Abstract

Flooding is a major problem that has potential to occur during the rainy season. Replanning of drainage channel dimensions in Jalan Suka Karya km 0-km 5 can be used as an effort to control flood problems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing condition of the drainage channel that caused flooding in the study site and determine an alternative solution if the existing condition of thedrainage channel is unable to accommodate rainwater runoff discharge. The hydrological analysis of this plan used the Log Person III probability distribution and used a 5-year return period. The EPA SWMM assistance program was used to analyze flood problems at the study site. The problem of flooding that occurred at the study site was caused by problems with the dimensions and material thatwere not uniform, as well as sedimentation on the surface of the drainage channel. Land use conditions in the form of densely populated residential areas caused some drainage canals in the study site to be closed by construction buildings that were part of the shoulder of the road so that the drainage system cannot accommodate and excess water optimally. According to the evaluation results of the EPA SWMM assistance program by replanning the dimensions ofthe drainage channel would overcome the problem of flooding in the study site. The drainage channel using U-Ditch precast concrete with dimensions of 0.8 m x 1 m. The engineer estimate required in the drainage channel planning construction is Rp. 12,197,249,000.00.Keywords: EPA SWMM, Hydrology Analysis, Drainage Dimensions, Engineer estimate

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian adalah melakukan kajian sumbangan curah hujan untuk kebutuhan air bersih di Pulau-Pulau Kecil menggunakan penerapan teknologi pemanenan air hujan skala individu for di Desa Concong Tengah Kecamatan Concong Dalam Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dan Desa Merbau Kecamatan Merbau Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Provinsi Riau. Metode pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model Behaviour dengan mensimulasikan suatu algoritma dari sistem operasi volume yang ada dalam tampungan berdasarkan konsep mass balance berdasarkan selang waktu tertentu menggunakan pendekataan Program Bantu Rain Cycle 2 dengan data input model terdiri dari luas efektif atap rumah tangga (m2 ), jumlah hujan harian dalam satu tahun (mm/tahun), koefisien pengaliran dari atap dan data kebutuhan air berdasarkan jumlah anggota keluarga (m3 /hari). Data curah hujan yang dipergunakan untuk penelitian bersumber dari Bagian Hidrologi BWS III Sumatera dengan lokasi stasiun pencatat curah hujan Tembilahan dan Kandis tahun 2010 sampai 2014. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi model di wilayah penelitian untuk berbagai variasi data curah hujan untuk dengan menggunakan sampel luas atap 70 m2 serta jumlah penghuni rumah sebanyak 5 orang. Hasil simulasi membuktikan bahwa curah hujan merupakan parameter yang sangat sensitip terhadap pemenuhan hidrologi kuantitatif guna pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih di pulau kecil.

Abstract

Hingga saat ini, masih belum ada studi mendalam tentang kapal kayu yang dibangun diBagansiapi-Api walaupun produk galangan kapal ini cukup dikenal dunia karenakualitasnya. Kajian tentang performa kapal kayu di Bagansiapi-Api perlu dikodifikasidi tengah-tengah penurunan output galangan kapal tradisional dan kekawatiran tentangsejarah kapal kayu Bagansiapi-Api di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenganalisa secara numerik performa kapal kayu di Bagansiapi-api. Dimensi utamakapal adalah LOA =32 m; B = 10 m, H = 6 m, T = 3, 2 m dan 50 GT. Hasil kajianmenunjukkan bahwa kapal memiliki performa yang baik terutama dalam seakeeoingdan stabilitas karena memenuhi semua kriteria IMO untuk kapal perikanan.Penggunaan kayu kelas awet (kelas 1) dan kelas kuat (kelas 1) membuat kapal tersebutmemiliki umur yang lebih lama. Lunas dan linggi (haluan dan buritan) menggunakankayu leban (Vitex pubesceus Vahl.), sementara balok geladak menggunakan kayukempas (Koompassia malaccensis Maing), dan geladak menggunakan kayu merantibatu (Shorea platiclados (dipterocarpaceae)). Jumlah sambungan dalam kapal dibuatseminim mungkim. Perencanaan lambung sangat smooth, sehingga membuat aliranfluida menjadi stremline dan berpengaruh terhadapa hambatan kapal.

