Abstract

Abstract: One of the main aspects of education, such as elementary school education, the initial stage for children to continue to the next level of education. Elementary school for the first level of education plays an important role in developing students' attitudes, skills, and interests and talents. Every new academic year, students and parents will choose the best school according to their wishes. There are many choices of schools with a variety of different offerings provided. That way, many parents of students are confused by the many choices of types of schools for their children. This study aims to provide recommendations for the best elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district based on the criteria desired by prospective students by applying the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method to a system The SAW method helps in solving simple unstructured problems so that by applying the SAW method a more effective decision-making process can be carried out. The data used as alternative data are elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district. The criteria used in decision making include accreditation, facilities, extracurricular activities, number of classrooms, number of students, and distance between schools. Keywords: Decision Support System; Elementary school; Simple Addictive Weighting Abstrak: Salah satu aspek pendidikan utama seperti pendidikan sekolah dasar yang tahap awal bagi anak untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Sekolah Dasar jenjang pendidikan pertama memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan, serta minat dan bakat siswa. Setiap tahun ajaran baru, siswa dan orang tua akan memilih sekolah terbaik sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Ada banyak pilihan sekolah dengan beragam penawaran berbeda yang disediakan. Dengan begitu, banyak orang tua siswa yang bingung dengan banyaknya pilihan jenis sekolah untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Simple Addictive Weighting; Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract: Asahan District Social Service is one of the government agencies in Asahan District. This agency is tasked with serving the community and providing the best information for the community, especially in terms of data processing. One of the government programs used to tackle poverty is KUBE. In general, the problems that occur in KUBE are still not optimal and not on target, so that sometimes many residents protest because residents who should receive assistance do not receive assistance and conversely residents who should not have the right to receive assistance from the Joint Business Group (KUBE). By knowing the deficiencies found in the manual calculations carried out by the Asahan District Social Service. So that beneficiaries can be determined according to the criteria determined by the Asahan District Social Service. Then a system was created using the Weighted Product method to carry out accurate calculations in providing assistance made with the PHP programming language with MySQL Database, to create a new computerized decision support which is a good alternative by prioritizing effectiveness and efficiency in determining the provision of assistance to Joint Business Groups (Joint Business Groups). KUBE). The purpose of designing a Joint Business Group assistance decision system can assist Asahan Regency social service employees in determining the granting of Joint Business Groups (KUBE).            Keywords: decision support system; KUBE; weighted product (WP) Abstrak: Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan. Badan ini bertugas untuk melayani masyarakat dan memberikan informasi terbaik bagi masyarakat terutama dalam hal pengolahan data. Salah satu program pemerintah yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah KUBE. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman  PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Maka perancangan sistem keputusan bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama dapat membantu pegawai dinas sosial Kabupaten Asahan dalam menentukan pemberian Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Kata kunci: KUBE; sistem pendukung keputusan; weighted product (WP)

Abstract

Menara Tani Simpang Empat District has not received maximum customers. Therefore, the owner is required to find more new customers than before and keep old customers by providing the latest information and maintaining good communication. Then, after the development of the business of selling drugs and fertilizers, it is certain that the level of business competition becomes stronger so that entrepreneurs must think of new strategies to improve sales quality, retain consumers and marketing to manage their customers, increase new customers and retain old customers. In line with the current development of technology and social media, various efforts have been made to increase sales. One way that a store can do to be able to compete in the world of business sales is to implement a system or method, namely CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy to maintain good relationships with customers, both new and old customers. Companies must also know how to win customers' hearts by prioritizing customer satisfaction, such as providing all the latest information about plants as well as by providing the best service for customers.

Abstract

The N+2 Fashion store is engaged in selling trend shoes which is located in Air Batu City. Activities in the N+2 Fashion Store include ordering and selling trending shoes. Checking the supply of trending shoes is done by checking them one by one, of course this will make it very difficult for employees to estimate the number of trend shoes they want to order from each trending type of shoe. The large number of trend shoe brands is an obstacle in carrying out business processes which results in wrong prices for these trend shoes. In predicting trend shoes must ensure the sales process, minimize costs and time required. The problem faced by the N+2 Fashion Store is the difficulty in predicting the number of items that must be available for the next period in order to meet customer needs and not cause a buildup of goods in the long term. To overcome this problem, predictions are made using the trend moment method which is a forecasting method used to see trends (data that have increased) based on historical data from one variable using time series data. The results of the research obtained a prediction that in September 2022 there would be 9 pcs of Adidas shoes sold with a MAPE error rate of 16.33%.

