Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan paradigma baru kepemimpinan dimadrasah. Metode penelitian yang dihunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kepemimpinan transformatif merupakan jenis kepemimpinan baru (new leadership paradigm) yang dipandang efektif untuk mendinamiskan perubahan, terutama pada situasi lingkungan yang bersifat transisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pergeseran paradigma kepemimpinan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fadlliyah. Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fadlliyah telah memiliki dan memenuhi kelima komponen yang menunjukan karakteristik kepemimpinan transformatif yang dikemukakan oleh Bass Avolio.

Abstract

This research aims at investigating the role of zakat as an alternative means to fund education. Zakat is God’s command with dual functions, as a means of worship and social responsibility. Zakat could be spent to fund activities for the purpose of following Allah’s path (fi sabilillah). Yusuf Qardawi argues that ‘fi sabilillah’ is a form of jihad in the way of Allah. Whereas jihad in this sense covers struggle for education (tarbawi). This study utilizes Tafsir Ilmy approach to understand the interpretation of zakat for educational fund, while then enrich the data through a qualitative research. The data was gathered using observation, interviews, and documentation. The study begins by examining the interpretation of the Qur’an shura At Taubah (9): 60 according to a number of muffasirs and used it as the bedrock to analyse how zakat could become an alternative source for fund in education implemented in Masjid Darussalam Permatabiru Cinunuk. The research found that in Darussalam mosque, zakat function as scholarship fund namely Darussalam Scholarship (Dharso) which was given to four students to account for their study at university.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembiayaan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Metode ini berusaha mendeskripsikan keadaan dan menginterpretasikan objek sesuai dengan yang ada dilapangan. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisivasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan unisitasi data, kategorisasi data dan penafsiran data. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengecek data perperpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Sumber pembiayaan madrasah berasal dari pimpinan yayasan, Bantuan Operasional Madarasah (BOM), Bantuan Oprasional Sekolah (BOS) baik dari pemerintahan pusat dan pemerintahan daerah, koperasi siswa, Infak, Wakaf, Zakat, Sodaqoh dan Hibah, 2) Perencanaan (Budgeting) pembiayaan madrasah dimulai dengan membuat terlebih dahulu Rencana Kegiatan dan Angaran Madrasah (RKAM), Sumber anggaran yang dikembangkan dalam RKAM Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur antara lain dana anggaran rutinan, anggaran pembangunan dan pemeliharaan, dana penunjang pendidikan, dana masyarakat, 3) Pencatatan dan pembukuan pembiayaan madrasah ditandai dengan adanya buku kontrol pemasukan, buku kas/pembukuan keuangan, dan SPJ dilengkapi dengan bukti-bukti yang sah, 4) Auditing meluputi, evaluasi, penilaian, pertanggung jawaban dan pemeriksaan kesesuaian yang di capai. Pelaporan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah disampaikan kepada pihak wali siswa, kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, yayasan dan kepada pemerintah dalam hal ini diwakili oleh pengawas.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing management of Al-Fadlliyah Islamic boarding school. Marketing at this pesantren focuses on a cooperative approach and community service, so that not only the pesantren cottage benefits, but the community also benefits from the activity. This research method uses qualitative research with case study research type. Data collection techniques used are: interview, observation and documentation. The results show that: 1) the marketing management process at this boarding school is through 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating; 2) Implications of marketing management of Islamic boarding schools, namely: a) Islamic boarding schools have a good image in the community, b) an increase in the number of students, especially from regions originating from locations where PPM is conducted.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the application of the functions of management in managing libraries in madrasas. The location of the research was Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, West Java. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of qualitative research used a case study. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documents analysis. The results of the study show that the functions of management applied in managing the madrasah library include (1) preparation of the program; (2) implementation which is essentially service; (3) supervision carried out by Madrasah Heads and Library Heads, and; 4) evaluation. The functions of management that were applied in madrasah library management are relatively the same as the implementation of school library management functions in general. There was nothing typical of madrasa library management. It means that theoretically and practically there are no distinguishing factors in the application of the functions of management in managing madrasa libraries with library management in public schools. So, there are needs to be a reconstruction of the management theory of Islamic education that is completely different from the management theory of education in general.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the school's financial management system in Madrasah Aliyah Al-mu'awanah and the implementation of Assistant software utilization in the management of the school's financial management system in Al-Mu'awanah Madrasah. This research uses an approach to research and development (R & D) research. Research results show that in practice financial management in Madrasah Aliyah Al-mu'awanah is still based on a manual input data system so that in the process there are obstacles especially in data processing and school financial data recapitulation. Implementation of the use of assistant software in the process of school financial information management provides a positive picture, the statement is reinforced by the presence of a good response from respondents. Based on the distribution of the questionnaire that has been given to the respondents, the percentage of eligibility is 84%. The percentage of feasibility obtained shows that the utilization of computerized software or financial software is feasible to be used as school financial administration software, especially in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mu'awanah.