Abstract

Softcomputing method has been widely used as hydrological analysis model, one of them for streamflow forecasting. Hybrid model of Wavelet Transformation - Artificial Neural Network (WANN) is one of the softcomputing method that can predict streamflow. WANN models need to be tested reliability of the Siak Hulu sub-watershed given the importance of streamflow information to generate management, planning, and useing water resources and sustainable accurately. WANN models in this study used AWLR data converted into discharge data at Siak Hulu sub-watershed from January 2002 to December 2012. First, the data were decomposed and reconstructed using Wavelet Transformation. Then, ANN constructed forecasting model use backpropagation algorithm. WANN models were constructing use 12 forecasting scheme, and then it compared to obtain the best model of each forecasting scheme. The results of statistical analysis on coefficient of correlation (R) showed that the 12 schemes of WANN models developed by the process of calibration, testing, validation and simulation were categorized as very strong correlation. As for the process simulation models from 2011 to 2012, WANN models db5 level 2 for lead time one day scheme resulted the best correlation coefficient (R) is 0.9501752.Keyword : forecasting streamflow, Siak Hulu sub-watershed, Wavelet Transformation, ANN.

Abstract

The increasing number of people in the new Pekanbaru city caused land ordinance changes,resulting ina reduction of water in the region so that when rainfall increased and drainage capacity were not optimum, surface could be impended. A region that had similar problems in 2017 Mangga Raya Residence is severe surface runoff asa result of rainfall according to the fact that in September to Desember ,reducing existing housing to a level was reduced because the nonoptimum cotton wedges in the study were done in order to minimize the surface runoff in the region,building receipts for each housimg to reduce runoff and in an effort to raise water from the calculation and imaging of the planning of the resply wells from 1 m(8m) in diameter,it is a maximum diameter of the requirements for the planning of the picket wells issued by SNI-2017 and permeable value permeable bags 0,0000556 m/dtk. The permeable wells is divided into 2 wells for 1 house with 4 meters each in depth ,according to what is named in a SNI-8456-2017,a well and a water repellate trench after your plan the charge that comes out to 0,88 m³/dt is draining his discharge out of neither more than drainage capacity 0,9 m³/dt.fees needed to be spent for the gouging wlls with a depth of 8 m are devided into 2 in 1 house is Rp.9.570.193. Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah melakukan suatu analisis pengaruh perubahan tata guna lahan terhadap Saluran Drainase pada kawasan Jalan Dorak Kota Selatpanjang berdasarkan Pola Rencana Tata Ruang Tata Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Meranti tahun 2013-2032. Metode pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan simulasi menggunakan pendekatan program bantu model matematik EPA SWMM dengan input model data curah hujan bulanan Stasiun Curah Hujan Buatan tahun 2001-2015 dari BWS III Sumatera, peta topografi dan peta penggunan tata lahan dari BP-DAS Indragiri Rokan Provinsi Riau. Hasil utama penelitian membuktikan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan nilai parameter (% impervious) akibat perubahan tata guna lahan dengan mengacu pola RTRW Kabupaten Meranti tahun 2013-2032 di Kawasan Jalan Dorak. Kondisi di atas mengindikasikan perlunya perubahan dimensi saluran utama drainase dengan cara melakukan pelebaran saluran pada kondisi eksisting dari 1.4 m x 1.2 m menjadi 3.7 m x 1.2 m sehingga akan meningkatkan luas penampang basah saluran akibat meningkatnya volume limpasan air yang masuk ke ke saluran utama drainase pada kawasan Jalan Dorak sampai tahun 2032.

