Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, job satisfaction on employee performance, turnover intention on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance through turnover intention as a mediating variable in KSU Mandiri Dana Sinar. This study took 32 respondents to KSU Sinar Dana Mandiri to obtain direct and indirect influence. Data were analysed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to answer the problem formulation with the help of Smart PLS 3 program. The results of analyzed showed thats : 1). Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 2). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3). Turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and 4). Turnover intention variable is able to be a mediating variable between job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This study analysed the influence of market orientation and product innovation capability on product competitiveness to improve marketing performance on clay handicraft products in Bali-Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. New insights were offered to the research subjects of clay craftsmen, and in previous studies this type of sample was rarely considered. We studied the relationships of all the variables involved. Empirical evidence was conveyed through a survey involving 60 SMEs as a saturated sample, using a PLS-based SEM as analysis tool. The results show that all direct relationships of variables are proven to be significantly positive, except that product innovation capability has a significant negative impact on marketing performance. The character of the clay craft industry has a uniqueness that was not previously thought of. The greater the ability to produce new innovation seems to have an unfavourable impact on sales of previous innovations. The unique characteristics of the industry disturbed by the Covid-19 situation adds to the narrowness of the market. A market expansion strategy is needed by developing the character of the product from pure artistic nature to decorative decoration into a combination with functionality. To achieve this goal, it is apparently constrained by the limited demographic characteristics and competence of SMEs to innovate. Originality/value; analysing innovation based on three characteristics, namely artistic, symbolic and functional, as an important variable in the clay industry in relation to consumer behaviour. The three proposed analysis based on the characteristics of product innovation had never been studied in previous studies

Abstract

Good employee performance is a step towards achieving organizational goals, so it is necessary to make efforts to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, communication, and training on employee performance. This research was conducted at the business unit of PT Kimia Farma Apotek Denpasar. The sample for this research is 72 employees of PT. Kimia Farma Denpasar Pharmacy Business Unit. The method used to determine the sample in this study is the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. This shows a positive influence on Transformational Leadership, Communication, and Training which is significant for the performance of PT. Kimia Farma Denpasar Pharmacy Business Unit so that Hypothesis 1 (one), Hypothesis 2 (two), and Hypothesis 3 (three) are accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine wellbeing as a mediator of the influence of spiritual leadership on the creativity of employees at Village Credit Institutions (LPD). The study was conducted on LPDs in Tabanan district which had the highest number of healthy LPDs. Determination of the number of research samples obtained by a number of 75 LPD employees, using the slovin formula with a precision of 10 percent. Respondents were determined by simple random sampling from a number of LPDs in Tabanan district. Analysis of research data using smartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that spiritual leadership and wellbeing have a significant positive effect on the creativity of LPD employees, spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on wellbeing, and wellbeing plays a role as a mediating influence of spiritual leadership on the creativity of LPD employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Bali Denpasar Employment BPJS Office. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Bali Denpasar Branch of the Employment BPJS Office, a total of 42 people. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique. Data analysis technique using SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that: Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation and performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation acts as an intervening variable on the effect of communication on employee performance.

Abstract

Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.Beberapa di antara faktor tersebut adalah kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan spiritual (SQ), serta kepemimpinan transaksional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan spiritual (SQ), serta kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan departemen service Auto 2000 Sanur. Sample jenuh digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan tetap pada departemen service Auto 2000 Sanur sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner diolah dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 23.Hasilnya, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) dan kecerdasan emosional (EQ)terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan di sisi lain, kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial terhadap motivasi, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi fimansial terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel interveninf pada PT. Arta Sedana Cabang Hardys Malls Sanur. Penelitian ini mengambil 51 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, 2) Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, 4) Kompensasi finansial memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediator at the Sidemen district public health center (Puskesmas). The population in this study were all 69 employees at the Sidemen sub-district health center. So the sampling method is the census method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a variance-based structural equation model or component based structural equation model, known as the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that 1) Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sidemen District Public Health Center (Puskesmas). 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sidemen District Public Health Center (Puskesmas). 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Sidemen District Public Health Center (Puskesmas). 4) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Sidemen District Community Health Center (Puskesmas).

Abstract

Employee performance is how much the employee contributes to the organization, namely quantity, quality, duration of output and the level of absenteeism at work as well as cooperation. In order for employees to provide good performance for the company, companies need to pay attention to all factors that affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, teamwork and communication on employee performance at Warung Mina, Renon Branch in Denpasar. This study uses the entire population as respondents, namely 55 people who are registered as employees of Warung Mina, Renon Branch. Data were collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of hypothesis testing show that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership on performance, participatory leadership on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on performance, and the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of participatory leadership on employee performance at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada. This study took 30 respondents at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique to answer the problem formulation with the help of the Smart PLS 3 program. The results of testing the hypothesis showed that the variables: 1). Participatory Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Participatory Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and 4). Job satisfaction is a mediating variable of positive influence between Participatory Leadership on employee performance.
