Abstract

PG Madukismo merupakan perusahaan agroindustri yang memproduksi gula untuk kebutuhan konsumsi gula pasir di Indonesia sehingga dituntut melakukan produksi berkelanjutan selama musim giling. Namun, PG Madukismo masih mengalami permasalahan, yaitu bahan baku yang tersedia belum memenuhi target karena mengalami fluktuasi. Oleh karena itu, PG Madukismo membutuhkan pengendalian bahan baku tebu untuk memperoleh kuantitas yang tepat agar produksi berjalan lancar dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kuantitas persediaan bahan baku yang optimal dalam setiap hari giling dan biaya total yang dikeluarkan PG Madukismo dalam melakukan produksi dengan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahan baku yang tersedia belum memenuhi target, yaitu pabrik terkadang mengalami kelebihan dan kekurangan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah persediaan bahan baku yang optimal menggunakan metode EPQ pada tahun 2018 adalah 41.529 kuintal. Total biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan dengan metode tersebut sebesar Rp 896.333.840 sehingga menurunkan biaya total persediaan sebesar 66,7%.

Abstract

Produktivitas cabai merah yang rendah menandakan terdapat masalah cukup serius pada aspek budidayanya. Perubahan iklim yang ekstrim juga menyebabkan tanaman cabai merah mengalami kerusakan. Akibatnya, produksi menurun sehingga harga produksi meningkat dan pendapatan petani menurun. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keragaan usahatani cabai merah dan menganalisis pendapatan petaninya. Desain penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survey terhadap 77 responden yang ditarik secara simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis pendapatan serta rasio Revenue Cost (RC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas petani di Desa Sukalaksana adalah petani gurem (berlahan sempit) yang berstatus pemilik.Rata-rata luas lahan garapan adalah 0,32 hektar. Budidaya cabai merah yang dilakukan petani berlahan sempit, sedang maupun luas melalui tahapan kegiatan yang sama dan menggunakan alat-alat pertanian yang sederhana. Tenaga kerja menggunakan buruh tani. Cabai dijual ke bandar dalam keadaan masih berwarna hijau dengan harga yang berfluktuasi setiap bulannya. Pendapatan petani berlahan sempit, sedang, dan luas per hektar per musim tanam masing-masing adalah Rp 15.750.817, Rp 43.092.359, Rp 49.091.756. Jadi, makin tinggi luas lahan, makin tinggi tingkat pendapatan petaninya. Berdasarkan analisis rasio RC, usahatani di semua kategori luas lahan adalah menguntungkan. Nilai R/C tertinggi dicapai oleh usahatani di lahan sedang yakni 2,4.Kata kunci: cabai merah, keragaan, usahatani, analisis pendapatanAbstractThe low productivity of red chili indicates that there is a serious problem in the cultivation aspect. In addition, extreme climate change also causes red chili plants to be damaged. As a result, production decreases so that the price of production increases and farmers' income decreases. This research was conducted to determine the performance of red chilli farming and analyze farmers' income. The research design was a quantitative method with a survey technique of 77 respondents drawn by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, income analysis and Revenue Cost (RC) ratios. The results showed the majority of farmers in Sukalaksana Village were smallholders (narrow land) who were the owners. The average area of land under cultivation was 0.32 hectares. Red chilli cultivation was carried out by farmers with narrow, medium and wide land through the same stages of activity using traditional tools. The labor used was laborers. Chili was sold to the wholesaler (‘bandar”) in green conditions with prices that fluctuate each month. The income of farmers who have narrow, medium and wide land per hectare per planting season was Rp. 15,750,817, Rp. 43,092,359, Rp. 49,091,756, respectively. So, the higher the area of land, the higher the level of farmer income. Based on the RC ratio, farming in all of categories of land area is profitable. The highest R / C value was achieved by farming on medium land, which is 2.4.Keywords: red chili, performance, farming, income analysis

