Abstract

Natrium pentagamavunonat-0 merupakan bentuk garam dari senyawa pentagamavunon (PGV-0). Modifikasi PGV-0 menjadi bentuk garam dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kelarutannya. Pada penelitian ini, natrium PGV-0 diuji pengaruhnya terhadap kontraksi otot polos aorta terisolasi yang diinduksi agonis reseptor a1 adrenergik, yaitu fenilefrin. Disamping itu, natrium PGV-0 juga dipelajari efek relaksasi pada organ tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa natrium PGV-0 menghambat kontraksi otot polos aorta tikus secara bermakna. Senyawa tersebut dapat menurunkan baik harga pD2 maupun efek maksimum dari fenilefrin. Disampimg itu, natrium PGV-0 menunjukkan efek relaksasi yang poten pada organ tersebut, dengan nilai pD2 sebesar 4,41. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa natrium PGV-0 menunjukkan efek yang poten pada otot polos aorta terisolasi yang diinduksi agonis reseptor a1 adrenergik.   ABSTRACT PGV-0 is reported possessing some pharmacological effects such as anti-cancer, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative etc. Its effects are more potent than curcumin. However, this compound has limitation in its solubility. Modifying the compound to its salt form is supposed to overcome this problem. The aim of the research is to investigate the effects of PGV-0 sodium on rat isolated-aortic smooth muscle contraction, and its relaxant effect on the tissue. The study was conducted using an isolated organ technique with an isotonic transducer. The percentage of response either contraction or relaxation was then plotted as a logaritmic scale of concentration-response curve to calculate pD2 value, a negative logaritmic of concentration of drug inducing 50% of maximum effect. The results have shown that treatment of PGV-0 sodium obviously inhibited the contraction of rat isolated-aortic smooth muscle induced by phenylephrine. The compound could decrease both pD2 and Emax values of phenylephrine significantly. The results indicate that PGV-0 sodium could attenuate both potency and intrinsic activity of contraction effect of phephylephrine. Besides, the compound also stimulated relaxant effects to a single phenylephrine contraction with pD2 value of 4.41. The compound could restore phenylephrine-induced tension into baseline level. Based on the results, PGV-0 sodium showed potent effects on rat isolated-aortic smooth muscle.

Abstract

The electricity need in the G4 Building at the State University ofMalang was more than 85 kVA. All electrical devices could beactivated; but when the energy source was inactive, all electricityrequirements were transferred to the diesel power plant (DPP).However, the electrical capacity of DPP was only 20 kVA;therefore, it was necessary to optimize the electrical power load sothat the DPP energy could be absorbed optimally using the roomscheduling and electrical devices priority systems. The DynamicProgramming Algorithm was embedded in the power optimizationsystem to help optimize the work. The power optimization prototypewas used to simulate the 1st floor of the G4 Building’s condition.The system consisted of a controller, a central controller, and auser interface. the controller comprised of a current sensor,microcontroller, and a relay. The central controller consisted ofRaspberry Pi 3 hardware that was installed as the server to answerthe HTTP request from the controller and user interface. The userinterface was displayed in a dynamic web to ease the user inmanaging the electrical devices and entering the room usageschedule. The power optimization system managed the electricalenergy from DPP by turning on the electrical devices according tothe priority value. The power optimization system tests were dividedinto six problems, of which each stage had an error value of 0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a system that can monitor and record home electrical device’s electricity usage. This system has an ability to control electrical devices in distance and predict the operational expense. The system was developed using micro-controllers and WiFi modules connected to PC server. The communication between modules is arranged by server via WiFi. Beside of reading home electrical devices electricity usage, the unique point of the proposed-system is the ability of micro-controllers to send electricity data to server for recording the usage of electrical devices. The testing of this research was done by Black-box method to test the functionality of system. Testing system run well with 0% error.

Abstract

This paper observes the exploration of Genetic Network Programming Two-Stage Reinforcement Learning for mobile robot navigation. The proposed method aims to observe its exploration when inexperienced environments used in the implementation. In order to deal with this situation, individuals are trained firstly in the training phase, that is, they learn the environment with ϵ-greedy policy and learning rate α parameters. Here, two cases are studied, i.e., case A for low exploration and case B for high exploration. In the implementation, the individuals implemented to get experience and learn a new environment on-line. Then, the performance of learning processes are observed due to the environmental changes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar untuk Matakuliah Workshop Mekatronika. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berupa buku dan modul ajar yang materi pembelajarannya mencakup satu semester. Peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan milik Purwanto yang model pengembangannya diperuntukkan bagi pengembangan modul. Pengumpulan data validasi dan kelayakan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner. Angket/kuesioner ditujukan bagi validator kegrafikan, validator materi, dan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari hasil validasi dan uji coba dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dan layak untuk dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada matakuliah Sensor dan Tranduser mengalami kendala dalam materi yang akan diajarakan dimana referensi sumber belajar masih kurang. Adanya bahan ajar yang kurang memadai mengakibatkan mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menangkap materi yang diajarkan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan buku ajar dimana digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam proses pembelajaran maupun sebagai sumber belajar mahasiswa secara mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Borg dan Gall yang telah disesuaikan. Tahapannya yaitu (research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary from of product, preliminary test, main product revition, main field testing, and operational product revition). Kelayakan pengembangan buku ajar dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi dan uji coba dengan mengunakan penyebaran angket. Hasil penyebaran angket yang telah dilakukan pada buku ajar dinyatakan valid, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai sumber rujukan pembelajaran Manajemen Energi. Hal ini didukung melalui hasil persentase validasi oleh ketiga validator dengan rata-rata hasil validator sebesar 89,78%, hasil validasi uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 88,29%, dan hasil validasi uji coba kelompok besar yaitu 90,56%. Dari persentase tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa produk buku ajar bisa digunakan atau layak jika digunakan sebagai reverensi belajar atau sebagai bahan ajar Sensor dan Tranduser.

