Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, variabel komunikasi internal, dan variabel manajemen perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Phillips Seafoods selama era Covid 19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Phillips Seafoods. Objek penelitian ini berfokus pada variabel disiplin kerja, komunikasi internal, manajemen perubahan, dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel change management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara simultan variabel manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. variabel disiplin kerja, komunikasi internal, dan manajemen perubahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the level of customer satisfaction with opening an account without using a BNI SONIC machine and using BNI SONIC, as well as the effect of implementing BNI SONIC on improving service quality at BNI in Bali. This quantitative research used a questionnaire method filled in via Google Form. The data analysis technique used the Independent Sample T-Test. The results showed: (1) The level of quality of BNI customer service in opening an account by BNI Manual showed that the category of quality for customer service was “Very Low” before the implementation of BNI SONIC. (2) The level of customer service quality after the implementation of BNI SONIC, showed that results in the "Very High" quality category. (3) Based on the results of Independent Sample T-Test, there is a significant difference between the average results of the service quality of BNI Manual and BNI SONIC.

Abstract

This research aimed at exploring how social media was used to promote a tourist destination and how tourists perceive the related content of the social media. The study was conducted at the Tourism Department of Buleleng Regency and the tourism site of Banjar Hot Spring. To meet the fistt research objective, data were collected from three officers and a head of maketing division. The participants were recruited using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of having involvement in the management of social media. Data were collected using observation, interview, and focus group discussion. For the second research question, 38 tourists voluntarily participated. Data were gathered using open-ended-questions method. A qualitative approach was employed for data analysis. The findings suggested that the Tourism Department has demonstrated an optimal utilisation of social media to promote Banjar Hot Spring. However, the use of story telling and type writing may enhance the performance of social media. The second data analysis revealed that tourists perceived the social media was satisfactory.

Abstract

The problem that often arises is role conflict. The existence of role conflict in an agency certainly dramatically affects the performance of its employees. Role conflicts can occur due to differences in commitment, inappropriate communication language, character, ethics, and individual behavior in social relationships and job competition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work role suitability and role conflict on the performance of administrative employees at State Vocational Schools in Buleleng Regency. This type of research is ex-post facto quantitative research. The subjects in this study were administrative employees, while the object of this study was the suitability of work roles, role conflicts, and performance of administrative employees. The population in this study were all administrative employees totaling 195 respondents with the Slovin formula calculation formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method which was filled in via Google Forms with a Proportional Random Sampling system. The data analysis technique used Path Analysis Test. The results of the study show: first, work role congruence and role conflict have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance variables. Second, the suitability of work roles to administrative role conflicts shows that the suitability of work roles has a positive and significant direct effect on role conflicts. Third, the suitability of work roles on the performance of administrative employees shows that Role Conflict has a positive and significant direct effect on performance. Fourth, role conflict on administrative employee performance because the Role Conflict variable has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The budget is an important component in implementing public services whose implementation is left to ministries/agencies and work units for the benefit of the community. However, much has not been achieved in its implementation due to the realization that budget absorption is not optimal. This study analyzes the impact of budget planning, budget execution, and human resource competence on budget absorption. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study was 58 budget management employees. The sample used is saturated. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that budget planning has a significance score of 0.154 > 0.05. It shows that H1 is rejected, meaning that budget planning has no significant effect on budget absorption. Second, budget execution has a significance score of 0.000 <0.05. It shows that H2 is accepted, meaning that budget execution significantly affects budget absorption. Third, the human resource competency variable has a significance score of 0.018 <0.05. It shows that H3 is accepted, meaning that human resource competence significantly affects budget absorption. This study shows that budget planning, execution, and human resource competence do not affect budget absorption.
