Abstract

This study investigates the relationships between data privacy policy adherence, data processing ethics, technological ethics awareness, and user privacy protection in West Java, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data was collected through surveys administered to organizations and individual users. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was employed to analyze the data. The results reveal significant positive relationships between data privacy policy adherence, data processing ethics, and technological ethics awareness with user privacy protection. The findings underscore the importance of regulatory compliance, ethical data practices, and user awareness in safeguarding user privacy. These insights provide valuable implications for policymakers, organizations, and users seeking to enhance privacy protection efforts in West Java and beyond.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of influencer collaboration, augmented reality marketing, and personalized recommendations on consumer purchasing decisions in the beauty industry in Indonesia. A quantitative analysis was conducted based on survey data collected from 170 Indonesian consumers. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between influencer collaboration, augmented reality marketing, personalized recommendations, and consumer purchasing decisions. Influencer collaboration, augmented reality marketing, and personalized recommendations emerged as critical drivers of consumer behavior, highlighting the importance of digital marketing strategies in shaping purchase intentions and driving sales in the competitive beauty market. These findings offer valuable insights for marketers and businesses seeking to optimize their marketing strategies and enhance consumer engagement in the Indonesian beauty industry.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, machine learning (ML) integration, and AI ethics on product innovation within Bogor's startup ecosystem. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through an online survey from 180 startups. Structural equation modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 was utilized for data analysis. The results reveal significant positive relationships between AI adoption, ML integration, AI ethics, and product innovation. AI adoption and ML integration positively impact product innovation, while adherence to ethical AI practices also plays a crucial role. These findings highlight the importance of leveraging AI technologies responsibly and ethically to drive innovation within startup ecosystems. Policymakers, entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders can utilize these insights to foster a conducive environment for sustainable growth and innovation in Bogor's startup community.

Abstract

This bibliometric study analyzes the evolving landscape of human resource management (HRM), emphasizing the integration of technology into HR practices, particularly in recruitment and selection processes. Utilizing VOSviewer, the research maps the co-occurrence of keywords within a comprehensive dataset, revealing dominant themes, trends over time, and less explored areas. The analysis identifies core thematic clusters such as "human resource management," "recruitment," and "analytics," highlighting the significant focus on optimizing traditional HR functions through technological advancements. The study observes a marked shift in research trends, particularly influenced by the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which accelerated the adoption of remote work technologies and digital HR tools. The visualization also identifies underexplored research opportunities in areas like "blockchain" and "internet," suggesting potential for groundbreaking research in enhancing HR operations. Furthermore, the network analysis underscores the importance of author collaboration in expanding the multidisciplinary scope of HRM research. This study contributes to the understanding of HRM's dynamic evolution and outlines strategic directions for future research, ensuring HR practices align with technological advancements and organizational needs.
