Abstract

Nagari Baruang-Baruang Balantai Selatan adalah salah satu nagari di Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan yang baru melakukan pemekaran dari Nagari Baruang Balantai di Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Potensi daerah ini sangat besar karena memiliki sumber daya alam yaitu sebagai penghasil pala, cengkeh, manggis dan penghasil durian yang banyak. Kemudian nagari ini juga memiliki peluang untuk pengembangan daerah pendidikan karena memiliki pondok pesantren. Sehingga dapat dijadikan pusat pendidikan yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai karakter di Kecamatan XI Tarusan. Namun, permasalahannya adalah pondok pesantren di nagari ini belum termanajemen dengan baik, belum adanya rencana pengembangan sekolah, dan pemerintah nagari pun belum memiliki rencana pengembangan pendidikan untuk mengembangkan pondok pesantren tersebut. Untuk itulah sangat perlu dilakukan manajemen sekolah/pondok pesantren dan manajemen nagari untuk membuat rencana pengembangan nagari dan pendidikan. Rencana ini akan merumuskan program-program nagari yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai karakater dan berbasiss teknologi informasi (revolusi industri 4.0). Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada pendidikan yang dilaksanakan tiga tahap kegiatan, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Bentuk kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan, workshop dan bimbingan teknik (bimtek) tentang manajemen sekolah/ponpes, perencanaan pengembangan sekolah/ponpes, pembuatan program sekolah/ponpes yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai karakter berbasis revolusi industri, tugas kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sekolah/ponpes memiliki rencana pengembangan dan program sekolah terintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai karakter berbasiss teknologi informasi.

Abstract

The research is based on the results of the author's observations showing that the teacher's motivation is not optimal. Therefore, many factors affect work motivation, one of which is organizational culture. The purpose of the study was to determine: 1) work motivation, 2) school culture and 3) the relationship between organizational culture and work motivation. The hypothesis of the research is "there is a significant relationship between school culture and work motivation". This type of research is correlational. The population consists of all teachers who are in SMK totaling 63 people and also the sample of this study. The research instrument is a Likert Scale model with five alternative answers that have been tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS application. Data analysis using the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that 1) school culture was in the good category with a score of 87.6%, 2) work motivation was in the very high category with a score of 90.2%, and 3) there was a significant relationship between school culture and teacher work motivation of 0.450 which belongs to the moderately correlated

Abstract

This research is based on Teacher Professionalism at SMK 1 Padang which still needs to be improved. The objectives of this study are (1) Knowing teacher perceptions about the desire to always display behaviors that approach the ideal standards of professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Padang; (2) Knowing teacher perceptions about improving and maintaining the professional image in teacher professionalism at SMK 1 Padang; (3) Knowing teachers' perceptions about always pursuing opportunities to develop professions that can improve and improve the quality of professional knowledge and skills of teachers in SMKN 1 Padang; (4) Knowing teacher perceptions about the pursuit of quality and ideals in the existing profession of teacher professionalism at SMK 1 Padang; (5) Knowing teachers' perceptions about having pride in their profession in the professionalism of teachers at SMK 1 Padang. This type of research is descriptive. The population of this study was 172 teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The sampling technique in this study was Simple Random Sampling, sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained was 64 people. Data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale with five alternative answers that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the mean formula and the percentage formula. The results showed that the professionalism of teachers at SMK 1 Padang from various aspects had an average percentage of 82.83% in the good category. Then it can be concluded that the professionalism of teachers at SMK 1 Padang is good.

Abstract

The purpose of writing articles to obtain information about Management of Education Facilities at Vocational High School in the City of Padang. The population in this study is the manager of educational facilities at State Vocational High School In Padang City amounting to 40 people. The data collection technique is done by spreading the questionnaire to all populasidenga using the mean formula. The results showed that the management of educational facilities at Vocational High School in the City of Padang, with details of the research results as follows, the planning of education facilities has been done well (76%), procurement of educational facilities have been done well (77.7%), (74.1%), the utilization of educational facilities has been well implemented (80.6%), maintenance of educational facilities have been done well (74.6%) and the elimination of pedidika facilities has been done quite well ( 64.2%). From the description of research results can be concluded that the overall management of educational facilities at Vocational High School in Padang City has been done well (74.53%), but must be improved again so that the educational facilities in schools are in good condition and ready to use and can support in the learning process effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find information about the Implementation of Management Information System Standards for Middle School in North Padang District. This is a descriptive study. The population was 129 teachers or education personnel and the study sample was 68 teachers or education personnel taken by purpose random sampling. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model that had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data is analyzed using the average formula (average). The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Management Information System Standards for Middle Schools in Padang Utara District reaches quite good categories with an average score of 74.83%.

