Abstract

The growth of Indonesia's digital economy since 2016 has grown rapidly, one of which is the presence of digital wallet. The best digital wallet in Indonesia is Ovo with the cashback promo service that makes customers feel given the convenience to transact. This research aims to exemine the relationship between cashback promotion with muslim customer's loyalty in digital wallet Ovo  services. This study is using quantitative method with descriptive approach. The number of respondents with a total of 100 respondents Ovo users in Surabaya. The data collection technique of this research using questionnaire method then measured on a Likert scale and analysed with the help of SPSS Statistics version 23 software. The results of this study indicated a low relationship between cashback promotion with muslim customer's loyalty in digital wallet Ovo services.

Abstract

The potential of zakat that has not been realized makes each zakat management institution required to plan a good marketing strategy through quality services and in accordance with Islam. LAZISMU is a national scale zakat institution (LAZNAS), but in the middle of its journey LAZISMU stopped temporarily and is not operating, so in this case it is interesting to check whether zakat management institutions that stop on a national scale can still provide good quality services and can satisfy donors. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of the quality of Islamic services on donor satisfaction in LAZISMU in Mojokerto district. Quantitative research used in this study with a total sample of 77 LAZISMU donors in Mojoketo Regency. To obtain data using a questionnaire questionnaire with a closed model. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis test, partial test (t test) classic assumption test. The results found that the t test was at a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, which means that service quality variables had a significant and positive effect on donor satisfaction. While the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) are at a value of 36.3%, meaning that the quality of service variable has a contribution of 36.3% to donor satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To find out the strategies of zakat, infaq and alms management to improve the economy of the poor at the Amil Zakat Institution in Mojokerto City and 2) To find out the obstacles and opportunities in managing zakat, infaq, and alms to improve the poor economy at the Amil Zakat Institution in Mojokerto City. The data analysis method in this study was conducted using the Miles and Huberman models. The results showed that the management of zakat, infaq, and alms to improve the economy of the underprivileged. The main purpose of zakat, infaq, and alms is community welfare, this fact makes zakat can function as a source of socioeconomic funds for Muslims. Internal barriers that are usually about the needs of the preparation of needs with different budgets so that it is often an inaccuracy in the management process carried out. The main obstacle that causes zakat has not been able to influence the economy and the opportunities in the management process can make the activities carried out more productive and in accordance with the provisions set.

Abstract

Every year, the interest of Indonesian to perform Umrah is quite high. However, this conidition is utilized bysome irresponsible Umrah agents to commit bad actions such as giving false promises during promotions. This study aimed to determine theimplementation of Islamic business ethics in marketing communications for Umrah travel at PT Ebad Alrahman Wisata Sidoarjo.  This research is a descriptive qualitativethroughphenomenon understanding. Data was collected throughinterviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis used the triangulation method of sources.  The result indicated that PT Ebad Alrahman Wisata Sidoarjo has implemented eight mixes of marketing communications through various information media channels,  as well as implemented the basic principles of Islamic business ethics, i.e. unity, justice, free will, responsibility and ihsan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand whether or not Islamic economics literacy influence college students saving interest in Islamic bank. The sampling technique used in purposive sampling technique with a population of study is college student of sharia economics, sharia banking, Islamic economics and sharia accounting major or study program in East Java which is calculated using the convenience formula. The study used a quantitative research method with questionnaire as the primary data. In testing the hypothesis used simple linier regression analysis techniques. So The result obtained shows that Islamic economics literacy has positive and significant influence to the college students saving interest in Islamic bank with significance value of 0,000 < 0,005 with regression equation as Y = 1,118 + 0,227X.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Islamic promotion on customer decisions to choose gold savings products at UPS JMP Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Researchers used the interview method and used a questionnaire to collect data. And involving 84 respondents who have been tested for validity and reliability. So the results of the simple linear regression test and the results of the t test show if Islamic promotion have an effect on customer decision in choosing gold savings products. It is hoped that the next researchers who take a similar theme, researchers hope to add new variables so that they can provide various kinds of information related to the effect of Islamic promotion on customer decisions in choosing gold savings products, or can expand the subject of this study.Keywords: Customer Decisions, Promotion, Gold Savings

Abstract

The outbreak of a virus called covid-19, which first appeared in December 2019, shocked the world because of its very rapid spread. In Indonesia, the disease outbreak first appeared in March 2020, with 11,192 positive cases. With a high enough case, the government is trying to suppress the spread of the virus by making a PSBB policy, which has an impact on behavior change in society, one of which is economic activity. During the pandemic Covid-19, people tended to shop online as a safe solution. This study aims to determine the influence of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors on consumer behavior in online shopping during the pandemic Covid-19. This type of research is quantitative with explanatory method with a review according to the perspective of Islamic economics. The data analysis technique used is partial test (t), simultaneous test (F) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that cultural factors, social factors, psychological factors influence consumer behavior in online shopping during the pandemic Covid-19, while personal factors have no influence on consumer behavior in online shopping during the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

The development of halal tourism using the Quadruple Helix concept is a concept that combines the roles of four actors in supporting the halal tourism development program. This concept divides the roles of the Government, Academics, Private sector and Community to become a good collaboration in the development of halal tourism in the Cisarua-Lembang Tourism Area. This study aims to determine the role of Quadruple Helix actors in the development of halal tourism in the Cisarua-Lembang Tourism Area. In this study using a qualitative descriptive research method using primary data and secondary data. Interviews, field observations, and documentation are data collection techniques used in this study. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Quadruple Helix in the development of halal tourism in the Cisarua-Lembang Tourism Area has not played an optimal role and there has not been significant cooperation among Quadruple Helix actors.

Abstract

The current globalization has changed the paradigm of society towards tourism to make it part of the lifestyle. Increasingly massive and uncontrolled developments must still involve the role of religion so as not to break the rules. Muslim tourists as consumers are required to be more critical of the guarantee of tourist activities in accordance with sharia principles. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of religiosity and halal knowledge as a reflection of the critical attitude of tourists to the interest in visiting tourist attractions in Malang Raya. The research was conducted with quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis. The research population is the Muslim community of Surabaya city of 85.5% of the total population in 2020. Then, for the research sample of 100 respondents according to the calculation with slovin formula. Data collection utilizes questionnaire instruments and is processed with SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that religiosity had an insignificant effect on visiting interests. Meanwhile, halal knowledge has a significant effect on the interest in visiting. Then, simultaneously, the variables of religiosity and halal knowledge affect the interest of visiting.

Abstract

The government in economy has an important role to strengthen the process of society for full the basic needs and improving the quality of life. One of the government’s efforts in realizing society empowerment is form an institution called Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). However, in its realization the program from BAZNAS has not fully succeeded in achieving the goals. This study aimed to discover the right evaluation for economic empowerment program from BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang. This research is a descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. And the data analysis used the triangulation method of sources and the triangulation of technique. The result indicated that the mechanism for economic empowerment program in Kecamatan Bandarkedungmulyo from BAZNAS Kabupaten Jombang implements four stage process and there are several problems that can be evaluated to improve the program performance.