Abstract

Opinion Analysis is a research study needed to social media, since the content could become a trending topic and has a significant impact on social life. One of the social media that have a big contribution to cyberspace and information development is Twitter. In the Twitter application, users can insert images that represent emotions, facial expressions, or icons. Emoji is a graphic symbol in the form of an image to express a thing, with the Emoji, a text can be read and understood according to its meaning because the image represents it. Of the several things that have been mentioned then, the researchers conducted research on the classification of tweet content based on the use of Emojis. This study aims to determine the emotional uses of Twitter in one period. Every tweet on the Twitter timeline, which contains both text and Emojis, will be classified according to several categories. The algorithm used was Naïve Bayes. It calculated the probability of Emoji tweet to obtain the text classification with Emojis. The results of the classification of emotions are grouped with three categories, namely "angry," "joy," and "sad," it showed that the category "joy" had become the emotional trend of Twitter users where Emojis (x1f60a) dominate the most. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the algorithm used to reach 90% with a 70:30 holdout technique.

Abstract

Desa Senggreng Kecamatan Sumberpucung Kabupaten Malang merupakan desa yang memiliki pemandangan alam sangat indah, yakni adanya waduk yang dialiri Sungai Berantas Karangkates dan ini merupakan potensi wisata alam yang telah banyak dikunjungi masyarakat. Di Desa Senggreng juga memiliki potensi lokal berupa ikan mujair yang jumlahnya sangat banyak dan oleh masyarakat hanya dikelola dengan cara dijual mentah. Harganya yang relatif murah kurang bisa memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan terhadap masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi untuk mengolahnya lebih lanjut. Melihat situasi semacam ini maka perlu diadakan pelatihan pengolahan nugget dan kerupuk berbahan dasar ikan mujair. Tujuan penyelenggaraan kegiatan tersebut antara lain: 1) sebagai bentuk usaha pengembangan makanan berbahan dasar ikan mujair; 2) sebagai penggerak pendirian pusat oleh-oleh khas Desa Senggreng; 3) dan sebagai usaha peningkatkan perekonomian warga desa. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar serta masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam mengolah ikan mujair menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi yang tinggi.  Kata kunci— Desa Senggreng, Waduk Karangkates, olahan ikan mujair, ekonomi desa Abstract Senggreng Village in Sumberpucung Subdistrict, Malang Regency is a village that has a very beautiful natural scenery, namely the existence of a reservoir that is fed by the Berantas Karangkates River and this is a natural tourism potential that has been visited by many people. In the village of Senggreng it also has local potential in the form of tilapia fish which are very numerous and by the community are only managed by selling them raw. The relatively inexpensive price is less able to provide significant benefits to the community so innovation is needed to process it further. Seeing this kind of situation, it is necessary to hold training on processing nuggets and crackers based on tilapia fish. The objectives of carrying out these activities include: 1) as an effort to develop food based on tilapia fish; 2) as a driving force for the establishment of a unique souvenir center in Senggreng Village; 3) and as an effort to improve the economy of the villagers. Overall the activities went smoothly and the community had new knowledge and skills in processing tilapia fish into high economic value products. Keywords— Senggreng Village, Karangkates Reservoir, processed tilapia fish, village economy

Abstract

As a maritime country with a large area, besides the need to defend itself with the military, it also needs to protect itself with aerospace technology that can be controlled automatically. This research aims to develop an air defense system that can control guided missiles automatically with high accuracy. The right method can provide a high level of accuracy in controlling missiles to the targeted object. With the backpropagation neural network method for optimal control output feedback, it can process information data from the radar to control missile’s movement with a high degree of accuracy. The controller uses optimal control output feedback, which is equipped with a lock system and utilizes an accelerometer that can detect the slope of the missile and a gyroscope that can detect the slope between the target direction of the missile to follow the target, control the position, and direction of the missile. The target speed of movement can be easily identified and followed by the missile through the lock system. Sampling data comes from signals generated by radars located in defense areas and from missiles. Each part’s data processing speed is calculated using a fast algorithm that is reliable and has a level of accuracy and fast processing. Data processing impacts on the accuracy of missile movements on any change in the position and motion of targets and target speed. Improved maneuvering accuracy in the first training system can detect 1000 files with a load of 273, while in the last training, the system can detect 1000 files without a load period. So the missile can be guided to hit the target without obstacles when maneuvering.
