Abstract

result of viability of papaya seed (carica papaya L.) The experimental design used in this study is a complete randomized design (RAL) 4 x 2 factorial pattern with 3 replications consisting of two factors, with There were 8 treatment combinations and 24 experimental units. The materials used in this research are papaya seed, cotton cloth, ash, concentrated H2SO4, and sand. The parameters observed were potential to grow, germination, growth rate and time required 50% from total germination (T50). The results of this study indicate that the average value of viability and vigor is high in the show on the optimization of the way of extraction of cotton cloth (K1). Viability and vigor of sprouts which are better found in local varieties (V1) than with hybrid varieties (V2). Better interaction optimizing the way extraction of sarcotae is found in hybrid varieties (V2) seeds by extraction of cotton cloth (K1). So it can be concluded that the optimization of sarkotesta extraction method is very significant effect on seed viability include growth potential, germination, growth rate and T50% sprout total.Keywords: Sarkotesta extraction, viability, papaya seed (Carica papaya L.).

Abstract

Noise is a sound or voice, based on the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia No. Per.13 / MEN / X / 2011, regarding the average maximum limit in the working area, the average limit of normal hearing in working conditions for 5 hours, a maximum of 87 dB and the standard for laboratory rooms according to the Decree of the Minister of State and Environment No.48 1996 Regarding the Standard Noise Level is 55 dB. PDAM (Regional Drinking Water Company) Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh City is a company that provides clean water for the people of Banda Aceh. PDAM Tirta Daroy has a laboratory that functions as a water quality inspection site. Measurement using a simple method in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of State and Environment No.48 of 1996, the Laboratory of PDAM Tirta Daroy has two roars, namely the testing room and the operator room, the measurement from the test room, the LS (day measurement) value is 62 dB, while the value measurement of the operator space, the value of the LS (day measurement) is 55 dB and the measurement of the average value of the examiner room and the space operator, the value of the LS (day measurement) is 55.20202 dB.

Abstract

This study of research is to optimize and evaluate the technical performance of irrigation management in Jambo Ayen and Alue Ubay Irrigation Area in North Aceh District, so that the existing water resources system and the advantages of the two irrigation areas can be known. The experimental design used in this study is by literature study, and secondary data collection at several agencies. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of the average value of total efficiency ratio of water demand volume to water intake volume in Jambo Aye Irrigation Area is 81% and Alue Ubay 69%. Optimization of relative water supply in Jambo Aye irrigation area shows an average value of 2.82, irrigation area of Alue Ubay 2.33. The irrigation areas of Jambo Aye and Alue Ubay have average RPPA values with good category, that is 0.8-1.1. the indicator of maintenance of building effectiveness in Irrigation Area of Jambo Aye and Alue Ubay is 1. So it can be concluded that the optimization of the mean value of the total efficiency ratio of the volume of water demand to the volume of air intake is obtained to exceed the standard value of the technical irrigation network level.

Abstract

In this study, work observations were carried out using the Work Sampling method. Work Sampling method is used to see employee productivity in completing work. This research is also supported by the spread of the Nordic Standard Quaire Questionnaire (SNQ) to find out complaints experienced by workers. From the results of data processing, it is obtained that the standard time of each Worker / employee in completing their work is, Worker 1 is 60.13 minutes, Worker 2 is 59.236 minutes, Worker 3 is 59.035 minutes, Worker 4 is 60.218 minutes. The average percentage of workers working (productive) is 88.27% and the average percentage of workers doing idle is 11.73%. And from observing the work sampling method, there were 8 workers in the governance & compliance department.

Abstract

This study to determine the use of organic mulch on eggplant production. This research was carried out in the garden of kemumu Hilir Village, Labuhan Haji Timur Disrtict,South aceh Regency. The design used was RAK with the treatment of organic mulch iesugarcane bagasse, rice straw mulch and reeds. The result showe that best eggplant production was found in the treatment of straw mulch, namely the number of fruits (1,506 pieces), fruit length (18,814cm) and the average weight per fruit (112,763gram).

