Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the relations between Commuter Line passengers’ characteristics and factors affect respondents’ answers of Willingness to Pay (WTP). Since October 2017, PT. KAI has operated Commuter Line from Cikarang to Jakarta Kota to enhance the mobility of Cikarang residents and the surrounding areas. The operational activity of Commuter Line should consider the consumers ability in paying and the quality of services provided by the operators. The data was collected by spreading the questioners to passengers in Cikarang station. The data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive and tabulated using SPSS. There are six characteristics with sufficient results related to passengers’ satisfactory in using Commuter Line which are reliability, comfort, safety, easy access, equality, and secure. Factors affect WTP are income and purpose of the travel. The result shows that WTP is Rp.9.796 which means increasing about 95 % if the quality of services is also increasing

Abstract

The purpose of this dedication for Pisangan Village Community through financial statement training for small business in collaboration with partners of Citra Kencana Community is to improve the understanding of partners in making financial report especially income statement. The problem facing partners is not mastering how to create a correct financial statement. The financial statements can be used by partners as a benchmark of business performance and business financial analysis tools. Therefore, the methods used in this activity are: (1) convey material about basic concepts of accounting, (2) convey material about components of income statement, (3) provide business simulation and recording financial statements through educational game business accounting (4) the practice of preparing the business income statement and analysis by the entrepreneur, (5) advising / consulting the profit-loss statement. Besides, regression test is done through event study approach to know the impact of training for knowledge of financial report objectives and understanding of financial reporting from the community after getting the training. The result of this activity is increasing both knowledge and understanding of society in making financial report. This is shown by the direction of a positive and significant relationship between training with community knowledge and understanding. Abstract

Kegiatan Wirausaha menjadi salah satu cara untuk menggerakkan perekonomian di Indonesia, karena dapat berkontribusi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kegiatan Wirausaha ini biasa disebut dengan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Jumlah pelaku UMKM di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, termasuk di daerah Pamulang. UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang sejenis dapat menjadi pesaing bisnis. Perancangan dan perencanaan bisnis serta proyeksi analisis finansial yang kurang matang akan menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, baik dari dalam maupun dari luar lingkungan bisnis yang nantinya bila dibiarkan secara terus menerus akan menyebabkan kalah saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar para pelaku bisnis dapat merancang strategi bisnis baru berdasarkan pendekatan Business Model Canvas dan melakukan proyeksi analisis finansial. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan literatur review. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survei menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan referensi rancangan strategi baru dari sembilan blok elemen yang terkandung dalam Business Model Canvas dengan memperhatikan matrik SWOT serta perhitungan proyeksi analisis finansial sebagai solusi keberlangsungan kegiatan UMKM di daerah Pamulang. Penelitian ini masih terbatas dalam pencarian responden akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini digunakan bagi para pelaku UMKM yang berada di daerah Pamulang.

Abstract

Abstract: With the growing numbers of educational institutions, both formal, informaland informal, and with the improving comprehension of the society on the importanceof service, this research aims to investigate the level of satisfaction of students of thoseeducational institutions. This is also in conformation with the expansion of informationtechnology whereby the information exchanges are faster, and educational institutions,which disregard this trend may be left behind. Using the basic foundation from the fieldof study on consumer behavior, this research tries to evaluate on service delivery andperformance of educational institutions. This research relies on purposive andproportional sampling to university students in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bandung.Interview sessions, observations, and questionnaire distributions are conducted togather primary data from the registered students of selected formal educationalinstitutions. Of course, it is expected that personnels of those educational institutionsgrasp the important role of service delivery and performance, and the influential factorson the success of services. Nevertheless, the findings show that the level of servicedelivery of lecturers and administrative staff in higher educational institutions needdrastic improvement to allow students to receive the optimal level of service.Keywords: consumer behavior, formal educational institution, service factors