Abstract

Satellite-based rainfall data GSMap_NRT is expected to predict and forecast flooding in the area of sub watershed Pasir Pengarayan. Advances in remote sensing technology make it possible to overcome the problem of available data limitations by utilizing data sourced from satellite. The availability of many remote sensing programs connected directly to satellites speeds up the process of collecting data. One of the program tools used is Integrated Flood Analysis System (IFAS) version 1.3.0 for hydrological modeling and flood discharge analysis at Pasir Pengarayan River. The data used in May 2012 is assumed as an analysis of flood event data for May 2013. Satellite data for rainfall is used GSMaP_NRT Correction Method original and GSMaP_NRT correction Method (Type1) formula 2 in the form of hourly rainfall data. The parameters used to assess model accuracy are waveform error (Ew), volume error (Ev), and peak discharge error (Ep). GSMap modeling, conditions May 01 - 06 May 2012 period, where initial condition after IFAS parameter is simulated, Ew, Ev, and Ep are 43,52%, -9,92% and -5,93% for original GSMaP_NRT. While the simulation results from GSMaP_NRT correction obtained 1.57%, 12.58%, and 20.34%. Modeling GSMap Corrected method type formula 2, conditions May 01 - 06 May 2013 period, where the initial condition after IFAS parameter is simulated, Ew, Ev, and Ep are 43,528%, -9,925% and -5,938% for GSMaP_NRT Corrected. While simulation results from GSMaP_NRT correction method type 1 formula with 12 mm rainfall simulation obtained 0.004%, 7.706%, and 28.030%

Abstract

Changes in land use, namely from cultivated land to closed land or settlements, make the water demand in the area increase, if the water that comes out is not balanced with the water that enters the ground, it will cause a decrease in the ground water level. Another problem that arises due to changes in land use is runoff, where runoff occurs due to rainfall exceeding the suction power or infiltration of the soil, so that over time the runoff becomes a puddle and can even cause flooding. One way to overcome these problems is to apply infiltration wells. This case study takes place in the Hang Tuah Cipta Residence Housing Area, Pekanbaru. From the results of field research and Hydrological data analysis revealed that the main existing drainage channel discharge with a discharge capacity of 0.923 m³/s is unable to accommodate the discharge that occurs at 1.19 m³/s. Segment or secondary drainage channels Q12 and Q13 are also unable to accommodate the discharge that occurs at 0.085 m³/s with a capacity of 0.06 m³/s. Based on the analysis results it is planned that the infiltration well with a radius of 0.5 m and a depth of 9 m which has a capacity of 0.0022 m³/s. After the planned discharge infiltration well comes out to be 0.88 m³/s, it means that the discharge does not exceed drainage capacity of 0.923m³/s.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the carrying capacity of Sub watershed Batang Kumu in existing conditions that are useful as a direction for the management of Sub watershed Batang Kumu to maintain sustainability. The method of approach used using policy instruments from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (LHK) of the Republic of Indonesia which has published regulation of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia no.61 /Menhut II/ 2014 on monitoring and evaluation of watershed management with assessment of criteria covering land, water system, socioeconomic, value of building investment and utilization of regional space. The data used for the research includes land use data, high water level  and water quality sample test results sourced from BP-DAS Indragiri Rokan, rainfall data sourced from The River Regional Basin (BWS) of Sumatra III, socioeconomic and population data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Rokan Hulu Regency as well as building investment value data sourced from the Public Work  Office of Rokan Hulu Regency. The results of the research stated the total carrying capacity value of Sub watershed Batang Kumu is 117.5. The condition of support capacity of Sub watershed Batang Kumu Sub-District Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu regency is in the category of bad or in other words Sub watershed Batang Kumu that deserves to maintain its supporting capacity where socioeconomic and institutional assets / value and investment of buildings function as they should. While land conditions, water systems and regional development policies are performance parameters of Sub watershed Batang Kumu which has an influence in increasing the risk of ineligion to the sustainability of watershed ecosystems especially the percentage of critical land, the percentage of vegetation closures and erosion index that shows a very high classification level followed by sub criteria of flooding with high classification and protected areas with very poor classification
