Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Quay Container Crane Terhadap Kelancaran Kegiatan Bongkar Muat Petikemas di Terminal Petikemas Koja, Jakarta Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien penentu, uji hipotesis, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 37 orang operator QCC dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukan adanya pengaruh dari kinerja Quay Container Crane dan kelancaran kegiatan bongkar muat yang ditunjukan dengan persamaan garis regresi linear sederhana yaitu: Y = 9,679 + 0,696X, artinya, jika terjadi perubahan kinerja QCC (variabel X) bertambah, maka kelancaran kegiatan bongkar muat akan meningkat sebesar 0,696 dengan konstanta (a) 9,679. Analisis Koefisien Korelasi (r) = 0,610 artinya kinerja QCC (variabel X) dengan kelancaran kegiatan bongkar muat memiliki pengaruh hubungan yang kuat dan positif. Analisis Koefisien Penentu (KP) sebesar 37,2%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan thitung > ttabel atau 5,746 > 2,030, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya adanya pengaruh kinerja QCC terhadap kelancaran kegiatan bongkar muat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pelayanan PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara Jakarta, yang bergerak dalam bidang keagenan kapal dalam menangani kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal niaga. Strategy pelayanan dilakukan kepada para pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, meminimalisir adanya kendala, memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat untuk proses kegiatan kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal (clearance in dan clearance out). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, lokasi penelitian di PT Bahari Eka Nusantara Cabang Jakarta, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. Waktu penelitian pada bulan April-juni 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik Analisa data narrative dan content analysis diterapkan untuk menginterpretasi data temuan yang diperoleh melalui narasumber dan pengamatan. Triangulasi temuan dilakukan pada sumber data dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi masih kurang maksimal karena faktor habis masa berlaku dokumen kapal, system down saat mengakses Inapornet, masih kurang telitinya karyawan perusahaan dalam memeriksan masa berlaku sertifikat kapal, kurangnya pengetahuanya SDM dalam mengakses system inaportnet, jam kerja istansi Pelabuhan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal sehingga menghambat proses kegiatan kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait pentingnya sertifikasi dan penyusunan prosedur operasi standar (SOP) Umum penanganan  barang berbahaya umum pada maskapai penerbangan secara langsung atau melalui ground handling sebagai perwakilan penerbangan di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Februari 2022 melalui zoom meeting kepada mitra pengabdian yaitu maskapai penerbangan Air Asia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi menggunakan pendekatan perbincangan santai namun terarah dengan media daring kepada mitra maskapai penerbangan ataupun stake holder yang memerlukan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman masyarakat transportasi atau personel penerbangan sebesar 23,86% rata-rata peningkatan dari 69,46% ke 93,32% yang didapat dari pre dan post test terhadap 19 peserta mengenai prosedur penyusunan SOP untuk memperoleh sertifikasi pengangkutan barang berbahaya di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, Pengaruh headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, dan Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang pada PT. Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian di PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama, Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari Januari sampai dengan Maret 2018. Populasi penelitian berupa data perencanaan, evaluasi bus siap operasi dan pelaksaanaan jumlah penumpang. Populasi tercatat ada 48 minggu. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dari hasil perhitungan dengan rumus tersebut didapatkan jumlah sampel 32,4 ≈ 32. Jadi, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 data sekunder yaitu data perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang di Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Teknik sampling menggunakan probability sampling. Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Wawancara Tidak Terstruktur dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) serta Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Data yang diperoleh diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, deskriptif variabel, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien penentu, t table dan uji hipotesis. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Analisis Korelasi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan persamaan regresi berganda yaitu Y = 2318.301 + 2231.636 X1 + (-60.779) X2 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh positif. Koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,805 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh yang rendah. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 65% yang berartinya 765% dari pelaksanaan jumlah penumpang ditentukan oleh perencanaan dan evaluasi bus siap operasi sedangkan 35% ditentukan oleh factor lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the transport waiting line / vehicle queue at toll gate of Cibubur Utama. The analysis method used was Multiple Server Queue System - single stage. Based on the calculation and analysis obtained service time at the main cibubur toll gate is  9.064 seconds / vehicle. At the average level of business (r) reached 70 %. Peak Hours condition reached 170 % means that it is more than Over Utilized. Low Hours condition reached 39 %. The average number of vehicles queuing up (Lq) on average condition is 0.0241 vehicles. Peak Hours condition is 158 vehicles. Low Hours condition is 0.00003 vehicles. Average time vehicle queue (Wq) on average condition is for 0.028 seconds. Peak Hours condition is for 77 seconds. Low Hours condition is 0.00007 seconds. The average number of vehicles in the system (L) on the average condition is 7 vehicles. The condition of Peak Hours is 177 vehicles. Low Hours condition is as many as 4 vehicles. Average vehicle time is in system (W) at average condition for 9.092 seconds, Peak Hours condition for 86 seconds, and Low Hours condition for 9.064 seconds. In Peak Hours condition, the capacity of the main cibubur toll gate is not able to accommodate the number of vehicle arrival rates.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see from scientific articles about software business on human capital or human resources the influence and results of existing research.  In writing this study, we used a qualitative approach by reviewing the literature on study variables. Literary studies is a type or method of academic writing in the form of library studies.  In accordance with the purpose of the study to see the HRIS software business with the relationship between human capital performance, from the results of the presentation of article literature and discussion researchers concluded that HRIS has been used in almost all organizations by helping Human Capital in working, although there is data that states only 45% are newly used by small community business units but in general from the article literature states that HRIS has been used,  especially to assist the Human resources department in carrying out its functions. The recommendation of researchers from the results of this scientific article is that a literature review is a finding of a phenomenon and gap that is used in this scientific article so as to make an input for other researchers in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is that researchers want to provide an overview of whether there are research results from scientific articles related to research variables in the study, with the results of the analysis submitted then the researcher provides an answer in the form of perspective.  The research method uses qualitative with literature review and From the results of the discussion above, researchers see from several variables in this study two variables, namely between recruitment and organizational development, were found significant from some existing article literature, the second between the variables of servant leadership on organization leadership does not state influence or is not directly affected, It's just a general discussion. In general, from this study, researchers see that it is still rare to discuss between the variables in this study and there are other variables that can be used as research gaps in the future.