Abstract

Purchasing raw materials aims to obtain an item that is needed by the company so that we carry out transactions to get the goods needed to achieve a smooth production process at the company. In purchasing raw materials, companies usually have a capacity in purchasing to save costs in order to provide benefits for the company. PT Wirataco Mitra Mulia is a company that processes in the field of stockpiling and asphalting of the Trumon Singkil boundary road. The results of research at PT Wirataco Mitra Mulia use of raw materials every day as much as 300m3/day, while it the purchasing section the average is 600m3/day. As a result of purchasing too many raw materials, it causes purchasing costs to increase in the company and experience wasted costs in purchasing raw materials. The purpose of this study is to analyze the purcashe of raw materials that are the most economical, efficient, and at a lower cost by using the Ecenomic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. From the results of the calculation of the Ecenomic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, the total cost of purchasing raw materials (sirtu) is Rp 131.400.000, 657 treps, safety stock is 5400m3, reorder point is 27.200m3.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the optimum concentration of the use of chitosan in dried anchovies to produce maximum preserved dried anchovies. The anchovies used were 300 grams of wet anchovies in each treatment sampel. The sampel is divided into thee parts, namely sampel 1 with the addition of chitosan each of 1%, 2% and 3%. The results showed that the water content were 33,6%, 33,4% and 32,8% respectively.  While the microbiological test showed that the use of chitosan 3% in dried anchovies has a TPC (Total Plate Count) value has an average value lower than dried anchovies with the use of chitosan as much as 1% and 2%. The preferred organoleptic test is dried anchovies which uses chitosan as much as 3% in the parameter of color, visual, aroma and taste. The Results of the study concluded that the most optimal use of chitosan as preservative in the production of dried anchovies was 3%.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the optimum concentration of Acetobacter xylinum to produce maximum nata de banana skin. The banana peel was used as a medium with Acetobacter xylinum added with concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of 400 ml of media solution. The results showed that the thickness of nata de banana skin with treatment variation were 0.77cm, 2.09cm, 2.77cm, 2.38cm, yield of 22.6%, 42.3%, 51.4%, 46.4%, and water content 87,6%, 86,6% 85,8% 86,2%. The preferred organoleptic test is at 30% concentration in the form of color, taste and suppleness. The result of research can be concluded that Acetobacter xylinum optimum concentration to produce the maximum of nata de banana skin is 30% for thickness, rendement, moisture content and organoleptic test of nata de banana skin.

Abstract

Peranan air dalam kehidupan dirasa sangat penting sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian khusus dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan yang baik. Peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang air yang layak dikonsumsi makhluk hidup maupun tentang air bagi usaha peternakan dan perikanan, dapat dicapai salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan alat teknologi yang mendukung. Alat teknologi yang tersedia saat ini untuk mengukur tingkat kekeruhan ialah Turbidimeter dan alat untuk mengukur kadar pH ialah pH Meter. Kedua alat tersebut memiliki bentuk dan fungsinya masing-masing sehingga terkesan sangat menyulitkan dari segi efisiensi waktu dan tenaga serta biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang alat ukur baru berbasis mikrokontroler dengan tingkat resolusi baik untuk mengukur tingkat kekeruhan dan pH air sekaligus yang lebih efisien. Alat ukur berbasis mikrokontroler ini dirancang dengan menggunakan sistem sensor fotodioda dan sensor pH. Nilai hasil uji rancangan alat ukur mikrokontroler akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan persamaan uji regresi linier sederhana terhadap nilai hasil uji alat ukur standar (turbidimeter dan pH meter). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baru dalam inovasi teknologi yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara lebih mudah dan murah.Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Laboratorium MIPA Terpadu Universitas Teuku Umar, Jalan Alue Peunyareng Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2018.Berdasarkan hasil kalibrasi sensor, diperoleh nilai tegangan keluaran terhadap perubahan jarak. Nilai tegangan tersebut mengikuti persamaan  sebagai hubungan nilai tegangan terhadap perubahan jarak per 1 cm dan  sebagai hubungan tegangan terhadap nilai pH

Abstract

The learning strategy is an important thing in achieving learning objectives. This strategy is ideally chosen according to the nature or character of the subject matter itself. Islamic Religious Education is one of the compulsory subjects in senior high schools. The main objective of this subject is to equip students with Islamic values so that students have an Islamic character. Religious education has its own strategy in addition to the strategies commonly used in learning other subjects. Besides that, Islamic religious studies also have specific objectives in shaping attitudes as well as educating reason. Meanwhile, in evaluating the success of Islamic religious learning, it does not only assess cognitive abilities and psiokomor, but also emphasizes attitude assessment. This can be done through non-test techniques.
