Abstract

Abstract: Supervision of inventory is very urgent to be done by entrepreneurs who aim to support corporate decision making so that the ideal inventory is obtained. By applying the FIFO (First In First Out) method of stock inventory that comes first, it will be sold or utilized first by the company itself. This means that the goods (same form, type, and name) are first purchased, the item will be sold first. This aims to avoid the expired of these items. The target of the results of this study will be to review the extent of existing procedures and can present information as well as to produce an up-to-date information system to achieve work efficiency. With the application of the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to the computerized inventory system and also which is equipped with the 2010 visual basic programming language and crystal report reports can help in quick decision making. Implementation with the RAD system to realize inventory information systems has been able to produce products with qualified results. The designed application has been able to complete transaction requirements and manage inventory information with the FIFO method. Keywords: FIFO (first out); Inventory; RAD (application Development)         Abstrak: Pengawasan terhadap persediaan barang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sehingga didapatkan persediaan yang ideal. Dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) stok persediaan yang datang pertama kali maka akan dijualkan atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Artinya bahwa barang (bentuk, tipe dan nama yang sama) yang pertama dibeli maka barang tersebut akan pertama dijualkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari expired dari barang-barang tersebut. Sasaran dari hasil penelitian ini nantinya untuk meninjau sejauh mana prosedur-prosedur yang ada dan dapat menyajikan informasi sekaligus untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mutakhir sehingga tercapainya efisiensi kerja. Dengan penerapan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) pada sistem persedian barang yang terkomputerisasi dan juga yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan laporan crystal report dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Implementasi dengan sistem RAD untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi persediaan barang telah mampu menghasilkan produk dengan hasil yang mumpuni. Aplikasi yang dirancang telah dapat melengkapi keperluan transaksi dan mengelola informasi persediaan barang dengan metode FIFO..Kata kunci:  FIFO (First In First Out); Persediaan Barang; RAD (Rapid Application Development)

Abstract

Abstract: The community service activity entitled "Training on Making Android Applications with Android Studio at junior high school 1 Tinggi Raja" aims to train existing students at junior high school 1 Tinggi Raja to create an Android application. Moreover, most students must have already had an Android phone, it would be more interesting and fun to be able to make an application on their own cellphone. The method used in this activity is a description and practice. The speaker performs explanations about Android and Android Studio itself, their functions and uses, after that the practice directly uses the Android Studio and how to build it so that it becomes an android file that can be installed on each student's cellphone. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the introduction of the Android operating system, the introduction of Android Studio, how to design displays in Android Studio, and how to learn java coding in Android Studio so as to produce an android application.Keywords: android application, android studio, android Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Pelatihan Membuat Aplikasi Android dengan Android Studio pada SMPN 1 Tinggi Raja” bertujuan untuk melatih siswa-siswi yang ada pada SMPN 1 Tinggi Raja untuk membuat aplikasi Android. Terlebih lagi para siswa juga pasti sebagian besar sudah memiliki ponsel Android, hal ini akan lebih menarik dan menyenangkan jika dapat membuat aplikasi di ponsel sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang Android dan Android Studio itu sendiri, fungsi dan kegunaannya, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan Android Studio tersebut dan bagaimana cara build nya sehingga menjadi sebuah file android yang dapat dipasang di ponsel masing-masing siswa. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu pengenalan sistem operasi Android, pengenalan Android Studio, cara mendesain tampilan di Android Studio, dan bagaimana belajar koding java di Android Studio sehingga menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi android.Kata kunci: aplikasi android, android studio, android

Abstract

Abstract: Educational Counseling in Increasing the Interest of Santri / wati to Continue Education to Higher Education aims to provide knowledge to students about the Higher Education system and the introduction of several campuses and scholarships provided by the government to encourage the government's mission of entrepreneur santri. Of course, the students have different talents and abilities. So it is necessary to have an approach or self-evaluation of what interests will be chosen to continue to higher education. This counseling opportunity becomes an arena to motivate students to continue their education at higher education. He also explained that lectures are not only related to knowledge but also determine the future which will determine a better life. On this occasion the community service team presented various information including describing what study programs and faculties are available. In addition, what is important information is information related to tertiary entry pathways. There are three pathways described, namely the SMPTN, SBMPTN, SPMB, and achievement pathways.   Keywords: education; extension; students.  Abstrak: Penyuluhan Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Santri/wati Untuk Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada santri-santriwati tentang sistem Pendidikan Tinggi dan pengenalan beberapa kampus serta beasiswa yang disediakan pemerintah demi terdorongnya misi pemerintah santri entrepreneur. Para santri tentu memiliki bakat dan kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Sehingga perlu adanya pendekatan atau evaluasi diri minat apa yang akan dipilih untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan Tinggi. Kesempatan penyuluhan ini menjadi ajang untuk memotivasi para santri untuk bisa melanjutkan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Juga menjelaskan bahwa perkuliahan tidak hanya mengejar terkait ilmu tapi menentukan masa depan yang nantinya akan menjadi penentu kehidupan yang lebih baik. Pada kesempatan kali ini tim pengabdian masyarakat memaparkan berbagai infor-masi diantaranya menjabarkan prodi dan fakultas apa saja yang ada. Selain itu yang menjadi infromasi penting adalah informasi terkait jalur masuk perguruan tinggi. Ada tiga jalur yang dipaparkan yakni jalur SMPTN, SBMPTN, SPMB, dan juga jalur prestasi. Kata kunci: pendidikan; penyuluhan; santri.

