Abstract

Tanaman gambir (Uncaria gambir Hunte Roxb) adalah komoditas spesifik Lokasi Sumatera Barat. Jumlah petani yang mengusahakan gambir sekitar 125.000 RTP dengan luas garapan 1-2,0 ha/RTP. Sentra penghasil Gambir di Sumatera Barat adalah wilayah Kabupaten Pesisir selatan yaitu Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan (KBKA) (Nazir, 2000 dan Denian, 2004). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan diwilayah KBKA. Limbah gambir saat ini tidak termanfaatkan secara optimal. Dalam satu Ha lahan gambir berumur < 3 tahun dihasilkan 4-5 ton ampas daun gambir dan jumlah ini meningkat dengan meningkatnya umur tanaman. Pada tanaman yang berumur > dari 3 tahun produksi daun ini bisa mencapai 6-7 ton/ha. Biasanya ampas ini ditaburkan saja dipermukaan tanah tanpa diolah. Ampas kempaan ini perlu diolah menjadi pupuk organik, sehingga kandungan unsur hara didalam pupuk organik meningkat. Disamping itu, sumber daya manusia yang terbatas dalam pengolahan sumber daya alam. Untuk itu perlu diadakan “ Pelatihan Pembuatan Kompos dari Limbah daun Gambir di Nagari KBKA Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan” Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pertama Sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat Nagari KBKA dan petani gambir, setelah itu penyusunan rencana kegiatan yaitu dengan memberikan materi pembuatan kompos dari Sisa Kempaan gambir serta teknik pelaksanaannya yang dimulai dengan membuat bak pengolahan berukuran lebar 1 m , panjang 1-2 m dan tinggi 1 m, kemudian membuat kompos sebanyak 1 ton dengan penambahan 250 kg pupuk kandang, stardec 2,5 kg, kapur dolomit 2,5 kg dan Urea 2,5 kg. Proses pengomposan berlangsung selama 1 bulan dan dilakukan pengadukkan sekali seminggu. Setelah itu dilaksanakan program pemeliharaan dan rancangan evaluasi.

Abstract

Indonesia financial industry’s growth is supported by technology especially by the growth of electronic payments. The trend of electronic payments can be seen from mobile payment which is the main focus of this research. Therefore, this research focuses on mobile payment and OVO as the research object. The researchers emphasize on the post-adoption with the continuance intention as the research focus. As suggested by past researchers, the influencing factors used in this research are system quality, information quality, service quality and price promotion where it is influenced through trust, flow and satisfaction. In this research, 455 samples are collected using simple random sampling and 403 samples are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling. The result implies that system quality and information quality have significant positive impact toward trust and flow. System quality does not have significant impact toward satisfaction. Information quality has significant negative impact toward satisfaction. Service quality has significant positive impact toward trust but significant negative impact toward flow and satisfaction. Price promotion has a significant positive impact towards satisfaction. Trust has a significant positive impact towards flow and flow has a positive impact towards satisfaction. Lastly, trust, flow and satisfaction have a significant impact towards continuance intention. Keyword: Continuance Intention, Mobile Payment, Structural Equation Modelling, Exogenous Variables, Endogenous Variables.