Abstract

PT. Railway Logistics (KALOG) as a partner in this PKM is a company engaged in the field of rail-based freight transportation with business fields in the form of logistics distribution, container terminal management, loading and unloading, warehousing, packing, labeling, transportation, tracking, logistics escort and logistics management. The problem of partner priority is the lack of human resources who understand specifically about the application of Kaizen principles and the handling of dangerous goods, especially for the delivery of goods by train. The purpose of this activity is; Provide basic knowledge of kaizen principles, handling dangerous goods and the formation of a profitability mindset for employees. The event was held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Office of PT. KALOG, Railway Warehousing Complex, Kp Bandan Rt. 2/4, Jakarta 14430. Methods of Activities with training, Q&A and video playback. The stages of the activity are: a. Stage of Proposal Making, b. Survey Stage: Review of the location of devotion to PT. KALOG and conducted an interview with the Chairman of PT. Local KALOG, c. The stage of identification of partner problems and identification of equipment needs for socialization, d. Stages of Implementation of activities and the final stage, namely the creation of reports and articles of PKM journals. The result of this activity is the increasing knowledge and understanding of participants about the importance of applying the principles of Kaizen and Dangerous Goods in creating profitability and safety and security of freight by train. Participants of the activity are 26 people consisting of leaders, employees and stake holders from PT. KALOG numbered plus 4 Lecturers and 5 ITL students The survey results showed that socialization was effective because it was able to increase the knowledge and understanding of participants in the principles of Kaizen and Dangerous Goods in handling goods, especially by train

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide socialization of problem solving of claiming medical logistics (Vaccine) handling to companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) where most of the vaccines are included in the S  oekarno Hatta ground handling warehousing, so that they can have human resources who understand and understand about handling medical logistics (vaccine) damage claims in accordance with the Regulations  handling of international Air Transport Association (IATA) claims regarding Temperature Control Regulation and also The Air Cargo Tariff, so as to improve services to customers and assist government programs in overcoming the Covid 19 Pandemic. The activity was held on March 2, 2022 in Tangerang.  Themethod used is socialization through online and offline with materialmapping, question and answer and video playback. Participants 13 people consisting of employees of various companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) at Soekarno Hatta Airport, based on the results  of the pre-survey and post survey given to participants, it shows an increase in participants' understanding and knowledge by 62.4% related to procedures for handling damage claims  medical logistics (vaccines) and a  good response  of 61.54% from the participants that this socialization is useful and can be directly applied to their work and meet the target of achieving the PKM plan. This activity has been published through the Youtube channel so that it can be seen and studied by the wider community.
