Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic has significantly impacted a variety of industries, including the travel and tourism industry. The tourism industry is truly the one that is harmed the most when there are limits on activities that take place outside. The purpose of this study is to improve human resources, particularly in regard to the management of the tourism object located in Kampung Ciherang Tanjung Sari, which is located in the Sumedang Regency. The data and information acquired is then processed once more with TOWS analysis. The findings of the analysis show that there are sufficient resources and good cooperation between Perhutani, LPI, and the local community in the management of attractions. In spite of this, it is indisputable that there are still a variety of facets that, in aggregate, need to be enhanced, beginning with the consolidation of capital, the maintenance of effective human resource management, and the addition of a venue for pupils.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Cipta Baja Trimatra with the intention of determining whether or not there is a correlation between the employees' level of work performance and the leadership style of the company's management. The survey had a total of 52 employees from PT Cipta Baja Trimatra participate as respondents. The research was carried out on employees at that company. The method of random accident sampling was used to choose the research respondents. The distribution of questionnaires and a search of the relevant literature were the methods used to obtain the data. Multiple linear regression is the method for analyzing the data, while SPSS for Windows 22.0 is the statistical software that was utilized. At PT Cipta Baja Trimatra, the results of the test indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and that organizational climate also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Both of these factors contribute to employee job satisfaction. In addition, the study discovered that the influence of leadership style and organizational climate variables on employee performance was quite little, coming in at 10.8 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to search the literature to support the variables of this manuscript and to provide results for consideration in future studies as a research gap or alongside other research items this study is to see the effectiveness of the human capital management department, where in general human capital will have several approaches to maintaining its assets, namely the human resources working in the company. The novelty of this mini literature review is the existence of a research model framework that has never existed or was formed before. In this article, a literature review of several international articles that are relevant to the variable being studied is carried out. The results show that there are several variables that are significant the implications of this article must be carried out in-depth such as through interviews with informants to confirm the literature review

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable and to see the indirect effect of the intervening variable. This study wants to test the effect of independent and intervening variables on the dependent variable, to determine the significance between variables. The results of this study after looking at the literature review that has been analysed that there is significance between variables. This research uses a literature review study that does not use respondents as the basis for data processing. To prevent turnover in an organization the company must have an employee retention career development program for employees and implement a reward management system.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out in the literature review the influence between the variables of leadership, motivation, and competence, on productivity and sustainability in organizations from various scientific articles derived from reputable international journals, This research methodology uses a qualitative approach and examines the variables of this study. A type or method of scholarly writing is a form of library research, the results of the six descriptions above prove several variables to see there is an influence in this study, there is only one scientific article from (Jansen & Pfeifer, 2017)not all competencies are equally related to productivity, besides that all variables from the review of scientific articles found by researchers have a positive and significant influence by using Research methods qualitatively and quantitatively. The recommendation in this study is that researchers hope that in the future researchers hope that other researchers continue to conduct research with the same variables with different objects, and existing research methods, the distinguishing variables of this scientific article research to be used in future research are business process, effective service delivery, a human resource from resilience engineering, HSE, ergonomics perspectives, Compensation, and exporting.

Abstract

In every organization, performance is important in determining how an organization progresses, to know whether the organization is moving forward or backward, or aims to achieve organizational goals. Individuals have high expectations of their organizational work, they want to develop and look for opportunities to realize their potential.The research method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach to find out and see the effect of workload, burnout and job satisfaction on performance. The research sample was 134 peopleactive and passive personnel in an PPNS Korwas organization. Data collection using survey techniques. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS method with multiple linear regression tests. Research resultsthat the independent variable Workload partially has an influence on performance. Burnout independent variable partially and has no significant effect on performance. independent variable Job satisfaction partially and has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang peran data mining dalam memprediksi penjualan sepatu Adidas dengan menggunakan metode algoritma regresi linier, dimana sepatu telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Selain untuk melindungi kaki dari cedera, sepatu juga berfungsi untuk menunjang penampilan dan tentunya setiap orang memiliki selera berpakaian masing-masing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya data mining dalam memprediksi tingkat penjualan sepatu merek Adidas berdasarkan data penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jurnal literature review.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find gaps between variables from previous research and to find relationships between variables, to improve employee performance which is supported by several main factors. This study uses a literature review study to review several variables whose articles have been published in international journals, the findings of this study are that there are variables that are significant to the dependent variable and some are not significant, the framework created can be said to be novel because there has never been any research with the framework created by the research team.

Abstract

This article will explore the importance of employee development and coaching and mentoring approaches in achieving organizational sustainability. We will explore the benefits of combining these two approaches, examples of successful implementation, and best practices that can be applied by organizations seeking to achieve sustainability in their operations.In this study, analysts used to review observational data from several major research sources, focusing on human resources. It is thought that the results of publications from various organizations and industrial fields are important to researchers, and it is believed that by analyzing such works, analysts can provide speculative ideas that drive research. Scientific articles that make reinforcement for scientific articles in participation contribute to science and especially the scientific articles above can represent with existing limitations with findings that provide a result for this scientific article in literature.
