Abstract

This research was condicted in Sungai Nipah Beach Subdistrict of IV Jurai South Coastal Regency West Sumtaera Province. This research aim to know the general representation potential of Sungai Nipah Beach if it made to be a tour destination area. The method of this research is Survey method. This object for this research is Sungai Nipah Beach and local resident, fisherman, and government for the respondent.The potential of Sungai Nipah Beach possession is guite huge to be made for a tour destination area in west Sumatera Province. Based on the water ecological and geografical the very potential site of the beach to develop is diving activity, Banana boad recreation, Vositing Keong Island and to see the beautiful view of the beach. And accordingly to Sungai Nipah Beach revenue as the tourist destination area, the society reception to the tour potential make the local society (93,34%), tourist (100%), Fisherman (84,78%), doer labor (86,67%) and Stakeholder (100%) precentage agree to be made tour destination area. Government contribution for the beach development by far is not found yet, because of the unpretentious management of the local resident wether this beach is already included to the tour object destination in south coastal regency.Keyword:Potential, NaucticalEcotourism, andIdentification

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted on May 7 to 15, 2014, aims to determine how much investment and operational costs and problems faced by farmers in the cultivation of fish in floating net cages in the village Untemungkur. The method used in this research is to conduct interviews respondents were 9 people divided into Category I and Category II From the research that has been conducted in the village of Muara Untemungkur on farming in floating net cages in mind that a large total investment of fish farming in floating net cages for category I Rp.161.935.000, with operating expenses of Rp.81.641.568, / harvest. Net income is farming Rp38.358.432, / harvest. As for category II total investment fish farming in floating net cage aquaculture transform Rp.130.905.000 category II, namely, - the operating expenses of Rp.61.701.778, - / harvest. The advantages are achieved net farmers in this village is supported by the ability of farmers in the supplementary feeding. Keyword : Village Untemungkur , investment , Business Advantage (π)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on September - October 2014 in Sibolga City of North Sumatra Province. The method used was a survey by analyzing secondary data, the data used is the chain of data (time series data) of the 2009 to 2013. The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the fisheries sub-sector of the economy and labor force absorption, knowing whether the fisheries sub-sector and fisheries sub-sector labor force classified base or no base , and to determine the impact of the fisheries sub-sector of the economy and labor force absorption.Based on the results of the study showed that the fisheries sub-sector contributions from the 2009 to 2013 ranges from 23.45% - 24.10% and the absorption of the labor force ranges from 23.9% - 37.0%. During the period 2009 - 2013 the value of Location Quotient (LQ) fisheries sub-sector ranged from 9.18 to 9.65. and the value of Location Quotient (LQ) labor force ranged from 8.7 to 10.9. During the period 2009 - 2013 the value of the Multiplier Effect fisheries sub-sector ranged from 3.52 to 6.40. And value Multiplier Effect fisheries sub-sector labor force ranged from 0.9 to 1.6.Key Words : Contribution, Base dan Multiplier Effect

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the production of , productivity cultivator of the carp, the cost and profit by each institution the marketing of carp in the subs-district Rao Selatan District Pasaman the Province of West Sumatra.Based on the results of research , cultivator of the pool with a broad 3,500 m2 an average of producing 4.461,25 kg per harvest , productivity 1.27 kg per square and the cost of Rp 70.672.000 with profit of Rp 9.630.500 / harvest .Cultivator of the pool with a broad 5,000 m2 producing 6.240 kg per harvest , productivity 1.27 kg per square and the cost of Rp 103.972.000 with profit of Rp 8.848.000 / harvest . With broad cultivator of the m2 kolam7.500 as many as 8.532,5 kg per harvest , productivity 1,14 kg per square and the cost of Rp 143.372.000 with profit of Rp 10.213.000 / harvest .Intermediary traders 1 issue the average cost as much as Rp 149.330.000 to the advantage Rp 15.420.000 per month .Intermediary traders 2 issued the average cost as much as Rp 120.830.000 to the advantage Rp 13.170.000 per month .Intermediary traders 3 spend money an average of Rp 107.250.000 to the advantage Rp 10.020.000 per month .While traders a retailer issued the average cost as much as Rp 8.552.000 to the advantage Rp 1.447.000 per month.Key words: production, productivity, cost, profit

Abstract

This study was conducted in June 2015 in the Village Hangtuah In Perhentian Raja District. This studyaims to determine how the fish farmers perception of the Catfish farming in the pond tarp after the floodingphenomenon. The method used in this research is survey method. To analyze the level of perception of fishfarmers used the Likert scale.Based on the results of the study public perception of individual fish farmers are in the good category inthe amount of 23 people (53.49%), while for the overall well being in either the category with a score of 3961.This suggests that the public perception of fish farmers either individually or overall are in good category thatthey agreed to continue these efforts.Key word: Dumbo Catfish, perception

