Abstract

Kajian sebelumnya yang masih ada keterkaitan memiliki peranan krusial untuk suatu kajian ilmiah. Kajian sebelumnya itu berperan sebagai penguat teori maupun kejadian atau keterkaitan/dampak antarvariabel. Artikel ini mengulas faktor yang berdampak pada loyalitas karyawan, seperti ketidakamanan kerja, iklim organisasi, maupun pengembangan karier memanfaatkan kepuasan kerja untuk menjadi variabel mediasi bermetode studi literatur. Penulisan kajian ini bertujuan agar bisa merancang hipotesis terkait dampak antarvariabel agar bisa dipergunakan ke kajian berikutnya. Hasil kajian ini ialah: 1) Ketidakamanan kerja berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi loyalitas pegawai; 2) Iklim organisasi berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi loyalitas pegawai; 3) Pengembangan karier berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi loyalitas pegawai; 4) Ketidakamanan kerja berhubungan negatif maupun krusial bagi kepuasan kerja; 5) Iklim Organisasi berhubungan positif dan krusial bagi kepuasan kerja; 6) Pengembangan karir berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kepuasan kerja; 7) Kepuasan kerja berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi loyalitas pegawai.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS) at RSU MAMAMI Kupang. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that work culture has no significant impact on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS); age has no significant effect on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS); work experience does not have a significant impact on the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS); Tool specifications affect meaningful implementation. The R square adjusted value shows that the coefficient of determination of the SIMRS application variable is 0.780 and the coefficient of determination of the HR Competency variable is 0.705. This value makes it clear that the involvement of work culture variables, age, work experience, HR competencies, tool specifications for the implementation of SIMRS is 78% and the contribution of work culture variables, age and work experience to HR competencies is 70%.

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out whether the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment can influence employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. In improving the quality and productivity of the workforce, it is important for organizations to have an understanding of the aspects that can have an impact on the performance of their employees. Motivation is seen as a trigger for individual behavior and is a key factor that encourages individuals to act or carry out activities. Organizational culture is a factor that differentiates one organization from another, and the main characteristics in organizational culture are highly valued by each member. The work environment plays an important role in creating comfortable and supportive conditions for workers. An adequate work environment can form harmonious working relationships between employees. Job satisfaction is reflected in the general view a person has of his or her job. This literature review involves a review of articles, scientific journals, and related research that has been conducted previously. The results of this literature review will later be used to determine the relationship between variables in previous research, and will become the basis for further thesis research.
