Abstract

The objective of this study is to predict the inflation rate (monthly) in Padang City for periods January 2018 to December 2020. In 2017, Padang City got an award as the city with the best TPID (Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah) performance in Indonesia followed by Kediri, Samarinda, Makassar and Ternate City. In order to help the TPID team in maintenance a low inflation rate, prediction of possible inflation that will be achieved in the following years is needed. Accordingly, the TPID team would have enough time to prepare several alternative actions to face an increasing inflation problem. We employ Triple Exponential Smoothing method, more known as Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing to predict the inflation rate in Padang City. We build 6 tentative models with various parameter combinations and choose the one that has the lowest MSE and RMSE values as the final model. The final model has three parameters: α, β and γ with different values of 0.06, 0.08 and 0.33 respectively. Using this final model, we predict that the monthly inflation rate in Padang City for periods January 2018 to December 2020 would be in the interval in between -1 to 1 which is considered low. More detail, the inflation in 2018, 2019 and 2020 are predicted being in the interval in between -0.51 to 0.64, -0.72 to 0.42 and -0.94 to 0.21 respectively.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOn students ' mental retardation, fine motor ability is indispensable in conducting daily activities that require them to learn more independently and not continue to depend on other people. This research aims to improve the ability of students ' fine motor motion light mental retardation in SDLB Land Banda Aceh through the use of Media collage. Collage is a technique of sticking to a range of elements into a frame so that it generates a new artwork, materials affixed like material such as paper, cloth, grain, dry leaves and so on. This type of research method using research case studies (case study), with a mixed method (mixed methods), which is a method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subject taken with purposive sampling methods that add up to 2 people. Data collection is done using an instrument of observation through the test Act and the use of the interview. Implementation of the research carried out for 14 times, with a time of 45 minutes/session. The research scoring results retrieved changes i.e. score post-test score higher than pre-test. As well as the results of the analysis of the qualitative data indicates the motion of fine motor ability of the students of mild mental retardation increased from undeveloped stage (BB) to the stage of developing appropriate expectations (BSH), started to grow (MB) to the very well developed (BSH).

Abstract

Sistem dinamik dapat digunakan untuk sistem yang kompleks. Model sistem dinamik menyediakan cara untuk memahami bagaimana penyebab perilaku suatu sistem, mendeteksi perubahan dari waktu ke waktu dan penentuan faktor-faktor yang meramalkan perilaku secara signifikan. Model sistem dinamik juga memungkinkan dalam penentuan skenario yang masuk akal sebagai masukan untuk keputusan dan kebijakan suatu sistem. Pelayanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) memiliki 710 tempat tidur yang didistribusikan ke beberapa ruangan. Dalam prakteknya, pasien lebih memilih dirawat di rumah sakit swasta daripada RSUDZA, dikarenakan lamanya menunggu sampai mendapat tempat tidur untuk rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalisasi pemakaian tempat tidur rawat inap di RSUDZA dengan menggunakan metode sistem dinamik. Berdasarkan perilaku suatu sistem, diramalkan jumlah pasien dengan tempat tidur dan membuat beberapa skenario sebagai alternatif kebijakan untuk rumah sakit.. Data yang digunakan yaitu data bulanan jumlah pasien dengan tempat tidur yang berjumlah 16 bulan dari bulan Januari tahun 2018 sampai bulan April tahun 2019 yang diperoleh dari RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software Vensim PLE versi 6.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua ruangan dengan jumlah kapasitas tempat tidur belum optimal, yaitu ruang Aqsha dan Raudhah. Hasil peramalan jumlah pasien dengan tempat tidur rawat inap ruang Aqsha dan Raudhah, diperoleh bahwa jumlah pasien dengan tempat tidur cenderung menurun dari waktu ke waktu. Pada skenario pengoptimalan tempat tidur di ruangan Aqsha, diperoleh bahwa skenario 3 merupakan skenario terbaik dengan menurunkan laju pasien yang mendaftar rawat inap sebesar 10%, dengan nilai MAPE yang diperoleh sebesar 4,3%. Selanjutnya, skenario pengoptimalan tempat tidur di ruangan Raudhah, diperoleh bahwa skenario 4 merupakan skenario terbaik dengan menurunkan laju pasien yang mendaftar rawat inap sebesar 15%, dengan nilai MAPE yang diperoleh sebesar 6,34%