Abstract

Cikarang merupakan salah satu kawasan industri yang sangat berkembang pesat, pembangunan tersebut diikuti juga dengan peningkatan kawasan pemukiman di sekitar wilayah Cikarang. Hal ini berdampak terhadap peningkatan aktifitas masyarakat sehingga menyebabkan terjadi peningkatan terhadap kebutuhan pelayanan angkutan umum. Sejak Oktober 2017, PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia (PT.KCI) mulai mengoperasikan kereta rel listrik (KRL) relasi Cikarang-Jakartakota dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mobilitas masyarakat di wilayah Cikarang dan sekitarnya. Namun keberlangsungan operasional layanan KRL harus mempertimbangkan kesediaan untuk membayar pengguna dan aspek kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan operator. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik pengguna KRL dan faktor yang mempengaruhi jawaban responden terhadap nilai kesediaan membayar. Pengambilan data dilakukan teknik random sampling melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden di area stasiun Cikarang. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode statistik kuantitatif deskriptif dan tabulasi silang dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek kepuasan pengguna KRL terhadap kehandalan, kenyamanan, keamanan, kemudahan dan kesetaraan serta keselamatan cukup baik, sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi pilihan kesediaan membayar responden adalah besarnya pendapatan. Hasil studi menunjukkan rata-rata nilai kesediaan membayar yaitu Rp.8.771 atau mengalami kenaikan 75% apabila terjadi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan KRL yaitu penambahan jumlah armada dan peningkatan fasilitas stasiun.

Abstract

Taxes are a part of all business fields, including BUMDes. This understanding is important for industry players, as well as their assistants. High school teachers are one of the BUMDes companions and also presenters in learning BUMDes Finance for students. So that the emphasis on the importance of culture as a determinant of the success of increasing tax compliance is very important. The Tax Center of Pembangunan Jaya University is one of the tax education activists that is highly committed to the effort to disseminate taxation widely. One of them is in the South Tangerang area. This study was conducted to find out how far the teachers of Vocational High School 2 South Tangerang, regarding the role of culture in BUMDes tax compliance. This study was conducted by comparing the knowledge of the role of culture before and after the teacher attended the training. Interviews were conducted to complete the results of the analysis and conclusions. The results showed that most of the participants experienced an increase in knowledge of the importance of the role of corruption culture in the success of efforts to increase BUMDes tax compliance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari dan menemukan model pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pengantar Akuntansi, ditinjau dari metode dan media pembelajaran yang diinginkan mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan data primer yaitu hasil wawancara dan kuesioner melalui g-form, serta data sekunder yaitu dokumentasi dari kajian-kajian literatur dengan teknik analisa kualitiatif. Model pembelajaran Contextual Learning and Teaching (CTL) merupakan solusi atas masalah, sebab model CTL mengakomodir diterapkannya keseluruhan metode pembelajaran yaitu diskusi, restirasi dan tanya jawab, serta media pembelajaran yaitu media produktif. Pada model CTL mahasiswa ditingkatkan keaktifan untuk mengeksplorasi materi yang diterima, mengaitkannya dengan masalah nyata, dan memberi hasil nyata atas pengetahuan yang diterima. Berfokus pada kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berpikir luas, mendalam, kritis, logis dan kreatif. Sehingga tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dari sisi proses maupun hasil pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung lebih dari setahun dan masih belum menunjukkan tanda-tanda akan segera berakhir. Dampaknya sangat luas dan mempengaruhi berbagai sektor, termasuk UKM. Para pelaku usaha tersebut secara langsung mengalami penurunan omzet bahkan menutup usahanya. Sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi atau mengatasi dampak pandemi di sektor UKM, kampus bisa menjadi motor penggerak. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat tidak ketinggalan juga berkontribusi, namun dengan mempertimbangkan situasi pandemi dan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat secara langsung dengan jangkauan yang luas dan untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19 maka digunakan strategi webinar online, yaitu peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UKM di Indonesia. di tengah pandemi yang memberikan solusi terbaik.

Abstract

Compensation and work performance are closely related. Adequate and proper compensation would generally  drive employees  to work  better which later could boost up their work performance. This paper is aim to analyze the effect of compensation toward work performance at online transportation companies in Indonesia. The companies’ policy on compensation as claimed by the emloyees  have changed and made the employees uncomfortable. The research was conducted to 63 online transportation drivers. The primary data was used in this research. Questionnares were conducted to those online transportation drivers.  This research used validity, reliability, regression analysis and t-test as part of research method. The result of the study showed that compesation effets the drivers’ work performance by 53%. The result of t-test, it has been proven that compensation significantly influence drivers’ work performance.Keywords: Compensation, Performance, Online Transportation,Online Transportation Drivers.
