Abstract

Changes in intellectual capital as well as knowledge management occur as a result of technological and information developments. These changes then affect human resource management in various ways. This research looked at how intellectual capital and knowledge management can influence the development of human resource management. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from various research results and previous studies. The results of this study then found that human resource management is very important in digital technology because companies need to develop according to the current era. Therefore, people who work in the shadows as people in charge of human resource management need to have strong intellectual capital and knowledge management. The existing human resource management can develop properly by having these two things.

Abstract

The management of human resources in today's organizations presents a challenge from a strategic perspective. In order to successfully usher in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, it is essential to realign the new business culture with the empowerment of behavior and performance that is required as part of the individual and organizational learning process. The purpose of this study is to investigate how human resource management has developed in response to Industry 4.0. This research is qualitative, and it employs a qualitative approach in conjunction with a descriptive methodology. The findings of the study indicate that human resource management is a strategic partner for organizations, which in turn generates optimism within those organizations in light of the fourth industrial revolution and VUCA. This study investigates the various epochs in the development of HRM, beginning with personnel management and moving on to human resource management and finally human capital management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the elements of the Surabaya, East Java student environment that contribute to the selection of electronic devices. Product quality, brand reputation, and cost are considered in this study. The study was quantitative in nature, and factor analysis was used to analyze the collected data. Data is gathered through the use of an online survey administered via Google Forms. The population of the city of Surabaya, the focus of this research, is too large to accurately count. A total of 100 persons participated in the study, and all of the hypotheses put to the test were proven correct by the data.

Abstract

Technological developments cause very significant changes in how goods and services are produced. This then causes changes in the ability needs of the community in the world of work. Higher education, as one of the educational institutions before plunging into the world of work, has an essential role in preparing this workforce. This study aims to see how the industrial revolution 4.0 affects the preparation of the workforce in Indonesia by universities. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of previous research and studies which still have relevance to the content of this research. This research finds that there is a debate some experts think that the total number of workers in the world will decrease, while others believe the number will remain the same. However, there is agreement that this will affect the education system, where the type of learning must change according to the needs of skills and knowledge that exist in the future so that people in the future can work according to the needs of the industry at that time.

Abstract

The research aims to explain the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education in one of the public high schools in South Tangerang City. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study aims to explain the implementation of SBM in improving the quality of education. The data obtained is presented in a descriptive form based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The research subjects in this study are information sources that can provide information or data related to the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education. In this study, the research subjects or informants were the Human Resources (HR) in schools including the Principal, Deputy Head of School for Curriculum, Head of Administration, Deputy Head of School for Facilities and Infrastructure, Deputy Head of School for Public Relations, and three teachers. School independence in meeting the availability of teaching and educational staff is sufficient, and school independence in meeting the availability of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient and sufficient. School partnerships/cooperation is good, this can be seen from the internal school relations that have been well established through work meetings, briefings and MGMP. Partnerships with external parties, the school has established partnerships with 13 institutions as evidenced by the MoU. Form of Participation, the form of participation is seen through the support of funds, facilities and staff from stakeholders in implementing school programs.

Abstract

Children find a wide range of information and entertainment on the internet to be highly engaging, but sadly not all of it is appropriate or good for them. Hence, it is crucial that parents play a proactive part in encouraging children to use the internet responsibly. In order to ensure that their children use the internet safely and sensibly, parents play an important role. Parents should take an active role by keeping an eye on online activities, educating children about safe and responsible internet use, establishing clear rules and boundaries, talking to their kids, and teaching them about morality and ethics online. Based on the literature review, this research aims to be able to provide a scientific point of view related to the role of parents in implementing a healthy internet for kids. By understanding the role, specific objectives related to the role of parents related to knowledge transfer to kids and things that can be done in supervising internet usage can be determined in order to maximize kids' potential in using technology from a young age

Abstract

The world of education receives a fairly high impact due to developments in technology and information. In the 21st century there has been a shift from industrial technology to information technology, so that in the future this causes teachers as educators and essential elements in the field of education to be able to learn new things in the teaching and learning process, including learning innovations. This research will be conducted to see how the challenges and readiness of teachers as educators face the influx of technological changes and innovations in implementing learning. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. This research uses secondary data that comes from the results of research and previous studies. In selecting data, the researcher selects various studies and studies that are still relevant to this research. This study found that the rapid development of technology and information requires educators to keep abreast of technological developments by continuously improving themselves, innovating learning, and adapting to the needs of society. In facing the various challenges that exist in the future, educators need to have various skills in life and career, learning and innovation skills, as well as skills in using media and technology.

Abstract

Education is an important part of human life. Good or bad education can be seen based on the quality of education. As for determining the quality of good education, there are many factors that influence it. Parenting style is one of the factors that has an important role in determining the quality of education a child receives. This study then aims to look at how the relationship that is formed between the quality of education and parenting styles is viewed from a sociological and educational perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies that still have a relationship with the discussion in this study. The results of this study then found that parenting style carried out by parents has a fairly important role in shaping the quality of children's education. Positive parenting styles can help children achieve success in their education. Adpaun parenting that is negative and unhealthy can actually improve the academic quality of children.

Abstract

This research examines life skills education implemented by schools with a school-based management approach to achieve national education goals. The purpose of this research is to know life skills education, school-based management and national education goals, as well as its application in the review of education management science. This research is descriptive qualitative because the data studied is not numerical. The results of this study are life skills education is education in education units based on the local wisdom of education units, so that students get provisions for life in accordance with what is in their environment, school-based management is management autonomy that authorizes schools to develop local curriculum based on needs, the purpose of education in accordance with the national education system law is to educate the nation's life. The application of life skills education through school-based management is a system of policy independence by schools in conducting input, process, and output of students in accordance with the objectives of the institution to provide life skills to students according to their needs.

Abstract

The Merdeka Learning Independent Campus curriculum aims to improve the competence of graduates by equipping students with various types of skills, both soft skills and hard skills needed by the world of work. The development of the Merdeka Learning-Campus Merdeka curriculum in the Trunojoyo Madura University Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program based on individual differences in Higher Education is expected that students can understand the character and diversity of students as a basis for being able to play a role as educators and education personnel, consultants in the field of PAUD and teacherpreneurs. The method used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The research subjects were 93 students from the 2021-2023 batch, and 12 lecturers who taught in the PG-PAUD Study Program. The stages of research implementation include: Focus group discussions, workshops, instrument making, field surveys, data processing and analysis, results seminars and socialization. This research was conducted for 3 weeks at Trunojoyo University Madura. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that contains aspects of curriculum implementation strategies, namely: planning, curricular documents, human resources, administration, infrastructure, and cultural climate. The results of the validation test conducted on 30 items, obtained 26 valid items, and 4 invalid items, so the research team decided to use 26 valid items for the data collection process. The reliability result shows 0.869 which can be categorized that the questionnaire distributed is reliable to describe the curriculum development strategy for independent campus learning based on individual differences in higher education.
