, and some other household waste that can be recycled. Of the 25 alternatives used, the results obtained from used cooking oil with the highest rank of 0.85. This study makes a decision using the SMART method to find out what waste can be purchased by providing more profit, namely used cooking oil with a value of 0.85.

Abstract

Selama pelaksaaan Kerja Praktik di Kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Padang Lawas penulis ditempatkan pada bidang E-Government, dimana pelayanan publik oleh pemerintah daerah yang memanfaatkan teknologi dikelola oleh bidang E-Government. Masa pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia terjadi sejak maret 2020, Kabupaten Padang Lawas sendiri awalnya merupakan zona hijau kemudian pada pertengahan juli 2021 berubah menjadi zona kuning karena beberapa masyarakat Kabupaten Padang Lawas telah terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19, sehingga mengakibatkan penggunaan teknologi dalam menyampaikan informasi meningkat pesat salah satunya dalam pengaduan jaringan internet. semasa pandemi penggunaan internet tentunya memiliki peran penting dalam menjalankan produktivitas, seperti sekolah daring dan bekerja dari rumah (Work from Home). Salah satu yang menjadi masalah terbesar jika terjadinya gangguan pada internet yang dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya produktivitas. ketika terjadi gangguan internet, masyarakat Kabupaten Padang Lawas masih menggunakan cara tradisional, dimana masyarakat harus mendatangi kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informastika Padang Lawas untuk membuat laporan pengaduan terkait jaringan internet. Namun interaksi tatap muka yang dilakukan selama pandemi haruslah seminimal mungkin, sehingga pembuatan laporan ini dapat menghambat kinerja petugas dalam menerima pengaduan dari masyarakat. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem infromasi berbasis web yang dapat menerima pengaduan dari masyarakat terkait gangguan internet pada area Padang Lawas. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dimana design sistem akan menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, serta Class Diagram. Sistem akan diimpletementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP beserta MySQL sebagai database dari aplikasi.

Abstract

The Department of Industri and Trade of North Sumatra Province is part of the government in the industrial and trade sector. In carrying out its operational activities, the use of information technology is used to support activities. Some problems that occur are the absence of a system for evaluating information technology governance that is used in a systematic manner. In examining the technology used, it only involves a few expert reasoning skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of management and utilization of information technology in the Department of Industri and Trade of North Sumatra Province and to recommend information technology management policy proposals using COBIT version 5. The process of evaluating governance using COBIT begins with domain selection, primary and secondary data koleksi. , the mapping process, the next step is to process the questionnaire data and calculate the value and level of capability. The results of the application of COBIT 5 can explain the situation in resource optimization which includes planning, pengawasan, and adjustments to the implementation of processes and conditions that have not been met, such as making documentation regarding the management of relationships between business and information technology, making SOPs containing regulating coordination.

Abstract

The development of information technology is needed today and plays an important role in almost every aspect of human life. This is marked by the increasing use of computers and the internet in various fields. One of them is the work area, which can speed up work and of course manage data and find the information needed more accurately. PT Perkebunan Nusantara II or commonly abbreviated as PTPN II is a subsidiary of PTPN III which is engaged in plantation agribusiness. This study aims to assist companies in completing the attendance system that still uses the manual method. The application developed will use mySQL, PHP, Codeigniter with Visio which is used to design the application design that will be created and then designed based on the waterfall method. Problems that will occur in the future, such as an employee forgetting to sign the absentee but he has returned home as a result, the next day he also signed in the absent column last night by designing a QR Code-based attendance system to make it easier for employees to carry out attendance and make it easier for the Personnel to recap attendance . The application successfully runs according to the method applied with the following stages: requirements analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing and program implementation and maintenance.

Abstract

The Hapesong New Village Office is a village asset building specifically designated for the operational activities of the Hapesong Baru Village government. The absence of employees at the Hapesong Baru Village office is an important and mandatory role for all employees to be used for official purposes in administration and administration. So far, the government of Batang Toru District, South Tapanuli Regency is still using the attendance system in a manual way that is still not computerized where employees must fill in attendance by writing down attendance signs for example the signature of the employee concerned, this way of attendance has the risk of committing fraud. quite large, because there is still an opportunity to fake employee attendance signs. Data accumulation and errors often become obstacles in processing employee attendance data. Therefore, the authors chose Batang Toru District, South Tapanuli Regency as the object of research. With the development of digital technology, one of which is in the field of computerization, it can help the system in employee attendance. The result of this research is the Design of an Employee Attendance Information System at the Web-Based Hapesong Baru Village Office. In making attendance attendance applications, which are built using a programming language, on the server side is PHP while on the client server side it is HTML. In the database using SQL language with MYSQL DBMS. The modeling of this expert system uses the Unified Modeling Language model.

Abstract

The use of the environmentally friendly traditional fishing gear is very beneficial for fishermen in the fishing process. This needs to be implemented as an effort to maintain the sustainability and sustainability of fish resources in the future. This study aims to identify the fishing gear used in Sibolga City and determine the level of environmental friendliness. The criteria in making this decision are having high selectivity (10%), not damaging habitat (25%), producing high-quality fish (15%), not harming fishermen (30%), and production not harming consumers (20%). Based on the research results, the recommendation in the first rank is Payang with a selectivity criterion value of 1, followed by drift and Dogol which have the same value, namely a high selectivity criterion of 0.5. The conclusion of this study is that the Payang, drift, and Dogol fishing gear are classified as environmentally friendly traditional fishing gear using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method because they can produce catches with high selectivity, minimal habitat damage, high-quality fish production, not harmful to humans. fisherman. themselves and other people around and produce fish that do not harm consumers.
