Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pertumbuhan dan hasil Kailan dalam beberapa kombinasi jenis dan dosis pemberian bokashi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Growth Centre LLDIKTI-1 dengan ketinggian tempat± 25 mdpl pada bulan Nopember 2017 hingga Januari 2018 dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok non faktorial yang terdiri dari 16 taraf perlakuan. Masing-masing perlakuan adalah B0: kontrol, B1: 150 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B2: 200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B3: 250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B4: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi/polibeg, B5: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi + 150 gram bokashi jerami/polybag, B6: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B7: 150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B8:300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi/polibeg, B9: 300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+150 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B10: 300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi +200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B11: 300 gram bokashi kotoran sapi + 250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B12: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi/polibeg, B13: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+150 gram bokashi jerami 150/ polibeg, B14: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+200 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg, B15: 450 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+250 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah klorofil, luas daun, diameter batang dan bobot basah tumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokashi kotoran sapi dan bokashi jerami padi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil Kailan. Kombinasi terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan B5 (150 gram bokashi kotoran sapi+150 gram bokashi jerami/polibeg) dengan bobot basah (hasil) Kailan tertinggi yaitu 34,91 gram/tanaman.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the production and growth response of cucumber with adopted of cow manure and supernasa solid fertilizer in the field trials of Agricultural Faculty of North Sumatera Muhammadiyah University, altitude of 27 m above sea level with a factorial randomized, block design with two treatment factors were manure factor (K) in 3 rate treatments is 0; 3,6; 7,2 kg/plotting notated as K0, K1, K2. While the second factors were supernasa solid fertlizer (S) in 4 rate treatments is  0; 2,7; 5,4; 8,1 gr/plotting notated as S0, S1, S2, S3. Variables measured were plant height, fruit height, fruit diameter, planting fruit weight and number of fruit crops. The result of the reseach was 7,2 kg/plotting cow manure has significant effect on the variables plant height ang fruit height but weren’t significant for another variables. Provision of 8,1 gr/plotting supernasa solid fertilizer has significant effect on the variables fruit height, fruit diameter and planting fruit weight, but weren’t significant for another variables. Interaction of cow manure and supernasa solid fertilizer hasn’t significant for all treatments. Keywords : supernasa fertilizer, cow manure, production, growth, cucumber

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah organik dan mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kacang hijau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2016 sampai bulan Desember 2016 di Lahan Pertanian Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) Sampali. Penelitian ini menggunakan  Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK)  faktorial dengan 3 ulangan dan terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu : Pemberian Kompos bunga jantan kelapa sawit (K) dengan 4 taraf, yaitu :  K0 : Kontrol, K1 : 75 g/Plot, K2 :150 g/Plot, K3 : 225 g/Plot dan pemberian Pupuk Urin Kelinci (U) dengan 3 taraf, yaitu : U0  : Kontrol, U1: 20 ml/tanaman, U2 : 40 ml/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Kompos bunga jantan kelapa sawit pada tanaman kacang hijau memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada beberapa parameter pengamatan yaitu jumlah polong perplot, berat polong pertanaman, berat polong perplot, berat biji kering pertanaman, berat biji kering perplot, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga dan berat 100 biji kering. Selanjutnya, pemberian urin kelinci dan interaksi kedua perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua peubah amatan.Kata Kunci : Kompos,  Urin kelinci, Pertumbuhan, Produksi, Kacang Hijau

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the  growth and production responce of green bean by using of liquid organic fertilizer and TSP by   randomized block design (RBD) factorial with two factors under studied namely : liquid organic fertilizer (B) which consist of four standrd that  B0 = control, B1 = 5 cc / liter of water, B2 = 10 cc / liter of water and B3 = 15 cc / liter of water while fertilizer  TSP (T) which consist of three standard that  T0 = control, T1 = 15 g / plant, and T2 = 30 g / plants.  Liquid organic fertilizer as first factor and fertilizer TSP as a second factor.

