Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the acceleration of educational innovation programs and evaluation monitoring in educational innovation. This research is qualitative using the library research method. The process of monitoring the implementation of the work of subordinates is carried out to obtain facts, data and information in the process of achieving goals, whether they are in accordance with predetermined standards and there are no deviations. Monitoring requires leaders to directly see the processes that occur, also with the support of documents and opinions from those being monitored, this is done as validation and legitimacy of the monitoring process. The evaluation process will record and compile the results of monitoring with a certain systematic so that they can be easily understood. The results will be analyzed and studied in order to produce new knowledge which can later be used as a basis for supporting decisions to be taken in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to summarize innovations that can be implemented to enrich the variety of learning experiences. Innovation in education is one of the ways to develop the education sector. Innovation is necessary to create the best methods that are efficient and optimized for specific learning purposes. Therefore, by using the library research method, the researcher simply explains several aspects related to innovation in education. It is found that learning innovation is an effort to improve and enhance the learning process to make it more effective and efficient in achieving learning objectives. Learning innovation can take the form of utilizing technology, developing new teaching methods, or a combination of both. The goal of learning innovation is to enhance the quality of learning and students' learning outcomes. In learning innovation, the role of teachers becomes more crucial as they need to integrate technology and new teaching methods into the learning process. In conclusion, learning innovation can help improve the quality of learning and students' learning outcomes by utilizing new technology and teaching methods. However, careful planning and strategies are needed to adopt new learning innovations in order to address potential challenges and risks that may arise.
