Abstract

The development of the company in the global era requires PT Burdah Unggul Sejahtera (PT Bultera) to continue to pay attention to good company performance and totality to clients/business partners in order to have an impact on increasing business performance, return on investment (ROI), satisfaction, customer loyalty, profit, and demand for goods/services products as well as the sustainability of business cooperation in various sectors. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand trust, brand experience on purchase intention moderated by service quality on the sustainability of business cooperation with PT Bultera. The research method used in testing this research variable is quantitative with the partial least square technique with a structural equation model (PLS-SEM) approach and assisted processing using SmartPLS 3 software (v.3.3.9). In collecting sample data, the researcher chose to use PT Bultera's internal and external census techniques, namely employees, business partners, and clients of 187 respondents to directly examine the influence between variables and variable moderation. The results in this study indicate that there is a significant influence of brand trust on purchase intention, there is a significant influence of brand experience on purchase intention, and there is a significant effect of service quality on purchase intention. Then the results of testing the moderating variable show that the influence of brand trust on purchase intention is significantly moderated by service quality. Meanwhile, service quality does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between brand experience and purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine trust as a moderating variable on the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Product Quality on Buyer Decisions. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM, Product Quality, and trust have a positive and significant effect on buyer decisions, moderating trust on the influence of E-WOM has no effect on buyer decisions and moderating trust on the effect of product quality has no effect on buyer decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance with transformational leadership as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all employees of companies engaged in interior design who work in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is census, that is, the entire population is used as a sample. The number of samples studied amounted to 255 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires via google form. This research method is quantitative, and data processing uses SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style is not able to strengthen the influence of self efficacy on employee performance and transformational leadership style are not able to strengthen the influence of locus of control on employee performance. The conclusion from the results of this study is that employee performance is inseparable from self-efficacy, locus of control and transformational leadership style. Abstract

The background of this research is because of the rise of consumer purchasing decisions using e-payments in North Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Perceived Benefit and Perceived Ease of Use on Purchase Decisions Using Electronic Payments with Price Discounts as Moderating. Perceived Benefit and Perceived Ease of Use are independent variables and Purchase Decision Using Electronic Payments is the dependent variable and there is a moderating variable, namely Price Discount. Data analysis method using SmartPLS. The population in this research are consumers who make purchases using e-payments in North Jakarta with a total sample of 160 respondents with purpose. The results of the study show that Perceived Benefits, Perceived Ease of Use, and Price Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions Using Electronic Payments. Moderation Price Discount on Perceived Decisions Using Electronic Payments has a positive and significant effect, while moderating Price Discount on Perceived Ease of Use on Purchase Decisions Using Electronic Payments has a negative and significant effect.
