Abstract

Capital structure decision to influence the value of the company to date is still the actual issues in financial management. That there was no influence of the capital structure decision of enterprise value or not there is a difference of companies use debt in the capital structure of the company not using debt. The use of debt would give tax subsidies to the company's benefits to the optimal point, but when the optimal point exceeds the menurunakn value of the company. But that in the use of funding sources the company sorts the smallest risk in that is starting from the capital itself (internal capital), the issuance of debt and equity capital Structure (external) is the sum of short-term debt balance of permanent, debt, preferred stock, and common stock. Every company analyzes a number of factors, and then set the targeted funding structure. This Target is always changing in accordance with the changing conditions, but at any time the company management there is shadow dibenak of targeted funds structure.Based on the calculation that the capital structure does not affect the value of the company. This is an indication that investors in Indonesia is not paying attention to the source of funding for the company but was more worried about how the use of such debt efficiently so as to increase the kemampulabaan of the company. Based on these findings, then companies can increase the use of debt in its capital structure.As long as the debt is able to provide larger benefits compared to costs arising from the use of debt.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that attained by people to implement their duties based on accomplishment, experience, sincerity and time. External factors that affect salesperson's performance are standard operating procedures (SOP) and monitoring. This research aimed to find out the impression of SOP and monitoring to salesperson's performance. The type of this research is explanatory research, by censussing 63 respondents. The analysis method using multiple regression analysis,korelasi,cross tabel and determinasi koefisien. Measurement scale using Likert Scale. It analyzed by linear test and significance teat that supported by SPSS 16.0.The results showed a positive and significant influence between standard operating procedures (SOP) and monitoring toward the satisfaction of salesperson's performance partially, the influence of standard operating procedures (SOP) and monitoring for a combination toward salesperson's performance.

Abstract

Decrease the number of hospitalized patients suspected to be caused by the increase in service rates hospitals Soewondo Starch RAA. Aside from the issue of health care levy rate increase is also due to the performance indicators of hospitals RAA. Starch Soewondo weakened. So it is necessary to do research on "The Effect of Rates and Service Quality Customer Satisfaction on RSUD RAA. Soewondo Pati.  From the research it can be seen that the rates given by RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati can be perceived appropriate. Hospital Service Quality RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati perceived good. Costumer Satisfaction Patient Hospital Pati RAA Soewondo classified satisfied. Variable rates have a positive and significant effection customer satisfaction variable. Variable Quality of Service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Variable rates, and quality of service have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted.  Suggestions may be submitted by the author to the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati are RSUD RAASoewondo Pati need to provide better service. It should be repaired speed of the accepted the patients that are considered less by some patients. And also more attention to patients personally, will cause the patient to be more comfortable. And Some Patients RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati, will feel more satisfied if the speed of the accepted the patients repaired and also incresing more attention to patients personally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchase decision of Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji Ungaran. Type of research using explanatory research with data collection methods using interviews and data collection tools using questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents consumers Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji Ungaran use Purposive Sampling method. The analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test with SPSS 16.0. From result of research indicate that product quality have influence to purchasing decision equal to 43,2%, brand image influence to purchasing decision equal to 62,7%, while simultant product quality and brand image influence to purchasing decision equal to 67,5%. This means that the better the product quality and brand image, the higher the purchase decision of Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji Ungaran. Brand image variables to purchase decision variables have greater effect than product quality variables. Based on the result of the research, the researcher suggested that Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji industry to make improvements and developments in packaging design and product durability in order to get better product quality and give good impression to the consumer, and to analyze the level of consumer likeness and loyalty in order to get a better brand image

Abstract

This study aimed to to determine the effect variables of Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty Transportation Users BPU. Rosalia Indah. This type of research used is explanatory research, data collection methods using an oral interview and a data collection tool using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents who use the services of the BPU. Rosalia Indah via nonprobability sampling technique by using purposive sampling method. The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 3.296 + 0.136 X1 + 0.666 X2 e. From the regression equation it is known that the quality of service and customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination 0.468 magnitude. It is indicating that the quality of service and customer satisfaction variables could explain 46.8% of consumer loyalty. Based on the results of the data analysis we can conclude the existence effect of service quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty BPU Rosalia Indah users. and have a strong level of closeness relationship this means that the higher quality of service and customer satisfaction that will lead to the higher customer loyalty. Companies can improve the quality of care by increasing service ticketing and departure schedule more regularly in order to be more timely.

Abstract

AbstractEmployee productivity is one measure that is often used to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. An organization or company can’t develop if the productivity of employees does not increase especially with the high level of competition that exists in the business world. Organizational culture, leadership and commitment have an influence in increasing employee productivity. Therefore, three things need to be considered in order to increase productivity of employees. PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Majapahit Semarang Branch is one private enterprise which engaged in the sale and repair of Daihatsu brand car. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study are the employee of PT Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Majapahit Semarang Branch. Sample calculation using probability sampling technique with respondents as many as 65 people. Data collection techniques in this research using interview techniques, questionnaire and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by using analytical tools in the form of the cross table, validity, reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing by t test and F test.            The conclusion from this study is that there are influence between organizational culture, leadership and a commitment on work productivity at PT Astra International Tbk-Dihatsu, Majapahit Semarang Branch. The organizational culture was 38%, the leadership was 44.9%, and the commitment was 30.1%. Mutual influence the organizational culture, leadership and a commitment by 47.7%, while 52.3% is influenced by other factors. Advice: the company need to increase productivity of employees through increased cultural organizations by instilling cultural values, raise the skills of employees of one of them through training, the leader must be able to motivate the group to discuss the issue before making a decision that reflects the mutual consent of all members of the group and can increase the sense of responsibility as an employee commitment to the company.

