Abstract

Vocational education is oriented to the secondary educational in which focusing on the development of the student in order to be ready to work professionally and ready to improve their self-potential, in particular, field work. The aim of this paper is to analyze the constructivist approach to vocational education, the relationship between radical and social constructivist and the implementation of the career level on the voced. The result of this discussion to explain the relationship between radical constructivism and social constructivism is viewed the strong abilities. Radical constructivism related the construction mental structure and meaning by individual. After studying, the social constructivism is more focused the social interaction than the individual knowledge construction, the stressing of construction is shown about the meaning in the social interaction activities. Implementation would be successful about the career in the vocational education and needed the educators to make an active facilitator, particularly to guide the students by question with their assumptions and trained the students by reconstructing the new meaning of knowledge, so that students can be a good career.

Abstract

This research focused on the development a new learning model in Vocational Education to answer the challenges of this Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The problem identified was the lack of learning outcomes, especially subjects oriented to software engineering for information systems students in particular and other computer science seen in the phenomenon of the inability of students to produce intelligent systems. From a series of validity, practicality, and effectiveness test results, use content validity with Aiken'V and construct validity with CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) states that the model resulting from this study is stated, valid, practical and effective. This study also produced a new learning model with five syntaxes, namely (1) Define Problem and Design a Plan Project, (2) Interaction with Support System, (3) Create a Project, (4) Keep control and Monitoring Project, (4) Yield and Assessment of Project. And based on the test of the validity of the syntax of this model stated goodness-of-fit or valid.

Abstract

Cryptography is a growing science of data security. The integrity of a data is an important thing to keep the secrets contained in the data. In this research will be visualized the efficient quantities that use elliptic curves and do not use them. The Elgamal method is an asymmetric cryptographic algorithm whose complexity of processes. It is especially for digital signatures. This research will discuss about the use of ECC to optimize and streamline the Encryption and Decryption process in particular 128-bit Elgamal method. The hope is that by using elliptic curves the timing of the encryption and decryption process can run faster in the computation of Elgamal Method.

Python is a dynamic object-oriented programming language. Python provides strong support for integration with other programming languages and other tools. Python programming is rarely used in the field of artificial intelligence, especially artificial neural networks. This research focuses on running Python programming to recognize hiragana letters. In learning the character of Hiragana, one can experience difficulties because of the many combinations of vowels that form new letters by different means of reading and meaning. Discrete Hopfield network is a fully connected, that every unit is attached to every other unit. This network has asymmetrical weights. At Hopfield Network, each unit has no relationship with itself. Therefore it is expected that a computer system that can help recognize the Hiragana Images. With this pattern recognition Application of Hiragana Images, it is expected the system can be developed further to recognize the Hiragana Images quickly and precisely.

Abstract

This research was focused on explaining how the concept of simple multi attribute rating technique method in a decision support system based on desktop programming to solve multi-criteria selection problem, especially Scholarship. The Merkle Hellman method is used for securing the results of choices made by the Smart process. The determination of PPA and BBP-PPA scholarship recipients on STMIK Triguna Dharma becomes a problem because it takes a long time in determining the decision. By adopting the SMART method, the application can make decisions quickly and precisely. The expected result of this research is the application can facilitate in overcoming the problems that occur concerning the determination of PPA and BBP-PPA scholarship recipients as well as assisting Student Affairs STMIK Triguna Dharma in making decisions quickly and accurately

Abstract

Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is social food assistance that is paid in non-cash form every month by the government. However, the problem of identifying BPNT recipients has not been identified properly and it is not certain that the poor really deserve to receive BPNT. So far, the existing system has not been optimal for selecting BPNT recipients with the existing criteria. Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. A creative solution to overcome this problem is the use of a web-based decision support system (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. A system based on human and computer intelligence that creates options to improve decision making. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that helps decision making in deciding the acceptance of BPNT in poor families. This makes it easy to determine who is eligible and who is not eligible for assistance. This method is easy to apply for ranking by comparing it with other methods so that the results are more precise and accurate. The calculation process for the ARAS method using a very complex web-based system greatly facilitates and speeds up the determination of BPNT receipts. To facilitate implementation, 10 data with 5 criteria were used as sample data. Based on the calculation results of the potential beneficiaries on behalf of Selamat and Prayogi, the priority is getting assistance with a final score of < 0.07.

Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi, tidak terlepas dari struktur kepengurusan yang dipimpin oleh satu orang ketua. Dalam Pusat Komunikasi Daerah (PUSKOMDA) Lembaga Dakwah Kampus SUMUT terdapat beberapa bidang atau komisi yang dipimpin oleh masing-masing ketua, salah satunya adalah Ketua Komisi C atau biasa disebut Ketua Kemuslimahan. Proses pemilihan Ketua Kemuslimahan selama ini membutuhkan waktu yang tidak singkat karena harus melewati beberapa tahap, selain itu kurangnya respon dari Lembaga Dakwah Kampus untuk merekomendasikan kandidat yang akan dijadikan Ketua Kemuslimahan karena berbagai kesibukan menjadi kendala dalam pemilihan Ketua Kemuslimahan ini.Untuk membantu agar proses pemilihan Ketua Kemuslimahan kedepannya lebih baik, maka dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan dukungan metode WASPAS. Dengan sistem ini prosedur pemilihan Ketua Kemuslimahan menjadi lebih mudah, waktu yang lebih singkat, dan hasil yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

Penyakit pertussis (Batuk Rejan) adalah penyakit yang sangat menular yang hanya ditemukan pada manusia. Pertussis menyebar dari orang keorang. Seseorang yang menderita pertussis biasanya menularkan penyakit kepada orang lain dengan batuk atau bersin atau ketika menghabiskan banyak waktu di dekat satu sama lain dimana berbagi ruang bernapas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem sebagai alat bantu dalam mendiagnosa penyakit pertussis (Batuk Rejan).Sistem pakar merupakan suatu sistem yang memiliki basis pengetahuan yang berasal dari pengetahuan seorang dalam bidang tertentu. Untuk penyakit pertussis sumber pengetahuan didapat dari seorang dokter dan perawat anastesi yang khusus menangani penyakit pertussis. metode yang digunakan adalah Teorema Bayes dimana nilai probabilitas dihitung untuk mendapatkan nilai kesimpulan yang menjadi acuan jenis penyakit pertussis yang diderita.  Maka dihasilkan sebuah Sistem yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit pertussis (Batuk Rejan) berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang sudah ada.