Abstract

Abstrak Kabupaten Majalengka telah lama dikenal sebagai salah satu sentra bawang merah, selain bawang merah ternyata produksi bawang putih juga dilakukan di Kabupaten Majalengka. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mendukung produksi bawang putih di Kabupaten Majalengka adaalh dengan membuat program  mengembangkan sistem produksi perbenihan bawang putih untuk mendukung produksi benih bawang secara kontinu dan berkualitas, sehingga hasil produksi bawang putih lebih baik dan berkembang. Program pengebangan benih bawang putih kerjasama dengan importir dari benih yang didatangkan oleh impotir tenyata memiliki beberapa permasalahan utama diantaranya tidak berumbi. Hal tersebut menarik peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian terkait strategi pengembangan benih bawang putih di Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey sedangkan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan benih bawang putih dengnan alat analisis AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Sedangkan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari survey, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari pencatatan/keterangan dari instansi terkait serta laporan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alternative strategi pengembangan benih bawang putih adalah melakukan kerjasaa dengn petani atau kelompok tani dengan penggunaan dan kesiapan teknologi budidaya serta jaminan pasar hasil produksi benih.Kata Kunci : Bawang Putih, Benih, Analytical Hierarchy Proces , Majalengka.AbstractMajalengka Regency has been known as one of the centers of shallots. Besides shallots, in Majalengka Regency also it turns out garlic production. One of the activities carried out by the government to support garlic production in Majalengka Regency is creating a program to develop a production system for garlic seedlings to support continuous and quality production of onion seeds, so that garlic production is better and growing. The garlic seed development program in cooperation with importers has several main problems including non-tuber. This attracted researchers to conduct research related to the strategy of developing garlic seeds in Majalengka Regency. This study uses a survey method while to determine the strategy of developing garlic seeds with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Proces). This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from surveys, while secondary data is obtained from recording/ information from relevant agencies and reports on previous research results. The study results indicate that the alternative strategy for developing garlic seeds is to collaborate with farmers or farmer groups with the use cultivation technology and market guaranteed for the seeds production.Keywords: Garlic, Seeds, Analytical Hierarchy Proces,  Majalengka.

Abstract

Many parties such as business people have used technological developments to facilitate their marketing activities. The technology that is often used in marketing, especially in the promotional aspect, is social media instagram. One of the business players who use Instagram as a promotional media is Kojama Shop, an online shop that sells avocado butter and other local fruits. This report is written with objective of knowing the advertising effectiveness of social media instagram Kojama Shop. The sampling technique used to research was convenience sampling on Kojama Shop active followers. This research used AIDA model method which consists of four dimensions; attention, interest, desire, and action. The results prove that the advertisement on Kojama Shop instagram is considered very effective with a value of 4.337 for the attention dimension, 4.26 for the interest dimension, and 4.277 for the desire dimension. Meanwhile, it was considered effective with a value of 4.117for the action dimension. The improvement recommendations for the action dimension are to develop and provide innovations in promotional methods to increase consumer confidence in making purchases. The results of this study also prove that the overall value of the AIDA is considered very effective with an AIDA Rate value of 4.248.

Abstract

Organic vegetables are one of the organic food products that are widely consumed by the public, including the customers of Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun. However, the view that the quality and price of organic vegetables is no better and cheaper than non-organic vegetables makes researchers want to know whether it affects customer satisfaction and whether there is an interest of customers to do e-word of mouth (social media) or the wide-ranging internet. This study aims to describe Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun's consumer behavior regarding product quality and prices, to customer satisfaction, and e-word of mouth (eWOM) interest. The method used in this study is an explanatory method to test hypotheses with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results showed that satisfaction was significantly influenced by the quality and price of the product. While e-wom's interest is not significantly influenced by both product quality, product prices, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The negative impact of the green revolution for the agriculture sector is soil damageand pest population. The government issued an organic farming program using the SRI and UPPO method. The Silih Asih Farmers Group implements manure pasan effprt to approach organic rice farming with the aim of increase soil looseness so the productivity can increase and be stable. However, UPPO activities have not developed since 2016 due to changes in the business concept applied. The aims of this research include : 1). Knowing the reason UPPO is not growing, 2). What factors caused UPPO not to develop. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a system thinking and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. The analytical tool usesd is vensim as well as a chart of changes and trends. The results of this study are: 1). UPPO of the Silih Asih farmer group did not develop because of a change in business so that the livestock population did not increase, 2). Factors that may hinder the development of a UPPO include a reduced or fixed population, limited operational cost, and low member participation.