Abstract

Media is a communication channel that determines the success of learning. Basically learning media is useful to make it easier for students to understand something that is possible difficult or simplifying something that might be complex. This study aims to describe the use of teaching media in dance learning and what obstacles are found by teachers in the learning process of dance by using teaching media at TK Kemala Bhayangkari. The approach of this research is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data Analysis with data reduction, data presentation, data verification. This research was conducted at TK Kemala Bhayangkari Aceh Singkil. Based on the research data, the use of teaching media in dance learning and the obstacles found by the teacher in the process of learning dance using teaching media in kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari can be summarized as follows: The use of audio-based media is very effective in motivating and improving student learning outcomes. The group of students in learning the bungong seulanga dance. The obstacle that was found was the disruption of the concentration of students caused by interference from the side of his friends who were impatient to play, so that the teacher had to be more serious in paying attention to the students in following the learning. Abstrak Media merupakan saluran komunikasi penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran. Pada dasarnya media belajar berguna untuk memudahkan peserta didik memahami sesuatu yang mungkin sulit atau menyederhanakan sesuatu yang mungkin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media ajar pada pembelajaran seni tari dan hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang di temukan guru pada proses pembelajaran seni tari dengan menggunakan media ajar di TK Kemala Bhayangkari. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis Data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Kemala Bhayangkari Aceh Singkil. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian penggunaan media ajar pada pembelajaran seni tari dan hambatan-hambatan yang di temukan guru pada proses pembelajaran seni tari dengan menggunakan media ajar di TK Kemala Bhayangkari dapat di simpulkan sebagai berikut: Penggunaan media berbasis audio sangat efektif dalam memotivasi dan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Kelompok peserta didik dalam pembelajaran seni tari bungong seulanga. Hambatan yang di temukan adalah terganggunya konsentrasi peserta didik yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan dari pihak temannya yang tidak sabar untuk bermain, sehingga guru harus lebih serius memperhatikan peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Abstract

Sectio Caesarea merupakan salah satu metode persalinan yang saat ini kerap dilakukan dan menjadi prosedur pembedahan yang menyelamatkan jiwa ibu dan bayi ketika terjadi komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri, tindakan ini memberikan efek nyeri berat pada ibu sehingga tindakan pereda nyeri pasca operasi sangat penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas dari edukasi manajemen nyeri pada pasien yang menjalani operasi sectio caesarea terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelayanan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan suatu metode intervensi pendukung manajemen nyeri yang dapat dilakukan oleh perawat dan bidan di ruang rawat kebidanan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pre-experimental design dan menggunakan rancangan intact group comparison yang dilakukan di ruang bersalin dan ruang rawat Arafah 2. Jumlah partisipan yang direkrut dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 partisipan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi: 1) Ibu yang sebelum dan setelah melakukan operasi sectio caesarea; 2) bersedia mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir; 3) mampu berbicara Bahasa Indonesia dan mampu baca tulis; dan 4) bukan berasal dari perawatan di Intensive Care Unit. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pemberian informasi mengenai manajemen nyeri yang dilaksanakan satu kali setelah operasi dengan durasi 7-10 menit. Alat pengumpulan data tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert berisi 25 item pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan mean rank tingkat kepuasan ibu (aspek reliability dan responsiveness) yang signifikan pada pengukuran pre test dan post test pada kelompok intervensi (p < 0.05) serta tidak terdapat peningkatan mean rank tingkat kepuasan ibu yang signifikan pada pengukuran pre test dan post test pada kelompok kontrol (p > 0.05). Hasil analisis lanjutan menggunakan Mann Whitney U Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan mean rank kepuasan ibu (variabel tangibles, empathy, reliabity, responsiveness dan assurance) pada pengukuran pre test dan post test pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p < 0.05). Perlu adanya kebijakan berupa standar operasional prosedut terkait edukasi manajemen nyeri agar petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat/bidan agar dapat melakukan edukasi yang adekuat kepada ibu postpartum sehingga dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dan mengurangi nyeri yang dirasakan setelah operasi berlangsung.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the demonstration method on decorative picture material on the learning outcomes of third graders at SD Negeri Garot Aceh Besar. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design (pre-experimental) with one group pre-and post-testing. The data collection approach uses tests (pretest and posttest). The population in this study were third-grade students at SD Negeri Garot Aceh Besar and the sampling strategy was purposive sampling. The sample of this study consisted of 30 students in class III-a. The threshold of significance = 0.05 and dk = N-1 = 29. From the data analysis, the t-count and t-table become 28.86 and 1.70. Therefore, H0 is rejected while H1 is approved. This study concludes that the application of the demonstration learning method has an effect on the learning outcomes of class IIIa students at SD Negeri Garot Aceh Besar on the decorative picture material

