Abstract

Manuverabilitas suatu kapal adalah salah satu kunci untuk menjamin keselamatan jalannya operasional kapal. Kondisi manuver kapal dalam kondisi kapal tidak normal misal mengalami kemiringan akibat bergeseran muatan atau akibat kapal mengalami kebocoran (constant heel) perlu dilakukan antisipasi. Mengetahui karakteristik manuvering kapal dengan kondisi initial constant heel melalui uji model akan memberikan gambaran riil yang terjadi dan menjadi masukan dalam permodelan matematis. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemiringan kapal terhadap kinerja manuver kapal maka pada tulisan ini menyajikan hasil pengujian turning dan zig-zag maneuver pada sebuah model kapal patroli pantai dalam kondisi normal dan initial port side constant heel dengan metode free running model. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa penurunan dan kenaikan parameter turning maneuverdalam kondisi kapal miring terlihat lebih siknifikan pada transfer dan tactical diameter jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi normal. Saat kapal miring ke kiri (port side initial constant heel) melakukan port side turning, transfer dan tactical diameter model kapal dengan kondisi miring ke kiri mengalami penurunan 2.14% dan 3.03%, sebaliknya saat starboard side turning mengalami peningkatan pada transfer diameter 6.20% dan tactical diameter naik menjadi 8.09% dibandingkan kondisi normal, sedangkan pengaruh initial constant heel pada manuver zig-zag tidak siknifikan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe impact of soil fertility degradation is the continuous use of inorganic fertilizers, which caused soil organic matter and rice production degradation. The study was conducted to obtain the optimal dose of bioslurry fertilizer for rice growth and production in andosol, regosol, and aluvial soil types without or with soil amendment. The  experiment used split split plot with Completely Randomized Design and three replication. The main plot is soil type, L1:Andosol, L2:mediterranean, and L3:aluvial. The subplots is soil amendment, R1:without amendment, and R2:with amendment. The sub subplots used is bioslurry fertilizer, P1:125kgN/ha, P2:1,5 x 125kgN/ha, and P3: 2 x 125kgN/ha. The results showed that interaction of soil amendment and bioslurry dose had a significant (P<0.05) on the growth and production of Inpari rice. The interaction of soil type and amendment showed significance (P<0.05) in plant height, number of tillers, parameters with highest result at aluvial soil with amendment. The interaction of amendment and bioslurry showed significance (P<0.05) on fresh weight and dry weight of grain parameter with highest result at dose of 2 x 125kgN/ha with amendment. The interaction between soil type, amendment, and bioslurry show significance (P<0.05) at weight of 1000 seeds, and production with ameliorant parameters with highest result in aluvial soil types with 2 x 125kgN/ha dose. Alluvial soil with amendment and bioslurry 2 x 125 kg N/ha dose gave the highest rice production yield of 15,94 t/ha. Keywords: amendment, bioslurry, rice, soil type

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was aimed to evaluate the effect of spacing of Odot elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) and variety of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) on the growth and yield of these two plants in a mixed cropping system. A randomized block design in a 2 × 4 factorial pattern with 3 replications was used in the study. The first factor was spacing of Odot elephant grass consisted of J1: 60 × 90 cm and J2: 45 x 90 cm. The second factor was several varieties of sweet potato, namely V1: Pating-1, V2: Beta-2, V3: Kidal and V4: Papua Solossa. Parameters observed were plant height, dry matter production, crude protein and crude fiber content of Odot elephant grass, as well as production of tubers, dry matter of leaves, crude protein, crude fiber and brix content of sweet potato. The results showed that there was no significant effect of Odot elephant grass spacing on all parameters studied except plant height on the 5th week of observation. Meanwhile, there was a significant effect on all parameters observed due to the treatment of sweet potato varieties. It was concluded that Odot elephant grass may be mixed with various sweet potato varieties such as Pating-1, Beta-2, Kidal and Papua Solossa, especially if there were no pests attacking the Odot elephant grass at the beginning of its growth. Further research with a more varied spacing of Odot elephant grass spacing is highly recommended. Mott) dan varietas ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas L.) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedua tanaman pada sistem tanam campuran. Rancangan acak kelompok pola faktorial 2 × 4 dengan 3 ulangan digunakan dalam penelitian. Faktor pertama adalah jarak tanam rumput gajah Odot terdiri dari J1:60 × 90 cm dan J2: 45 x 90 cm. Faktor kedua adalah beberapa varietas ubi jalar yaitu V1: Pating-1, V2: Beta-2, V3: Kidal dan V4: Papua Solossa. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, produksi bahan kering, kandungan protein kasar dan serat kasar rumput gajah Odot, serta produksi umbi, bahan kering daun, protein kasar, serat kasar dan kadar brix ubi jalar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh nyata jarak tanam rumput gajah Odot terhadap semua parameter yang diteliti kecuali tinggi tanaman pada minggu ke-5 pengamatan. Terdapat pengaruh nyata pada semua parameter yang diamati akibat perlakuan varietas ubi jalar. Tidak ada pengaruh interaksi kedua perlakuan terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Disimpulkan bahwa rumput gajah Odot dapat dicampur tanam dengan berbagai varietas ubi jalar seperti Pating-1, Beta-2, Kidal dan Papua Solossa, terutama jika tidak ada hama yang menyerang rumput gajah Odot pada awal pertumbuhannya. Abstract