Abstract

The success of a missionary in delivering da'wah cannot be separated from the effective pattern he uses. Tabligh or Da'wah is a moral force that is able to drive social change and offers an alternative in building the future dynamics of the ummah, by taking the right, creative and wise ways and strategies. This paper aims to describe the pattern of da'wah in the Cireundeu Cimahi Traditional Village. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study explain that Ustad Abdullah uses a traditionalist pattern, namely conveying Islamic messages or teachings from the yellow book. Using the method of delivery by word of mouth, by action, and equipped with writings from books, magazines or relevant leaflets obtained from outside. Cultural communication used is low context communication. His da'wah pattern had a very significant impact on the development of Islam in the Cireundeu Traditional Village. The public's interest in exploring and practicing Islamic teachings is also very enthusiastic. Keywords: Da'wah Pattern, Traditionalist, Cireundeu, Indonesia Abstrak Keberhasilan seorang mubaligh dalam menyampaikan dakwah tidak terlepas dari pola efetif yang digunakannya. Tabligh atau Dakwah merupakan kekuatan moral yang mampu menggerakan perubahan sosial serta menawarkan satu alternatif dalam membangun dinamika masa depan umat, dengan menempuh cara dan strategi yang benar, keratif dan bijak. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pola dakwah di Kampung Adat Cireundeu Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Ustad Abdullah menggunakan pola tradisionalis, yaitu menyampaikan pesan-pesan atau ajaran Islam yang berasal dari kitab kuning. Menggunakan metode penyampaian Bil Lisan, Bil Hal, dan dilengkapi dengan tulisan dari buku, majalah atau selembaran relevan yang didapatkan dari luar. Komunikasi budaya yang digunakan yaitu komunikasi konteks rendah. Pola dakwahnya memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap perkembangan Islam di Kampung Adat Cireundeu. Minat masyarakat untuk mendalami dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam juga sangat antusias. Kata Kunci: Pola Dakwah, Tradisionalis, Cireundeu, Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the process of participatory management in the development of religious culture in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Bandung City. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The type of data collected in this study is qualitative data. The type of data collected in this study is qualitative data. Data collection is done by: a) observation, b) interview, and c) documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The religious culture development program at MIN 2 Bandung, which is the first and most consistent priority, consists of six programs, namely: a) 5S Culture (Smiles, Greetings, Greetings, Polite and Courteous), b) Pray when starting and ending learning, c) Dhuha Prayer, d) Dhuhr Prayer in congregation, e) Tilawah and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Before learning, f) Infaq every Friday; 2) The implementation or participatory management process in the development of religious culture in MIN 2 Bandung City is indicated by the existence of: a) The existence of participatory leadership, b) The implementation of participatory management indicators, c) The existence of a decision making model, d) The visible implementation of participatory management, e) The existence of participatory management delegation, f) Implementation of delegation procedures, g) Self management team. Keywords: Participatory Management, Religious Culture Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui proses manajemen partisipatif dalam pengembangan budaya religius di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dekriptif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: a) observasi, b) wawancara, dan c) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Program pengembangan budaya religius di MIN 2 Kota Bandung yang menjadi prioritas utama dan konsisten dilaksanakan terdiri atas enam program, yaitu: a) Budaya 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan santun), b) Berdoa ketika mengawali dan mengakhiri pembelajaran, c) Shalat Dhuha, d) Shalat Dzuhur berjama’ah, e) Tilawah dan Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Sebelum belajar, f) Infaq setiap hari jum’at; 2) Penerapan atau proses manajemen partisipatif dalam pengembangan budaya religius di MIN 2 Kota Bandung ditunjukan dengan adanya: a) Adanya kepemimpinan partisipatid, b) Dilaksanakannya indikator manajemen partisipatif, c) Adanya model pengambilan keputusan, d) Terlihatnya implementasi manajemen partisipatif, e) Adanya pendelegasian, f) Dilaksanakannya tata cara pendelegasian, g) Self management team. Abstract

The rapid development of the times requires that every educational institution, including pesantren, is required to be able to compete and be competitive in addition to religious development but also the technology sector. This paper aims to analyze the pattern of education applied by Islamic boarding schools in IT Yogyakarta. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the selection of informants used purposive sampling technique with the stages of data analysis including data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are three patterns of education applied by Islamic boarding schools at Pondok IT Yogyakarta, namely: 1) integration of digital skills and religious understanding; 2) Foster Brothers of Pondok IT Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School in the development of Islamic boarding schools; and 3) Oriented to poor students.

Abstract

The study was to analyze the management of library services in uin mount djati bandung. The study USES a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques with participative observations, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentary studies. The analysis of the data in this study is done in three ways: data unitation, data categorization, and data interpretation. The search for library services management research found in mount dteal bandung shows that: 1) there are 11 types of service procedures; 2) service time on site for the update by 54 hours per week and online services can be obtained 24 hours nonstop via web and library applications; 3) services requiring an fee in the library, between which: a) the photoshop service, of rp500, rupiah/ page, b) the post - based member card service (lost) of rp100,000, d) 4) items for library services: a) physical products such as: a quick response code (QRC) visitors' lists, multi-purpose station (MPS), identification (rfid) of body technology (rfid), book drop machine; B) non - physical product: web based and application; 5) library facilities and infrastructure covered by the requirements for library accreditation, So the central library of uin msan bandung falls in the highest category (a); 6) the competence of library service officers according to competence standards based on Indonesian national performance standards, including general standards, content standards, and special standards.