Abstract

EThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of school principals and the role of teachers in sports, scouts, and school health units in improving extracurricular achievement. A qualitative approach is an approach used and descriptive research is the type of research. Principals, teachers in sports, scouts, and UKS (school health units) are the subjects of this research. Interviews and documentation are data collection techniques used. Data analysis techniques were carried out in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research at SD Negeri 11 Banda Aceh, the achievements of extracurricular activities continue to increase every year, the interest and curiosity of children to join extracurricular activities also increases due to the appreciation, motivation and support from the school and the children's parents. From the above problems, it is hoped that parents can still accompany, direct, and also guide children during extracurricular activities so that children continue to participate in extracurricular activities to the maximum.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see the effect of the think pair share model on student learning outcomes in the matter of force and motion in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 1 Jagong Jeget, Central Aceh. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. One group pretest post-test design model and quasi-experimental research type. SD Negeri 1 Jagong Jeget as the location of this research was held. Obtaining samples used a purposive sampling technique. Using a sample of 16 fourth-grade students consisting of 7 boys students and 9 girls students. Collection data was carried out by giving a test technique with a total of 20 multiple choice questions before 3 meetings to get student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique in this study used a t-test at a significant level of 0.05 before the test was fulfilled. From the results of the study, it was found that 1) improving student learning outcomes after obtaining learning with the think pair share model 2) learning outcomes of students who received learning with the think pair share model were very good when compared with students who had learning experiences 3) students were very both active in the learning process using the think pair share model when compared to lessons that do not use the think pair model, students tend to be bored and do not have the enthusiasm to learn. The application of the think pair share model in learning is proven to be able to produce better student learning outcomes on force and motion material.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the strategies needed by teachers to motivate students' interest in learning and to identify what obstacles were faced by teachers when motivating students' interest in learning in grade IV SD Negeri Lambaro Angan Aceh Besar. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using descriptive research. The research location is at SD Negeri Lambaro Angan Aceh Besar, which takes the subject of two teachers, namely grade IV teachers A-B. Researchers used two data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. According to the results of data analysis carried out by researchers to motivate students' interest in learning, teachers have their own indicators in motivating students' learning interests. The strategies used by teacher IVA are the use of initial conditioning, learning comfort, a combination of learning methods, creative learning, and positive praise. Meanwhile, teacher IVB has strategies, namely, different learning, a conducive classroom atmosphere, creating questions and questions that will be answered again, effective media, and verbal appreciation. While the obstacles experienced by teachers when motivating students' interest in learning are the lack of awareness and concentration of students while undergoing learning activities so that students do not understand the material taught by the teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the use of students' free time during school hours in the high class of SD Negeri 1 Jeumpet Aceh Besar. The research method used is qualitative and this research is descriptive. The subjects in the study were students in grades IV, V, and VI, totaling 60 people, and homeroom teachers for grades IV, V, VI. To obtain data, researchers used data collection techniques of observation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique was carried out with the data reduction stage, data display and drawing conclusions and using the percentage form. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that students used their free time during school hours for various activities, namely sports activities including gymnastics, badminton, and football, artistic activities, namely making handicrafts from origami materials, and religious activities, including reading prayers, reading Surah Yasin. , memorize short surahs, read the Qur'an, and perform prayers. Based on the results of data analysis through questionnaires (questionnaires) from 60 students, 60% of respondents answered that they always use their free time during school hours to do sports activities, 35% of respondents answered that they always use their free time during school hours to do art activities, and 48% of respondents answered that he always used his free time during school hours to carry out religious activities. The activities that are most in demand by students are sports activities such as gymnastics, badminton, and football. So, it can be concluded that students of SDN 1 Jeupet Aceh Besar have used their free time for positive activities such as gymnastics, playing badminton and soccer, making handicrafts, reading prayers, reading the Qur'an, memorizing short suras, and performing prayers.