Abstract

Professional attitude is very important in carrying out its work. Professional work is the manner in which someone is able to apply the capability or expertise to be able to provide the best performance on the job. Sometimes the formation of a professional attitude of employees because of the company's business ethics are useful to provide guidance in running the business. No exception will Multi Level Marketing business that makes employees become a major asset in running the business. But in reality MLM Herbalife Apex branch employees' professional attitude in running business ethics is still low and often a lot of violations. Violations often occur on recruitment and sales for the product. The purpose of this study to determine the ethics of recruiting new downline, determine product pricing and granting discounts, as well as efforts to achieve professional work as the implementation of business ethics conducted by Herbalife distributor Rembang branch.Type of this research is exploratory. Retrieval technique is purposive sampling resources; data collection techniques done by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation; data analysis techniques using test data by triangulation credibility, transferability test, and test konfirmability.Results and discussion in the Herbalife business are many violations as follows: recruiting a downline that does not comply with existing rules and product sales due to product price is too expensive, the achievement of distributors can see the performance of distributors who work full time and side. The conclusions are many distributors who are committed and professional work ethics so low that in the implementation of an already established business, there are several violations that resulted in delays in the process of doing business. His advice is more assertive and precise in addressing the violations that occurred and needs to be improved meeting capable of inflicting a professional attitude to work and inform about business ethics prearranged.

Abstract

PT. PLN ( Persero ) area of Semarang is a company engaged in the provision of electricity services in Semarang. This study aims to determine themselves the extent of the influence of organizational culture ( X1 ) , Leadership ( X2 ) , Motivation ( Z ) of the Employee Performance ( Y ) PT. PLN ( Persero ) Semarang area . This type of research is explanatory research , the method of data collection using oral interviews and data collection devices using a questionnaire with a sample of 91 respondents employees of PT PLN ( Persero ) Semarang area through sampling techniques performed by sampling saturated or also known as the census . Results from this study is that there is influence between organizational culture , leadership , and motivation on employee performance PT. PLN ( Persero ) Semarang area of 60.6 % , while 39.4 % is influenced by other factors . Then the most impact is affecting the performance of organizational culture indirectly ( indirect ) through the motivation of 0.088 . Compared with the leadership to influence performance indirectly ( indirect ) amounted to 0,089 . This means that the organizational culture and leadership will not be able to affect the performance , if the employee has previously had the motivation of organizational culture and leadership are given .. Advice can be given in this study , namely PT . PLN ( Persero ) Semarang area is to create a climate of better organizational culture within the company , it should be held periodically evaluate the implementation of Electricity for a Better Life.

Abstract

Development and transportation services business competition is increasing rapidly. They compete in providing the best service to retain customers. This research was conducted at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Operations IV Semarang object KA (train) Blora Jaya. Of user data KA Blora Jaya known of the fluctuations in the number of service users KA Blora Jaya and their number of user complaints Blora Jaya train services relating to facilities, infrastructure, and operational support services. As a company engaged in the field of services, PT.KAI (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang must provide good service to customers, good service offset by price according to what is given by PT. KAI (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang.This study aims to determine the effect of price (X1) and quality of service (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) railway services Blora Jaya. This type of research uses explanatory research with data collection method using interviews and data collection tools used questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents KA customers Blora Jaya using purposive sampling method. Using analytical techniques validity, reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test by means of SPSS 16.The results showed that the quality of service has a strong influence on customer loyalty by 49.4%, while the price is quite a strong effect on customer loyalty by 21,7%. This indicates that the variable quality of service to customer loyalty variable effect is higher than the variable price.Advice can be given to increase customer loyalty is to improve the quality of railway services Blora Jaya which is considered important by the service user, but still less attention from the company such as the availability of bins, seating capacity, the slow ticket officer in providing service that is the least number of counters that opened and have not been applied to tickets purchased online services.

Abstract

The level of product sales / sales turnover can indicate purchasing decisions by consumers. Based on data from CV Champion, the sales turnover of Frisian Flag product sales in the Madiun area fluctuates and never reaches the target. Based on interview resut can be known if there is a problem of public perception of the quality of Frisian Flag products and the lack of promotional activities for Frisian Flag purefarm ready-to-drink milk causes the brand image of Frisian Flag purefarm ready-to-drink is not strong, resulting in the level of sales has not reached the target. This type of research is explanatory research. Sampling using techniques is incidental sampling of 100 respondents. This research uses the IBM SPSS version 16.0 assistance program and analysis for intervention intervention variables. Based on the results of research that shows a positive and significant promotion of brand image, product quality affects positively and significantly on brand image, positive and significant promotion of purchasing decisions, positive and significant product quality on purchasing decisions, positive and significant brand image on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions through brand image, there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions through brand imageSuggestions are given in order to improve purchasing decisions with improvement efforts on promotional variables, product quality and brand image. In the aspect of promotion can increase the frequency of sales promotion, make ads more attractive so that messages can be more talked about by consumers and make consumers interested in buying products. In the aspect of product quality, the company can develop products to provide more nutrition, make packaging shapes more attractive, and provide more attractive and diverse packaging colors. In the aspect of brand image can give a message to consumers who are trying to make consumers loyal to the product.