Abstract

The number of coffee shops has increased over the past five years. It is driven by the change of the lifestyle of today’s society who chose coffee shops as a place to do activities such as meeting, discussions, working on assigments, etc. The presence of the covid-19 pandemic since the beginning of 2020 also making an impact on various types of businesses including coffee shop. Work coffee indonesia is one of the coffee shops that exposed the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. Although being exposed by the impact of the pandemic, work coffee indonesia still able to survive by doing various promotional activities. Marketing communication becomes one of the tools to maintain the market of business. Therefore this research aims to find out about coffee shop marketing communication in facing the covid-19 pandemic with the work coffee indonesia case study. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive-qualitative design with a research technique used is a case study. It is known in this research that the importance of marketing communication role in maintaining a business and expanding consumer market particularly while experiencing unforseen circumstances such as covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Currently, agricultural products, especially fruit, tend to be enjoyed fresh and a variety of processed products is quite rare, especially in avocados. Now the sale of fresh fruit including avocado is not only available in traditional markets or modern markets but also available in online stores. One of the business players who use social media as a platform for selling fruit is the Kojama Shop. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of avocado butter consumers at the Kojama Shop and to analyze the influence of consumers on product attributes on purchasing decisions for avocado butter online at the Kojama Shop. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, namely convenience sampling or accidental sampling with the criteria that the person was an avocado consumer at Kojama Shop. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine whether each perception has a significant effect on purchases. The results of the F test showed that the variables of quality, price, and brand image simultaneously had a positive effect on the purchase decision of avocado butter at the Kojama Shop. The results of the t test showed that each variable of product quality (0.002), product price (0.002), and brand image (0.000) had a significant and significant effect on the purchase decision of avocado butter at Kojama Shop.

Abstract

Increasing sugar mill productivity one of them is done by making improving the process of cutting and transportation sugarcane from the land until the sugar mill. PG Madukismo has implemented that sugarcane cutting and hauling pattern to fulfill raw material in the mill however that's not running well because it is still based on the sugarcane cutting schedule of each region, therefore, this study is conducted on based on sugarcane transportation activities. The goal of this study was to determine the optimum transportation route in the process of transporting sugarcane raw materials to PG Madukismo. This study uses saving matrix analysis. Results of this study showing that the vehicles used are 222 and 4 groups of transportation areas to provide a saving distance of 373.9 Km

Abstract

Persediaan menjadi bagian terpenting pada setiap perusahaan tidak terkecuali pada perusahaan hidroponik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat persediaan bahan baku rockwool yang optimal agar meminimalisir total biaya persediaan. Rockwool merupakan bahan baku penting yang dibutuhkan pada saat persemaian benih. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2019 – Desember 2019 berlokasi di N Farm, Desa Cibogo, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini lakukan dengan teknik wawancara secara langsung dengan bagian koordinator farm dan juga menggunakan data tertulis dalam bentuk dokumen yang diperoleh dari perusahaan. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Metode ini dapat menentukan kuantitas dan frekuensi pemesanan bahan baku rockwool yang optimal sehingga biaya persediaan bahan baku lebih efisien. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa pembelian bahan baku rockwool menurut metode EOQ pada saat periode November 2018 – Oktober 2019 lebih besar daripada kebijakan perusahaan dan kuantitas pembelian bahan baku rockwool optimal periode November 2018 – Oktober 2019 sebesar 90 bal dengan frekuensi pembelian 2 kali. Total biaya persediaan bahan baku rockwool di periode yang sama menurut metode EOQ lebih kecil daripada kebijakan perusahaan dan total biaya menurut metode EOQ sebesar Rp. 889.946,11. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa manajemen persediaan bahan baku rockwool di N Farm selama periode November 2018 – Oktober 2019 belum efisien.