Abstract

AbsrtactThe study aims to evaluate the growth response  and production of sweet corn with the treatment concentration and time interval giving NASA POC at a different level.  Group Randomized Factorial Design (RAK-F) with two factors were studied, namely: Liquid Organic Fertilizer Concentration Factors NASA (N) is divided into four standard No = No provision, N1 = 1.13 ml / 0.5 l of water / plot, N2 = 2.26 ml / 0.5 l of water / plot, N3 = 3.39 ml / 0.5 l of water / plot, Giving time and interval factors NASA POC (I) is divided into 3 time ie I1 = 1-week, I2 = 2 weeks and I3 = 3 weeks. While the parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), cob length (cm), production per plot (kg), and contains a number of seeds per cob (seeds). The results showed that the concentration of POC NASA administration significantly influenced the parameters plant height, cob length, yield per plot, and contains a number of seeds per cob, but not significant different in the parameters of the leaf. As for the interval timing of NASA POC is not a real effect on all parameters of the observations. For the interaction between concentration and interval timing of NASA POC significant effect only on the cob and different length parameter is not significant at the other observation parameters.Keywords: Zea mays saccharat Sturt, concentraion dan time interval

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pupuk organik dalam budidaya tanaman semakin berkembang. Berbagai sumber limbah dan bahan tanaman telah diolah menjadi pupuk organik dan dapat menekan biaya produksi. Salah satunya adalah ampas tahu dan daun gamal yang diaplikasikan dalam bentuk padat ataupun cair. Aplikasi pupuk organik tersebut tidak terkecuali pada tanaman lobak. Saat ini pemanfaatan lobak tidak hanya sebagai tanaman sayuran, tetapi juga sebagai tanaman obat, salah satunya adalah menghindari peningkatan kolesterol jahat.  Oleh karena itu produksi lobak perlu ditingkatkan. Analisa karakter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman lobak terhadap aplikasi ampas tahu dan pupuk organik cair daun gamal merupakan tujuan penelitian ini dan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial, yaitu dosis ampas tahu (A) dengan 4 taraf yaitu 0, 150, 300 dan 450 g/polybag. Aplikasi pupuk organik cair (POC) daun gamal (P) terdiri dari 0, 60, 120 dan 180 ml/liter air. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa aplikasi ampas tahu secara signifikan mempengaruhi karakter pertumbuhan yaitu tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Aplikasi ampas tahu juga telah mempengaruhi karakter hasil yaitu  diameter umbi, bobot umbi pertanaman sampel dan bobot umbi perplot. Namun, aplikasi POC daun gamal serta interaksi kedua perlakuan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi peubah karakter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman lobak.

Abstract

The objective of research was to determinate of growth and production of Soja max (Glycine max L.) with provision sludge oil palm andorganic liquid manure. This research was conducted using Randomized Design Group (RAK) factorial with two factors, namely : sludge (S) which consist of three extent that to S0 = Without Giving, S1 = 2,5 kg/plot, and S2 = 5 kg/plot. Abstract

This experiment was aimed to evaluate yield potential and adaptability of some varieties of rice based on some morphological and physiological characters. This study was conducted at Paluh Merbau village, Percut Sei Tuan Sub-District, Deli Serdang District, North Sumatera, Indonesia on March 2012 till July 2012. This research was arranged in a randomized block design non factorial with three replications. Eight varieties used are Ciherang, IR 64, Lambur, Batanghari, Banyuasin, IR 42, Inpara 10 and Margasari. Salinity stress in rice leads to changes in both morphological and physiological characters of plants, where the response of each genotype varies depending on the nature of tolerance or sensitivity to salt stress. Observation of growth and production showed that genotif IR 42 had the best growth and the highest production as compared with other varieties

Abstract

Aim of this research was to get genotif that has the best growth and high adaptability in saline soil. Response of growth and adaptation were tested of 30 genotypes of rice. 30 genotypes respectively were observed and classified by the criteria : sensitive, moderate, tolerant and very tolerant by using a scoring method (salt injury score). Observation of growth and production showed that genotif IR 42 had the best growth and production as compared with other genotif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of Azolla Bokashi and liquid organic fertilizer of goat manure on the growth and production of Chinese kale. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design. The factors studied were Azolla Bokashi Fertilizer (B) with 3 levels (B0 = without treatment/control, B1 = 5 tons (1.14 kg/plot), B2 = 10 tons (2.28 kg/plot) and liquid organic fertilizer of goat manure (K) (K0 = without treatment, K1 = 100 ml/liter of water, K2 = 200 ml/liter of water, and K3 = 300 ml/liter of water. The parameters observed were the plant height, number of leaves, amount of chlorophyll, stem diameter, plant’s wet weight, plant’s dry weight and harvest index.