Abstract

Pressure drop adalah salah satu aspek penting yang mempengaruhi konsumsi energi yangdigunakan dalam suatu transportasi fluida menggunakan pipa. Drag Reduction Agent (DRA)merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi timbulnya pressure drop pada aliran fluidadalam pipa dengan menambahkan sejumlah zat aditif kedalam aliran. Zat aditif yang digunakandalam penelitian ini berupa fiber bakteri selulosa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuikarekteristik drag reduction dalam aliran minyak mentah (crude oil) dalam pipa spiral denganrasio P/Di 7.6. Re= 10^3 - 5.10^4. Dalam penelitian ini juga digunakan pipa bulat dengandiameter 17 mm sebagai pembanding. Penambahan bakteri selulosa dengan konsentrasi 250ppm, 500 ppm, dan 750 ppm pada aliran crude oil dapat mengurangi drag pada pipa spiralataupun pipa bulat. Drag reduction pada pipa bulat sebesar 15 % dan pada pipa spiral 13 %.Kata kunci : Pressure drop, bakteri selulosa, crude oil, pipa spiral.Pressure drop is one of the important aspects that influence the energy consumption used in atransport fluid using a pipe. Drag Reduction Agent (DRA) is one alternative to reduce theoccurence of pressure drop in the fluid flow in a pipe by adding additives into the flow. Additivesused in this study is bacterial cellulose fiber suspension. This study aims to determine thecharacteristics of drag reduction in the flow of crude oil in a spiral pipe with the ratio P/Di 7.6.Reynolds number was 10^3 - 5.10^4. In this study also used a circular pipe with a diameter of17 mm for comparison. The addition of bacterial cellulose with a concentration of 250 ppm, 500ppm, and 750 ppm in the crude oil flow to reduce drag in spiral pipe or circular. From thisresearch, the drag reduction on circular pipe by 15% and 13% in the spiral pipe.Keywords : Pressure drop, bacterial cellulose, crude oil, spiral pipe

Abstract

Music is a part that can’t be separated from everyday human life’s. In Indonesia itself, the music industry is one of the sectors of the creative economy with the greatest revenue. The music industry in Indonesia is divided into two, namely major label and one of them which is indie label whose musicians try to produce and marketing their music independently. With this self-supporting principle, then there are many indie music community in Surabaya city with the purpose of helping each other. Many indie musicians have great potential but have facility constraints and are less well known to the public. Indie music community center in Surabaya is a place for indie music community who want to work and develop their ability in music to a better level. In accordance with the concept of KAWE which means "karepe dewe", then the interior design is trying to create facilities that fulfill the indie music community as well as introduce it to the public more clearly and directed.

Abstract

Nagari Sungai Dareh, Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency is an area located on the banks of the Batang Hari River. Rivers must be protected and conserved, and their functions and benefits must be improved for the health and sustainability of the ecosystem. Planting sugar palm on the river banks is one way that can be done to preserve the river. Besides being useful for conservation, sugar palm also has a high economic value. This activity aims to empower the community by 1) Conservation activities on the banks of the Batang Hari river, and 2) Introduction of sugar palm plants and increasing community knowledge and skills in sugar palm cultivation. This activity was carried out in Jorong Sungai Kilangan Nagari Sungai Dareh, Dharmasraya Regency, with lectures, discussions, and demonstrations of planting sugar palm on the banks of the river. The number of students involved was five people. The people of Nagari Sungai Dareh are very enthusiastic about listening and discussing sugar palm cultivation and the importance of river conservation. Most of the participants are very interested and will immediately plant sugar palm on their land, but some are still learning more. As a form of our hope that the planting of sugar palm on the river banks can be successful, we assist ± 200 sugar palm seeds for the people of Nagari Sungai Dareh. Community empowerment through sugar palm cultivation has been able to increase community knowledge and skills about the importance of maintaining river sustainability and the prospects and challenges of sugar palm cultivation.

Abstract

Indonesian sea waters are the origin of various species of eel (Anguilla spp.) Which are spreadthroughout the world. There are 18 species of eel that have been identified in the world, 9 of whichare in Indonesian waters. The life cycle of eel when larvae and juveniles have morphological formsthat are difficult to distinguish between species. The level of difficulty in identifying eel species willcause delays in disclosure of biodiversity. The high market demand caused concern becausePelabuhan Ratu Bay is one of the southern coast waters of Java Island which has great potential insupplying eel larvae and juveniles. One of the locations where eel fish are caught is the estuary ofthe Cimandiri river located in the southern part of Pelabuhan Ratu bay. Until now, research ongenetic diversity and phylogeny of eel that has entered the estuary of the river has not been donemuch. Even though it is very important to maintain genetic resources, species and ecosystems ofeels. Genetic resources are the basic stages in an effort to protect eel resources in Indonesia,through this method it will facilitate identification even at the species level when compared to justusing identification methods based on morphological characters.This study used eel fish samplesfrom the genus Anguilla taken from the mouth of the Cimandiri River, Pelabuhan Ratu. Sampling iscarried out every month starting from December 2017 - March 2018. Samples are taken using ancoand bubu fishing gear. The sample is then preserved with absolute ethanol solution (96%),followed by the extraction process, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and electrophoresisamplification. The genus is A. bicolor bicolor, A. nebulosa nebulosa and A. marmorata.