Abstract

Proposal Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang online shop dalam menjawab tantangan era IR 4.0. Target khusus pada pengabdian ini adalah (1) tersedianya bahan diklat online shop berupa buku berISBN bagi calon wirausaha di tahun ketiga, (2) publikasi artikel ilmiah di jurnal nasional berISSN terkait wirausaha online shop, (3) tersedianya video kegiatan berdurasi tiga sampai empat menit, dan (4) lahirnya wirausaha online shop baru di kalangan mahasiswa UNP. Metode pelaksanaan pada pengabdian ini diawali dengan (1) merekrut 10 tenant peserta PPK yang mengacu pada luaran program dan dua wirausaha baru/tahun serta menganalisis permasalahan terkait pentingnya online shop, (2) menerapkan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) dengan terlebih dahulu menyiapkan dan mengembangkan bahan diklat melalui metode R&D dan menyiapkan rancangan online shop yang dijadikan pedoman sebagai pedoman diklat online shop, selanjutnya pada tahun kedua melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan online shop secara maksimal, dan pada tahun ketiga mengembangkan online shop pada aplikasi android, dan (3) melakukan evaluasi kegiatan PPK secara melekat agar sesuai dengan perencanaan yang sudah dibuat.The Key word: modul pelatihan, online shop, era IR 4.0

Abstract

The results of this study aimed to find out information related management and school operational assistance at MTsN in Padang City is 48 people, so the number of samples is 35 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reality. The average formula is used to process research data.. random sampling technique. The data shows that the response of managers regarding the management of school operational aid funds in mastering the procedures for managing boss funds is in the good category with an average score of 4.02, the use of school operational assistance funds is in a good category with an average value of 4.33. following steps: Verify returned questionnaire data and check for correctness and completeness, if any are incomplete, try to complete it., Perform data tabulation and score respondents' answers. Giving a score for each item with the following details: very good was given a score of 5, good was given a score of 4, quite good was given a score of 3, less well was given a score of 2, and not good was given a score of 1., Describes the data that has been processed into a table. It can be concluded that manager's response to City is at a moderate level with a score of 4.17.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku kepemimpinan dalam organisasi. Metode penulisan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi dan memotivasi orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu sesuai dengan tujuan bersama. Kepemimpinan mencakup proses mempengaruhi dalam menentukan tujuan organisasi, memotivasi perilaku pengikut untuk mencapai tujuan, mempengaruhi untuk meningkatkan kelompok dan budayanya.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis dibidang akomodasi pariwisata menyebabkan pimpinan dan karyawan perusahaan, khususnya tempat penginapan dituntut untuk selalu bertindak secara professional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah (1) Untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, (2) untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan, (3) untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Alam kulkul Boutique Resort Kuta-Bali yang bergerak dibidang akomodasi pariwisata dengan menggunakan metode sensus (total sampling) dalam menentukan sampel sebanyak 65 responden, melalui teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan, hubungan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan, hubungan kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja secara dominan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Improving the quality and relevance of education is influenced by several factors. One of them that affects is the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers in the classroom and or at school.. Therefore, a teacher who has high qualifications, competence, and dedication is needed in carrying out his professional duties. However, there are some teachers in Malalak District, Agam Regency who have not tried to develop their profession, and do not even know what PKB is. Observing these findings, lecturers in the Education Administration Department of FIP UNP who are members of the service team provide assistance to solve these various problems. In addition, also accompanying the teacher to conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR). Therefore, it is deemed necessary to assist the service team from the Department of Educational Administration FIP UNP carried out through workshops, focus group discussions (FGD), improvement of classroom learning, and preparation of learning improvement reports in the form of CAR. This PKM will later produce a product for each participant, namely a learning design, proposal, instrument and CAR report. and will also be published in the mass media and will be uploaded on Youtube. Keywords: Continuous Professional Development, Learning, Classroom action research
