Abstract

Dengan mengimplementasikan pendekatan Problem-Based Learning (PBL), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar aplikasi MYOB pada peserta didik kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus untuk penelitian saat ini. Ada empat Langkah dalam setiap siklus Langkah yang pertama perencanaan kedua Tindakan ketiga observasi dan yang keempat refleksi. 36 peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi 2 dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Guru dan siswa menjadi sumber data, dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data seperti pertanyaan pre-test dan post-test, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil analisis indikator prestasi belajar, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus pertama ke siklus berikutnya. Evaluasi berdasarkan Kriteria Capaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) MYOB menunjukkan bahwa pada pra siklus, hanya 7 peserta didik (19%) yang mencapai KKTP. Pada Siklus yang pertama, jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai KKTP meningkat menjadi 17 peserta didik (47%), dan untuk siklus kedua, seluruh 36 peserta didik (100%) berhasil mencapai KKTP. Berdasarkan temuan dan pembahasan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar MYOB bagi siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta.

Abstract

Technological developments make activities easy, effective, efficient and fast. This effectiveness is also felt in the world of education, namely the learning media used. One of the effective and easy-to-use learning media in the assessment of learning outcomes is wordwall. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wordwall media to learning outcomes of merchandising company class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom. This research is a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research method (quasi-experimental). The sampling technique used was non- probability sampling with purposive sampling. The results showed the average value of N-gain percent for the experimental class (wordwall media) was 68.3985 or 68% including quite effective category when compared to the average value of N-gain percent for the control class (conventional media) of 30.9269 or 31% included in the ineffective category. The result of the eta squared calculation is 0.91 which is interpreted as having a moderate effect. The significance value (2-tailed) in the paired t-test is 0.000. It can be interpreted that the value is less than 0.05, which means that there is an effectiveness of wordwall media to learning outcomes of journal entries for merchandising company class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Karanganom.

Abstract

Shopee is the first mobile marketplace with free shipping in Indonesia that entered the Indonesian market in May 2015. Shopee was the most frequently visited platform in the third quarter of 2020 in Indonesia. However, Shopee dropped to the 2nd position based on Indonesia's e-commerce visitor data in 2021. Many complaints have been submitted through the @ShopeeCare Twitter account regarding delays in orders or orders not arriving, problems ordering goods, and returning goods. This study aimed to determine the effect of Shopee Indonesia's system quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of undergraduate students. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design to a sample of 128 students’ class of 2018 of the Accounting Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The result shows that there is a significant positive effect between system quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of Shopee among the undergraduate students.