Domino Pizza adalah restoran dan franchisee dengan lebih dari 18.350 toko di 93 negara. Perusahaan Domino Plaza menghasilkan pendapatan melalui penjualan pizza, sayap, salad, dan roti lapis di toko milik perusahaan, royalti dan kontribusi pemasaran dari pewaralaba, dan jaringan. 26 fasilitas produksi pulp dan rantai pasokan memusatkan pembelian. , siapkan dan kirim last mile untuk lebih dari 6.800 unit di Amerika Serikat dan Kanada. Penulisan artikel “Analisis lingkungan budaya bisnis Domino Plaza” tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk memahami upaya perusahaan Domino Plaza dalam menyesuaikan lingkungan bisnis di berbagai negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui internet dan media sosial. Setelah memperoleh data atau informasi yang dibutuhkan, penulis menginterpretasikan hasil analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil akhirnya adalah bahwa analisis bisnis Domino Plaza mampu menyesuaikan budaya, yang sangat penting untuk keberhasilan bisnis di pasar internasional dan untuk mengurangi risiko bisnis akibat perbedaan lingkungan praktik bisnis. Abstract

Nagari Lubuk Karak is administratively located in the District of Nine Koto, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province. Nagari is located in a sloping hill area with relatively good forest cover. However, today's environmental conditions in Nagari Lubuk Karak are constantly facing various threats that can damage the sustainability of the ecosystem, which are often caused by economic factors. This activity aims to provide education to the community in synergizing ecological and economic aspects so that the sustainability of the ecosystem in Nagari Lubuk Karak, which is in the upstream area, can always be maintained without compromising the community's welfare. This can be done by integrating reforestation activities using tree seeds that have economic value while at the same time intensifying rice cultivation owned by farmers by implementing the jajar legowo cropping system. This activity was carried out from 08 to 09 October 2022 in Nagari Lubuk Karak, Sembilan Koto District, Dharmasraya Regency. The implementation of the activity consisted of several stages, namely the socialization of reforestation activities and the application of the jajar legowo rice planting system, focus group discussions, and demonstrations of planting tree seedlings. The results of this activity can increase the knowledge and skills of the community regarding the importance of reforestation using tree seeds that have economic value while at the same time intensifying rice cultivation belonging to farmers by implementing the jajar legowo cropping system to increase farmers' income so that the economic and ecological aspects can work synergistically.

Abstract

Sungai Batanghari merupakan sungai dengan panjang ± 800 km, sungai ini mengalir dari Provinsi Sumatera Barat sampai ke Provinsi Jambi. Mata airnya berasal dari Gunung Rasan, dan yang menjadi hulu Sungai Batanghari ini adalah Danau Atas yang sekarang masuk di Kabupaten Solok, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dan mengalir ke selatan sampai ke daerah Pagu Provinsi Jambi. Tingginya intensitas kegiatan sosial ekonomi dalam DAS Batanghari saat ini telah menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan yang amat berarti. Upaya yang bisa dilakukan dalam mengkonservasi bantaran sungai adalah dengan melakukan budidaya tanaman tahunan yang memiliki perakaran serabut dan dalam. Salah satu jenis tanaman yang berpotensi untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan konservasi bantaran sungai ini adalah tanaman aren. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1)Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya konservasi kawasan DAS, 2) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang potensi tanaman aren dan buah-buahan dalam konservasi Kawasan DAS.
