Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product diversity and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for ontel bicycles at the Agung Jombang store. This research uses an explanatory research method and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. Obtained a sample of 100 respondents where the collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the validity test, reliability with Cronbach's alpha, classical assumption of simple regression, and t-test. From the results of the data analysis, the calculated t value is 0.084 < 1.66 table. this means that there is a significant influence between the variables of product diversity and price perceptions on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi produksi ayam Joper yang diberi pakan komersial dan bebas memilih dari pakan komersial, jagung dan dedak dari umur 3 sampai 7 minggu.  Sebanyak 120 ekor anak ayam Joper berumur 1 hari dipelihara selama tiga minggu pada suhu lingkungan sekitar 24±1°C. Mulai dari hari ke 21, anak ayam dibagi menjadi empat sistem pemberian pakan yang berbeda berdasarkan rancangan acak lengkap. Perlakuan R1, ayam diberi pakan  komersial -511; R2: ransum komersial -BR1; R3:  pilihan  pakan 511,  jagung dan dedak dan R4: pilihan BR1, jagung dan dedak. Setiap perlakuan   mendapat 3 kali ulangan.  Performan produksi yang diukur adalah konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi pakan dan bobot badan akhir Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performan produksi dipengaruhi oleh sistem pemberian pakan (p<0,05).  Sistem pemberian pakan bebas memilih menghasilkan konversi pakan lebih baik  dengan nilai 2,87 dan 2,85  pada R3 dan R4  dibanding  pemberian pakan komplit dengan  bobot badan akhir  yang hampir sama dengan pakan dua pakan komersial komplit (p>0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi dan kualitas telur ayam ras petelur yang dipelihara oleh peternak dengan pemberian suplemen pakan layer (SPL) yang diformulasikan sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 orang peternak sebagai ulangan, setiap peternak menerapkan dua perlakuan yaitu sebahagian ayam digunakan untuk penerapan SPL (T1) dan sebagian lain diberikan pakan suplemen sesuai dengan kebiasaan peternak (T2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi telur, bobot telur, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan ayam ras yang diberikan suplemen pakan buatan sendiri berbeda tidak nyata (p>0.05) dibandingkan dengan yang diberikan suplemen pakan yang biasa digunakan oleh peternak (T2). Demikian juga dengan kualitas telur, tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antar dua kelompok perlakuan. Akan tetapi warna kuning telur dan kadar kolesterol ayam ras yang diberikan pakan mengandung 1.2% suplemen pakan buatan sendiri lebih baik (p<0.05) dibandingkan suplemen pakan yang biasa digunakan peternak (T2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan suplemen pakan buatan sendiri (SPL) sebesar 1.2% dalam pakan dapat diterapkan pada peternakan ayam petelur.

Abstract

The adoption of flexible work policies has emerged as a pivotal strategy in contemporary workplaces, particularly affecting Generation Z (Gen Z) employees. This study investigates the impact of flexible work policies on Gen Z employee satisfaction and retention across multiple industries. Drawing on a comprehensive literature review, this research synthesizes existing findings to identify key factors influencing Gen Z's perception of flexible work arrangements, such as remote work options, flexible hours, and autonomy in task management. The analysis explores how these policies contribute to enhanced job satisfaction and reduced turnover intentions among Gen Z workers. Furthermore, this study examines industry-specific variations in the implementation and effectiveness of flexible work policies, considering sectors ranging from technology to healthcare. Insights gained from this research not only underscore the significance of flexibility in contemporary workforce management but also provide practical recommendations for organizations seeking to optimize Gen Z employee satisfaction and retention strategies.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the extent to which social conditions such as poverty, unemployment, and local conflicts affect the occurrence of crime. The study was conducted in Binjai city, North Sumatra. This study uses secondary data in time series form covering a period of 22 years from 2001 to 2022. EViews 10 multiple regression analysis was used for the data processing model. The results show that poverty variable has a partial negative insignificant effect on crime, unemployment variable has a positive insignificant effect and community conflict variable has a positive significant effect on crime.Community conflict variable is the major factor affecting crime in Binjai city. Meanwhile, variables such as poverty, unemployment and conflicts in society have a positive and significant impact on the crime rate in Binjai city.

Abstract

This research determines how the Banking Model strengthens/weakens the impact of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Financial Cost and Perceived Ease of Use on Sustainable Finance SMEs. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City, totaling 2,354 MSMEs. This study uses the Taro Yamane formula with a precision level set at 10% with a total sample size of 96. The results reveal that Perceived Usefulness positively and insignificantly affects Sustainable Finance SMEs, Perceived Financial Cost positively and significantly affects Sustainable Finance SMEs, Perceived Ease of Use positively and significantly affects Sustainable Finance SMEs, Banking Model positively and insignificantly affects Sustainable Finance SMEs, Banking model can strengthen the influence of Perceived Usefulness on Sustainable Finance SMEs, Banking model can strengthen the effect of Perceived Financial Cost to Sustainable Finance SMEs, and Banking models can weaken the influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Sustainable Finance SMEs.
