Abstract

Organizational change is the process of moving an organization from its current state to a desired future state in order to improve its performance. However, many businesses continue to fail and refuse to adapt. The purpose of this research is to uncover the elements that hinder organizational change. The author's variable that hinders organizational change uses qualitative research methods. To describe the data in this study, various expert opinions and information from various literature sources were used. According to the findings, two elements contribute to resistance to change: the opposition caused by the business person and the failure to build an organizational culture that can support the change process. To ensure successful change, we need to integrate systems, processes, and behavior (people) approaches. Leaders act as agents of change not only while on projects, but throughout daily activities.

Abstract

Change management is a systematic process of implementing knowledge, tools and resources needed to effect change on the people who will be affected by the process. Change management too understood as the efforts taken by managers to manage change effectively, where an understanding of the issues of motivation, leadership, group, conflict, communication and discipline Thus change management should have a good strategy, in accordance with the current situation and conditions will occur. Change management is very appropriate to do in increasing discipline mainly in college. Causes and consequences of change in the organization always results in two things, namely change for the good and change towards destruction. These two things can happen due to several reasons that come from inside and outside the institution concerned. Because change management is a process, tool, and technique for managing people through process of change to improve discipline, so that the goals of the institution can be achieved.

Abstract

One of the factors influencing an organization's performance is its leadership, particularly when it comes to implementing change. It is preferable to first understand what the term leader means in order to comprehend what is meant by leadership (leadership) (leader). This is so that a leader, who performs the task of performing the leadership action, can exercise leadership. This study combines qualitative research methodologies with strategies for analyzing literature reviews. The following describes transformative leadership. (1) According to Bass, charisma, charismatic influence, or idealized influence, is an emotional aspect of leadership that typically refers to the strength of the leader who is able to have a significant influence on his followers. (2) Leadership that inspires and encourages people to accomplish goals is known as inspiring motivating. (3) By encouraging "issue awareness and problem solutions," the leader stimulates the intellect of his followers. (4) Individual consideration, specifically the leader using individual considerations via mentoring and offering individual attention to followers. This study's goal was to ascertain how leadership affected organizational development and transformation within a business.

Abstract

The development of information technology causes changes in all fields. One of them is the development of the payment system, where the payment system that was originally still in the form of cash has changed to non-cash. The use of non-cash or electronic money (e-money) has been widely used by the public in transactions, especially in transactions that are online or better known as electronic commerce (e-commerce). The use of e-money in e-commerce transactions can certainly support government programs in reducing the use of cash in transactions known as the Less Cash Society (LCS). This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, describing an event or events which are then described as they are without manipulation. Collecting data using library research, collecting references in the form of data in the form of narratives or sentences, documents, theories of opinion, pre-existing ideas which are then analyzed using data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of use of e-money in e-commerce transactions during the pandemic on the LCS level.

Abstract

Abstrak Perubahan organisasi merupakan pengaruh baru terhadap pengembangan organisasi. Struktur dan teknologi organisasi, strategi organisasi dan lingkungan sosial yang semakin kompleks mendukung tumbuhnya perubahan organisasi. Suatu organisasi akan mengalami perkembangan apabila dapat dinyatakan berhasil berkembang ke arah yang positif sehingga karyawan yang bergabung dengan organisasi tersebut dapat mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan organisasi dan pengembangan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Rizki Mandiri Barokah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Perusahaan menginginkan agar karyawan benar-benar bekerja sesuai dengan kemampuannya untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang baik karena tanpa kinerja yang baik dari seluruh karyawan maka akan sulit untuk mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

Abstract

ThisQCovid-19QpandemicQwill haveQa significant impact on MSMEs, this is due to restrictionsz on businessqoperations andzreduced sales and loss of market share as a result of the enactment of PSBBz so that people limit activities outside the home. This study aims to find out how to manage changes that occur in MSMEs during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research conducted is a type of descriptive qualitative research in which the data collection technique used in this study is in the form of interviews. The results of this study indicate that in the current COVID-19 pandemic conditions, Zieffa Bakery has experienced a drastic change in sales, especially since the PSBB was implemented to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus because people are required to work, worship, and study from home causing changes in consumption behavior. public. Furthermore, the marketing system is difficultzin a pandemic becausezin the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, MSMEs are required to change their marketing strategy from offline to online in order to maintain their economy.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is forcing people to work at home due to government policies to stay at home, including shopping. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the causes of changes in consumer behavior in the people of Medan City during Covid-19. The approach in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data analysis techniques carried out through the process of interviews, observations and literature studies. The population used in this study are people who often shop using shopee and the sample is the people of Medan city aged 18-40 years who often use shopee. The results of this study indicate that changes in consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions occur due to several factors, namely: Individuals, lifestyle, and convenience that is the cause of this happening. The community admits that the many conveniences provided by shopee in purchasing are the main attraction for the community, as well as new habits that occur during this pandemic such as the policy to stay at home and use the internet to meet daily needs, such as a trend during this pandemic.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan sistem yang besar dan kompleks karena berkaitan dengan proses bisnis dalam organisasi. Proyek implementasi (penerapan) sistem ERP itu berbeda dengan proyek implementasi sistem informasi lainnya [Davenport, 2000]. Diantara perbedaannya yang utama adalah skalanya, kompleksitasnya, dampak organisasinya, biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk proyek ini serta dampak-dampak lain yang akan dirasakan jika proyek ini tidak sukses. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi pertimbangan langkah-langkah manajemen perubahan yang dapatmempengaruhi efektivitas dalam penerapan ERP di Direktorat Keuangan PT.Indako . Peneliti menggunakan model manajemen perubahan ADKAR dari Jeffrey M. Hiatt (Hiatt, 2006) sebagai rujukan kajian dan menggabungkannya dengan kerangka DICE untuk memprediksi efektifitas keberhasilan program penerapan sistem ERP. Kerangka DICE dapat mengukur aspek-aspek yang terlihat dari suatu program seperti durasi waktu, integritas pelaksana, dan komitmen baik dari pimpinan maupun karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara yang mendalam dan focus group discussion yang terdiri dari para karyawan yang merupakan tim inti penerapan ERP. Untuk mengukur efektifitas penerapan sistem ERP berdasarkan penilaian kerangka DICE, dibutuhkan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pengguna ERP.Hasil skor dari DICE menunjukkan penerapan ERP menjadi kurang effektif karena kurangnya kesadaran bahwa perubahan sudah menjadi prioritas bagi perusahaan. Langkah-langkah perbaikan diusulkan menggunakan kerangka 7S Mckinsey untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan ERP dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai perubahan yang lebih baik menjadi budaya dalam organisasi atau perusahaan. Dijelaskan bagaimana manajemen perubahan dapat menjadi jembatan mencapai solusi dan hasil, namun juga bisa menjadi hambatan ketika perubahan tidak dipahami dan dikelola dengan benar. Oleh karena itu, semakin baik sebuah perusahaan dalam mengelola perubahan maka akan semakin meningkat daya saingnya dan membantu untuk dapat bertahan dan menjaga efektivitas perusahaan melalui strategi dan program perubahan.

The purpose of this study is to find out how employees respond and company performance when there are company policies and implementations related to changes in organizational structure that are carried out every month, as well as giving salaries when employees work overtime, while the method used is qualitative including interviews, opinions and opinions from the employee.