Abstract

So that customers have to visit the All Olshop Tanjungbalai, this can cause customers at All Olshop Tanjungbalai to ask in advance about detailed information about the products that are sold to the All Olshop Tanjungbalai waiter even service to customers at All Olshop Tanjungbalai is less effective because of the absence of facilities which helps customers to find out whether the stock is still available or not at All Olshop Tanjungbalai. All Tanjungbalai Olshops really need improvement, namely by building a system so that they can provide good service and satisfy customer interest and make it easier for All Tanjungbalai Olshop owners to recap the reporting of goods sold. With the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, it is hoped that the Tanjungbalai All Olshop will find it easier to attract more customers and maintain customer interest in becoming regular customers at All Olshop Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

Abstract: Dodol is a type of sweet food made from palm sugar that is processed with various flavors and takes a long time to complete. Dodol is also a type of food in great demand by the public due to its elasticity and characteristic taste. The manufacture and sale of this lunkhead are produced by UD. Maya Sari is located in the Kisaran area, especially in the Tanjung Alam Village, Dusun 3, Asahan Regency. Forecasting (forecasting) is thinking about a quantity, for example. The number of product requests for the future. Difficulties in forecasting inventory are often experienced by businesses, including UD. Maya Sari is difficult to predict the supply of lunkhead for the future. The research conducted by this author aims to build a system that can predict sales for the future in increasing a business's income. Maya Sari yang berada di kawasan Kisaran khususnya di Desa Tanjung Alam Dusun 3 Kabupaten Asahan. Peramalan (forecasting) adalah memikirkan kuantitas. Misalnya Jumlah permintaan produk untuk masa yang akan datang. Kesulitan dalam peramalan persediaan seringkali dialami oleh para pelaku usaha, termasuk UD. Maya Sari sulit memprediksi pasokan dodol untuk masa depan. Penelitian dilakukan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat memprediksi penjualan dimasa yang akan datang guna meningkatkan pendapatan usaha. Abstract

Street lights or also known as Public Street Lighting (PJU) are lights that are used for street lighting at night making it easier for road users to see more clearly the road to be traversed, so as to improve traffic safety and security for road users and prevent the occurrence of accidents. crime, and gives an aesthetic value to a place. Public street lighting is an electronic item that is vulnerable or can be said to have a short service life, so repair and maintenance activities are absolutely necessary. Repairs can include network repairs, replacement of dead lights, checking cables and checking the condition of Public Street Lighting (PJU). The working system of street lights in Sei Kamah 1, Pasiran Village, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency, currently still uses the switch button on every electricity pole that is turned on by PLN officers or the surrounding community at night, and street lights still use essential light bulbs. so that the power released is too large and is detrimental to the electricity supplyer, although there are some street lights whose system turns on automatically when it is night and turns off automatically during the day but the installation is only in certain places plus sometimes street lights like this become the target of theft by irresponsible people. This study aims to create an automatic system street light design system in which this automatic system uses a motion sensor and a light sensor so that it can save more electric current. The device used is an arduino uno controller and uses the arduino ide programming language. The results of this study are expected to be a recommendation in the design of Public Street Lighting (PJU).

Abstract

Rabies is a disease caused by the bite of animals such as dogs, cats and bats, if not treated quickly it can cause death. Patients can make a diagnosis for easy treatment of the disease. The number of patients who died because of the bites of animals that transmit Rabies. Animal owners still do not understand the consequences of the bites of the animals they maintain. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem, namely by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySQL so that can help people with Rabies to diagnose the symptoms and types of the disease. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system to diagnose web-based Rabies. The application of the expert system in making this decision uses the Dempher Shaper method by generating true and false values on the new and old knowledge bases and comparing them with the weight values in each frame so that the percentage of the disease type is obtained. The result of the system implementation is that the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by the patient based on the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on the type of Rabies Rabies (Prodromal Stage) = with a confidence value of 80.4% and can also obtain a solution.

Abstract

The Asahan Regency Environmental Service is the result of a government agency which is the implementing element of the Regional Government in the field of the Environment. As for determining the Eco Office Award at the Environmental Office of Asahan Regency, where the process of assessing the work environment of each office is carried out by providing a report that is assessed by the environmental team, where the assessment report determining the Eco Office Award is still carried out by file collection and archived so that there may be inaccuracies in determining the Eco Office Awards are very high. In this study, the MFEP method was chosen to determine the decision assessment to determine the Eco Office Award. This method is more efficient than other methods included in the completion of Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). The reason is because the time required for the calculation is shorter. Abstract

In children's mental retardation, sometimes the child's parents cannot directly consult with a psychiatric specialist because of the limited time in carrying out activities in the hospital and the high cost. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem, namely by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages ​​such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help patients with mental retardation to diagnose the disorder. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based expert system for diagnosing mental disorders. The application of the expert system in this decision making uses the Bayes method, in probability theory and statistics, the Bayes theorem is a theorem with two different interpretations. In Bayes' interpretation, this theorem states how far the degree of subjective belief must change rationally when there are new clues. to get a diagnosis. The result of the implementation of the system is that the system provides choices in the form of symptoms that must be answered by the patient's parents based on the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on the mental retardation he experienced in order to get a solution with the handler

Abstract

The Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office was established with the aim of being a mediator between companies or job seekers in terms of the fulfillment of manpower needs and job vacancies that enter every year. The problems faced in Tanjungbalai City certainly cannot be separated from job seekers who have not found jobs according to their talents, interests and experiences. This is partly due to the last education level which is still not evenly distributed and there are no companies that match the criteria for the latest education of these job seekers. The purpose of the study is to find out the general description of Job Opportunities for Registered Job Seekers at the Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office, to find out the Single Exponential Smoothing method model that is applied to the system can be used by the Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office in order to reduce the limitations of Job Opportunities for Registered Job Seekers with the Single method. Exponential Smoothing, knowing the MAPE value of the Single Exponential Smoothing method for forecasting Job Opportunities for Registered Job Seekers at the Tanjungbalai City Manpower Office in 2022 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method