Abstract

Abstract: The school management routinely determines the majors of private students at Madrasah Aliya (MAS) every year. YMPI Private Madrasah Ariyah (MAS) is one of the MAs that implements the 2013 curriculum. One of the work programs in the MAS Curriculum is to register for the first year majors which will continue to the second year. In this case, a decision support system (DSS) is a computer interactive system that assists school management in making decisions. In this study the system development method used is the Prototyping Method. Prototyping is a system development method that is widely used. With this method, developers and customers can interact with each other during the system creation process. The system prototype method involves the user directly with analysis and design, very effective for system correction. A decision support system with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is used to solve the problem of choosing a major. The application of the SAW method is expected to support the decision-making process to choose a major that is in accordance with the students' academic grades while still in junior high schools beforehand as well as the IQ abilities of each student and the results of their interest in the chosen major. The research resulted in an application that is able to determine the choice of majors with the results of an application by determining the value/weight using the SAW method so that it can be determined that Abdul Rozak entered the Science major and Abil Akbar entered the Social Sciences major. Keywords: decision making system; selection of majors; SAW; criteria. Abstrak: Pihak manajemen sekolah rutin menentukan jurusan siswa swasta di Madrasah Aliya (MAS) setiap tahun. Madrasah Ariyah Swasta YMPI (MAS) merupakan salah satu MA yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Salah satu program kerja dalam Kurikulum MAS adalah mendaftar ke jurusan tahun pertama yang akan melanjutkan ke tahun kedua. Dalam hal ini, sistem pendukung keputusan (DSS) adalah sistem interaktif komputer yang membantu pihak manajemen sekolah dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Metode kuantitatif.  Dengan mengumpulkan data berupa angka dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan mulai dari data nilai akademik IPA dan IPS, Nilai tingkat kecerdasan (IQ) serta nilai minat dari setiap siswa yang diperoleh dari kuisoner.Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan jurusan. Penerapan metode SAW diharapkan dapat mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih jurusan yang sesuai dengan nilai akademik siswa saat masih di sekolah SLTP sebelmumnya serta kemampuan IQ masing-masing siswa serta hasil minat mereka ke jurusan pilihan tersebut. Penelitian menghasilkan aplikasi yang mampu menentukan pilihan jurusan dengan hasil sebuah aplikasi dengan menentukan nilai/bobot dengan menggunakan metode SAW sehingga dapat ditentukan bahwa Abdul Rozak masuk ke jurusan IPA serta Abil Akbar masuk kejurusan IPS. Kata kunci: sistem penentuan keputusan; pemilihan jurusan; SAW; kriteria

Abstract

Abstract: Technological developments open up opportunities to improve health services, especially in the diagnosis of female reproductive health problems. This research discusses the development of an expert system at Utama General Hospital in Kisaran to assist in the early diagnosis of female reproductive diseases. The problems that occur in this article are the absence of knowledge about dangerous diseases, lack of awareness of reproductive health diseases, remote and hard-to-reach locations of health facilities, high costs for consultations and drugs, and long time to get diagnostic results. The method used in solving these problems is Case Based Reasoning (CBR), where the system uses the experience of previous cases to handle new cases. The process involves collecting patient data, building a knowledge base, and developing an expert system using the CBR approach. Test results show the system is able to provide accurate diagnosis based on the symptoms inputted by the user. Solutions for each disease are displayed, providing useful information for further treatment. In conclusion, the development of this expert system is expected to improve the accessibility and quality of women's reproductive health services by providing fast and appropriate solutions. Keywords: case based reasoning (CBR) method; expert system; main public hospital kisaran; women's reproduction.  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan layanan kesehatan, terutama dalam diagnosis masalah kesehatan reproduksi wanita. Artikel ini membahas pengembangan sistem pakar di Rumah Sakit Umum Utama Kisaran untuk membantu diagnosis dini penyakit reproduksi wanita. Masalah yang terjadi pada penelitian ini yaitu Tidak adanya pengetahuan tentang penyakit berbahaya, kurangnya kesadaran akan penyakit kesehatan reproduksi, lokasi fasilitas kesehatan yang terpencil dan sulit dijangkau, biaya tinggi untuk konsultasi dan obat, serta waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan hasil diagnosa. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah Case Based Reasoning (CBR), di mana sistem menggunakan pengalaman kasus sebelumnya untuk menangani kasus baru. Proses melibatkan pengumpulan data pasien, pembentukan basis pengetahuan, dan pengembangan sistem pakar menggunakan pendekatan CBR. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu memberikan diagnosis akurat berdasarkan gejala yang diinputkan oleh pengguna. Solusi untuk setiap penyakit ditampilkan, memberikan informasi yang berguna untuk penanganan lebih lanjut. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan sistem pakar ini diharapkan meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas layanan kesehatan reproduksi wanita dengan memberikan solusi yang cepat dan tepat. Kata kunci: metode case based reasoning (CBR); reproduksi wanita; rumah sakit umum utama kisaran; sistem pakar.