Abstract

This research did in Tanjung Kuras Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency Riau Province at 1th Juny until 27th Juny 2015. The purpose do this research is to know the other type of business that conducted fisher and to know how many big income contribution off-fishing toward fisher total income.The data was collected in the census, where all the fishermen in the Tanjung Kuras village as object for questioning. The data obtained in this study were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The using data are primer data and secunder data.The type of alternative activities on coastal fishing communities in the Tanjung Kuras village include motorcycle taxis, oil palm workers, masons, and as haul market worker and the contribution from off-fishing toward fisher total income is 19,5%.Key words : contribution, off-fishing income

Abstract

This research was conducted on Desember 2015 until January 2016 at UPT Sea Turtle Conservation of Pariaman and Apar Village, North Pariaman Regency, Pariaman City, West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this research were 1) to know the conditon of the UPT Sea Turtle Conservation of Pariaman and characteristic of the visitors, trader, and local people 2) to know and analyze multiplier effect of UPT Sea Turtle Conservation of Pariaman’s activity toward the local people economic 3) to know how was the controling of conservation by stakeholder toke part its development. The method used in for this research was survey method, with 57 respondents. There are visitors, trader, local people and head of UPT Sea Turtle Conservation of Pariaman.Based on the result of the research, Sea Turtle Conservation of Pariaman has some activities such as break up of the sea turtle’s eggs, take care of sea turtle, take it to the sea, handly craft and sales food and drinks. According the formula, The Sea Turtle Conservation of Pariaman giving multiplier effect as 1.34. the controling has done based on stakeholder area. Abstract

This study was conducted in January 2016 in the Meranti Bunting Village Merbau District Meranti Island Regency Riau Province. The objective of the study are to indentify the types of activities of the fisherman’s wife, to know the reasons fisherman’s wife worked, the utilization time fisherman’s wife and the fisherman’s wife contributes increasing in fisherman household incomes. The method use in this research is survey method with census sampling as many as 30 wife of fishermen. The results showed that the fisherman’s wife did domestic work such as cooking, washing, caring for children an others, and public works is as fish seller, the areca seller, processing of fisheries product and daily traders. Reasons fisherman’s wife worked most favor are economic pressures. Fisherman’s wife at most their time to domestic work which is an average of 43 hours/week or 6 hours/day. Their contributon given by the wife of a fisherman belonging to a low level, namely 26,9% although the contribution made low but it helps the household economy Meranti Bunting Village.Keywords : Fisherman’s wife, fishermen household income, contributions

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang Prospek Pengembangan Usaha Budidaya Ikan Hias di Kota Pekanbaru penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada 27 Februari - 23 Maret 2016 ditempat pembudidayaan ikan hias di Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui jenis-jenis ikan hias dan jumlah produksi ikan yang di pasarkan, sistem pemasaran ikan hias, Mengkaji prospek pengembangan usaha budidaya ikan hias di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode cluster random sampling. Responden yang diambil adalah dari 9 kecamatan tersebut adalah sebanyak 9 pembudidaya ikan hias. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa jenis-jenis ikan hias yang dibudidayakan para pembudidaya ikan hias di kota pekanbaru adalah Platy, Manfish, Koki, Cupang, Guppy, Louhan, Black Ghost. Rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh pembudidaya sebesar Rp. 7.360.822,-/panen,sedangkan Rata-rata PPC yaitu 2,45%. Berdasarkan hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembudidaya yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru menguntungkan dan layak dilanjutkan. Rata-rata FRR yaitu 62,86 % berarti tingkat keuntungan dari usaha tersebut lebih besar keuntungannya jika dibandingkan dengan tingkat bunga di bank sehingga akan lebih baik modal ditanam pada usaha budidaya ikan hias. modal yang akan kembali dalam melakukan usaha budidaya ikan hias ini sekitar 2 kali panen.Kata kunci : Prospek, Sistem Pemasaran, Investasi, Pendapatan Bersih.

Abstract

 Abstrak                The research was conducted in March 2017 located at Maninjau Lake, Tanjung Raya Sub-District, Agam Regency, West Sumatera Province. This study  aims to determine the development trend of fish floating cages business and tourism development in Maninjau Lake and to know what objects are affected by fish floating cages business in Maninjau Lake. The method used in this study is survey method, where the determination of respondents to visitors and businessman using accidental sampling method.               The result of this research have showed that the relationship between fish floating cages business trend with development of tourism is when fish floating cage began to increase every year showed a trend that increased significantly and otherwise tourism development in Maninjau Lake showed a declining trend. Tourism objects that are effected by fish floating cages business has an influence on income both before and after the development of fish floating cages. afforts that have been made by the govemment in the development of tourism in Maninjau Lake after the development of fish floating cages is to optimize the reduction the number of fish floating cages plots and continue to seek the formation of environmentally friendly fish floating cages. Keywords :  Maninjau Lake, Fish floating cages, Tourism