The research was conducted to examine the effect of planting distances of odot grass and purple sweet potato and their interaction to the growth and production. The research was carried out March until August 2021 at Kalongan Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The research was used the 2 × 4 factorial experiment with Randomized Block Design of three block replicatin. The first factor is 2 levels of odot grass planting distance T1: 90 × 60 cm and T2: 90 × 45 cm. The second factor is the 4 levels planting distance of purple sweet potatoes V1: 90 × 30 cm, V2: 90 × 40 cm, V3: 90 × 50 cm and V4: 90 × 60 cm. Research parameters the odot grass include plant height, number of saplings, and production of dry matter, in purple sweet potatoes include the length of tendrils, the number of tubers, the production of tuber dry matter, and the production of dry matter. The data processed by the analysis of variance and Duncan Multiple Range Test at 5% level. The results showed that the effect of planting distances of odot grass and purple sweet potatoes had not significant to the growth of odot grass and the growth and production of purple sweet potatoes, but had significant (P<0.05) to dry matter the production odot grass. The planting distance of odot grass at 90 × 45 cm was significant (P<0.05) higher than 90 × 60 cm, and the purple sweet potatoes planting distance of 90 × 60 cm was significant (P<0.05) highest than the treatment of 90 × 40 cm and 90 × 50 cm. Keywords : antin 3, intercropping, odot grass, planting distance,  purple sweet potato.

Abstract

Keadaan ekonomi Idonesia sejak terjadinya krisis ekonomi, mengalami kemerosotan daya beli masyarakat secara terus menerus, tingkat pengangguran meningkat, perbedaan tingkat hidup yang makin menonjol, keadaan seperti ini hendaknya jangan dibiarkan terus menerus, sehingga segera diambil langkah-langkah untuk memperbaiki kesejahteraan rakyat dengan menambah produksi barang dan jasa. Untuk mencapai peningkatan produksi barang dan jasa dapat melalui penanaman modal atau investasi, penggunaan teknologi, penambahan pengetahuan, peningkatan keterampilan, penambahan kemampuan berorganisasi dan manajemen, Dalam rangka ini penananman modal memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Sehingga modal harus diberikan tempat yang sewajarnya, sesuai arti dan pentingnya dalam pembangunan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur. Pembangunan ekonomi tidak akan mungkin berjalan tanpa adanya pemupukan modal baik dari dalam sendiri maupun modal dari luar negeri, Apalagi dengan pemberian Otonomi yang luas kepada daerah sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan telah dirubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintah Daerah, diharapkan akan mempengaruhi kebijakan dibidang investasi di Indonesia, karena dengan berlakunya otonomi daerah maka pemerintah daerah-lah yang akan memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan perekonomian daerahnya termasuk dalam urusan perizinan yang berkaitan di bidang investasi.Dalam penelitian ini mengangkat tiga masalah pokok yang terkait dengan Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah mengenai Investasi PMA/PMDN dalam Era Otonomi Daerah, manfaat dan kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Sedangkan yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pemerintah mengenai investasi PMA/PMDN dalam Era Otonomi Daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, untuk mengetahui manfaat yang diperoleh dengan adanya kebijakan investasi dalam Era Otonomi Daerah, dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dengan adanya kebijakan Investasi dalam Era Otonomi Daerah.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah mengenai investasi yang menggunakan fasilitas PMA/PMDN selalu mengalami perubahan, penambahan dan bahkan pencabutan, namun dalam pelaksanaannya yang digunakan sebagai acuap dasar adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1967 telah dirubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 1970 tentang Penanaman Modal Asing dan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 1968 telah dirubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 1970 tentang Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Pemerintah, Investasi PMA/PMDN, Otonomi Daerah

The business restaurant is growing. In this fast business is need application mobile for customer satisfaction. This system his many applications. They are customer, manager, web kitchen and deliveryapplication. This application is using android Operating System. Using that application by maps for knowing the places o f customer. The results are 100% fo r delivery service, 93% to level o f effective and efficient, 97% to time service system and 97% o f delivery order system.

Abstract

Information regarding the admission of new students in a school is very important to support the smooth reception o f new students. Good information distribution process, will improve the quality of education in a school. Application o f these new students is a solution that can parents help their parents in distributing information about the graduation o f their students in a school. The application supports the announcement o f the distribution process before the announcement o f new admissions at the school run. This application was developed using Java programming language, assisted by Net.bin for Android Operating System environment. This method is based on client-server, where mobile devices like cell phones or netbooks as a web server as a client and server. Parents are parents who have Android-based mobile devices, can use this application to support the admission o f new students. Android mobile applications can make it easier for parents to see the announcement o f new admissions, thereby saving time getting to know their students are accepted or not on SMA High Abung, North Lampung.

Abstract

Defense system against interference when the activity is generally done manually by the administrator. This resulted in the integrity of the system depends on the availability and speed of the administrator in response to disturbance. In the current era of information technology, almost all information is important for an institution can be accessed by its users. Disclosure of such access raises new security issues in part of a computer network system that is very important to maintain the validity and integrity of data and ensure availability of services for its users.In this issue then designed a system to detect any interference. The detection is based filtering on the port service, using the programming language Delphi 7. The data obtained from the filtered traffic data packets passing the proxy server. By building a system that can work automatically and in real time, then perform the detection of intruders or illegal activities which will then be reported to the administrator.With this administrator can find out the use of illegal ports through port filter techniques on the traffic data service in and out in real time, from both internal and external networks. Administrators can do the monitoring without having to depend on availability. With such a system administrator can perform tasks more efficiently in maintaining the validity and integrity of data.

Abstract

The denser the activity o f modern lifesquad, made in every case the limitations o f everyday life. As an example when the transactions at the Bank, this can be facilitated by the presenc o f ATM. Meanwhile, many users do not know ATM locations, especially when users from the other town so it is considered sufficient applied for search ATM locations. The method used in this study for mapping utilizing google map. In this application user can search for ATM locations easily as determined by the position o f the user is located. With GPS devices available on the smartphone can find locations user smartphone and ATM locations. ATM search applications can be used when the smartphone is connected to internet.
