<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the role of farmer groups in increasing the income of the people of Jumateguh Village, Banturaja District. The qualitative approach using descriptive methods and data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results shows there are three roles of farmer groups in the Jumateguh village community, namely as a forum for discussion for group members in solving a problem by finding solutions together through discussion forums, secondly as a forum for information for group members in obtaining information from extension agents regarding how to choosing good/superior plant seeds, as well as handling pests and diseases that attack plants, and the third as a production unit, namely providing production facilities and infrastructure such as tanks for spraying pesticides and insecticides on plants and tripe machines to clean grass that disturbs plants.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out the parenting style adopted by 2 career women in forming the independence of their children, Mrs. D with 33 and Mrs. I with 27 in Pinanggripan Village. The type of research is qualitative research using the case study approach. The subject of study was determined through the purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through the interview techniques by using interview form. The results of the study shown that the two informants used typical democratic parenting. Consequently, the children show a good attitude shifting in which children are more independent. In addition, the form of independence can be seen from seven indicators, including: 1. physical ability, 2. self-confidence, 3. responsibility, 4. discipline, 5. good at getting along, 6. sharing, 7. being able to control the emotions. The result shows the child has good independent personality. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan adalah melakukan pendampingan kepada penggiat dalam mengembangkan desa literasi berbasis masyarakat di Desa Ara Payung, Kec. Pantai Cermin, Kab. Serdang Bedagai. Hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami mitra, antara lain: (1) Belum terlaksananya program desa literasi yang tertuang dalam RPJMDes Desa Ara Payung karena belum ada grand design desa litrasi Desa Ara Payung; (2) belum terlihatnya peran perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat kegiatan literasi di Desa; (3) koleksi perpustakaan masih minim dan secara garis besar banyak berkaitan dengan bacaan anak-anak karena pengguna utama masih didominasi oleh peserta didik PAUD Seroja Desa Ara Payung; dan (4) belum terlihat peran dari karang taruna dan pengurus perpustakaan desa yang notabene-nya ditugaskan sebagai penggiat utama desa literasi di Desa Ara Payung. Adapun solusi yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan mitra, diantaranya: (1) Pendampingan penyusunan grand design desa literasi berbasis masyarakat di Desa Ara Payung; (2) Pendampingan tata kelola & pemberdayaan perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat kegiatan literasi; (3) Penambahan koleksi buku bacaan yang lebih update dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat Desa Ara Payung; dan (4) Pendampingan karang taruna dan pengurus perpustakaan desa sebagai penggiat utama desa literasi berbasis masyarakat di Desa Ara Payung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat memperkuat motivasi mitra dalam mengembangkan Desa Ara Payung sebagai salah satu Desa Literasi yang mengoptimalkan potensi masyarakat sebagai agen literasi Desa.]]>

<![CDATA[Organizational communication is used to achieve common goals in an organization. Organizational communication is the transmission of information so as to form information flows that give rise to information networks. In understanding communication in an organization there are several perspectives that can be used, namely: Classical, Humanistic, Integration and Contemporary. Perspective is a point of view in interpreting a problem. In this study, researchers discuss comparative studies from the perspectives of organizational communication theory. Where researchers compare the advantages and weaknesses of each perspective with qualitative approaches and comparative methods. In comparative studies, each of the above perspectives has different advantages and disadvantages, and is selected according to the needs of the organization and the specific situation. However, in general, the four perspectives can be used as a guide to understanding how communication can be used to achieve organizational goals. It is important to understand that each perspective has its own advantages and disadvantages, so there is no one theory that can be used to solve all problems in organizations. Although the four perspectives of organizational communication theory have different focuses and goals, they are interrelated and can contribute to a more holistic understanding of communication in organizations.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program pencegahan stunting di Posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukaramai Kecamatan Area. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pencegahan stunting di Posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukaramai dilakukan dengan melibatkan tenaga kesehatan dari puskesmas, kader posyandu dan masyarakat. Program pencegahan stunting yang dilaksanakan di Posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukaramai antara lain: (1) Pemenuhan gizi ibu hamil mencakup; Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) dan Pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (PTTD), (2) Pola asuh terhadap bayi dan balita mencakup; a) Penyuluhan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD); b) Pemberian ASI eksklusif; c) Memberikan Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) untuk bayi hingga usia 2 tahun; d) Pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap; e) Pemantauan pertumbuhan balita, (3) Perbaikan sanitasi dan akses air bersih mencakup; a) Penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS); b) Air layak pakai; c) Pengelolaan sampah; d) Bebas polusi udara. Analysis of the Implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program at Posyandu in the working area of the Sukaramai Health Center Medan Area DistrictAbstractThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the stunting prevention program at the Posyandu in the working area of the Sukaramai Health Center Medan Area District. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the stunting prevention program at Posyandu in the working area of the Sukaramai Health Center was carried out by involving health workers from the health center, posyandu cadres and the community. The stunting prevention program implemented at the Posyandu in the working area of the Sukaramai Health Center includes: (1) Fulfillment of nutrition for pregnant women includes; Provision of Supplementary Food (PMT) and Provision of Blood Supplementary Tablets (PTTD), (2) Parenting patterns for infants and toddlers includes; a) Counseling on Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD); b) Exclusive breastfeeding; c) Providing complementary food for ASI (MP-ASI) for babies up to 2 years old; d) Provision of complete basic immunization; e) Monitoring the growth of children under five, (3) Improving sanitation and access to clean water includes; a) Implementation of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS); b) Water suitable for use; c) Waste management; d) Free of air pollution.]]>

<![CDATA[Gadget is a term in English, which is an electronic device that has a special purpose and function to download the latest information, various technologies and the latest features so as to make human life more practical. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of gadget exposure on speech delay in children under five years old. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis research. This descriptive research aims to describe a situation or phenomena as it is. This research was conducted in Tanjung Gusta Village. The subject of this research is the parents of toddlers who experience speech delay. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation and interviews. The results of observations and interviews show that children who intensely use gadgets (experimental group) have limited verbal communication skills compared to children who minimally use gadgets (control group). Children in the experimental group tended to have delayed speech, difficulty articulating words clearly and limited age-appropriate vocabulary. They also showed difficulty in understanding and following simple commands.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study is to determine the type of career parenting and its impact on the development of children's personalities. The descriptive phenomology method is used in this study. The study was conducted out in Sibolga City, Hutabarangan Village, and Sibolga Julu. Three youngsters aged 12 to 14 years old, as well as their parents, participated in the study. Unstructured interviews and observations are used to acquire data. The data analysis method employed is qualitative descriptive data analysis. According to the findings of this study, the parenting style of career parents has a substantial impact on the personalities of their children. A qualitative investigation of three parents who worked as small merchants, restaurant employees, and factory workers revealed disparities in parenting approaches, namely democratic and permissive. In this instance, it is critical for working parents with limited time to find methods to be actively involved in their children's life. For example, regular communication, listening to children's feelings, and spending quality time together can all help.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine elementary school students use of electronics following the Covid-19 epidemic. The descriptive quantitative research approach was applied. Questionnaires were provided to primary school children to collect data. The study was conducted in Tanjung Mulia Village, using 20 elementary school students as participants, and a sample technique called Simple Random sample was used. The data collecting approach used in this study is a closed questionnaire. The instrument is used by respondents through picking alternative answers that match their view or decision. In this study, descriptive data analysis is used to interpret the data gathered from questionnaires. According to the findings of the survey, the majority of elementary school students choose to use devices for amusement purposes such as playing games, viewing or listening to music, and excessively accessing social media without time limitations, rather than for study and school purposes. The use of gadgets as a source of learning and pleasure must be done with adequate supervision, such as restricting gadget usage time, managing gadget use exclusively on beneficial, educational apps, and accompanying and leading children.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the branding process in constructing the halal tourism destination of Aceh Province as "the light of Aceh". Using a constructivist paradigm and qualitative approach, this study collects data through in-depth interviews with the publication team and the Aceh halal tourism acceleration team at the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. The research findings reveal that the marketing communication efforts carried out by the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office in constructing the brand image of halal tourism destinations based on the first stage of media construction are to prepare construction materials in collaboration with relevant publics, namely the publication team, the Aceh halal tourism acceleration team, and other tourism associations and communities. The second stage is the stage of construction distribution through various media and channels, especially social media. In the use of digital media, the concrete concept is real-time. The third stage is the stage of construction formation, namely the construction of the image constructed by the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office through the media used, especially owned/shared/social media, is the good news model. The fourth stage, namely the confirmation stage, is evident in the adoption of the logo by various publics. Other confirmations are that in the same year when the halal tourism destination brand was launched in 2016 to 2022, Aceh received both national and international awards.]]>
