Abstract

Computer network is one of the important technologies in the field of information and communication technology which is currently growing rapidly and rapidly. Computer networks within a company or agency are very helpful for work activities to be carried out quickly, precisely and efficiently. Basically, computer network technology cannot be separated by cable as an intermediary medium. Excessive use of cable media will certainly affect the mobility and flexibility of internet and intranet users. Wireless technology is a solution to meet the need for high mobility and flexibility. Wireless technology uses radio waves as a transmission medium, this technology has several advantages including high freedom and flexibility. Users or users can access the internet or intranet as long as they are within wireless range.STICK St. Elisabeth as one of the educational institutions in the health sector so far has had a wireless network or hotspot area, so that teaching staff, students, and visitors at STIKES St. Elisabeth who wants to be connected to the internet or intranet can directly connect to the network without going through network security. This causes the user hotspot not to be managed so that it affects the efficiency of bandwidth usage and network security. To provide a solution to these problems, the authors propose the design of Captive Portal and Implementation of Bandwidth Management STIKES St. Elisabeth uses a Mikrotik RB750G Router.This final project report will describe the stages of designing and implementing hotspot network security at STIKES St. Elisabeth. These stages include analysis of existing networks, planning and design stages of network security which consist of determining security systems, determining topology, data collection and user management. The implementation phase is the process of installing and configuring the network security device system. The things that have been done, and the testing of the security system will be reviewed at the end of the report.

Abstract

Budi daya hidroponik menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi masyarakat, selain itu hidroponik adalah salah satu cara untuk menanam tanaman dalam skala besar tanpa memerlukan lahan yang sangat cocok untuk dibudidayakan didaerah perkotaan. Namun, sistem ini mempunyai beberapa kekurangan yaitu, hidroponik sangat membutuhkan lingkungan yang terkontrol, terutama adalah diperlukannya pemantauan derajat keasaman air, suhu air, dan kepekatan nutrisi air perlu di pantau dan di kontrol untuk menghindari penurunan kualitas tanaman hingga layunya tanaman, sehingga diperlukan solusi untuk memantau kondisi tanaman dan kontrol secara otomatis. Hidroponik akan dipasang mikrokontroler yang terhubung ke internet melalui aplikasi blynk mikrokontroler akan mengirim data mengenai kondisi air ke aplikasi smartphone android secara realtime. Selain dari itu dikembangkan sistem kontrol manual dan otomatis untuk mengontrol pH air, ketinggian air, suhu dan kelembaban agar sesuai dengan kondisi yang optimal bagi tumbuhan.

Abstract

Inventory is one component of company assets which is very important in supporting the continuity of operational activities of trading companies. The process of inventory mutation, makes business owners required to be able to provide accurate and relevant information about inventory. This information can be generated from the use of a merchandise inventory information system which can help business owners to know the processes related to the availability of these merchandises. To monitor the process of oil transfer and oil availability on the CV. Sumber Lumas Semarang, business owners still use manual data input by using Microsoft Excel applications and hand-written stock cards. The manual use of this system causes several obstacles, including: frequent occurrences of oil inventory balances due to human error factors in recording items on stock cards, over-stock/stock out of oil inventory in warehouses and late oil inventory reporting due to data from stock cards moved into the Microsoft Excel format every month that requires precision and a lot of time. This makes the oil inventory report is not up to date. Observed at the problems faced today, CV. Sumber Lumas Semarang needs a system which can overcome the problems of merchandise inventory record and can produce relevant and accurate merchandise inventory information.

Abstract

Abstract The development of computer and internet science has covered the world community today. including companies and agencies around the world have internet facilities and websites as a form of promotion to the public. Likewise with MAX team Outbound Training Semarang, which continues to strive for improvement in its promotion program. To be able to provide convenience in promotional activities on MAX team requires a media campaign that is fast and can be accessed by the wider community. In this study concluded that the ease of accessing the website is very good, namely 81.67%. In addition, the attractiveness of consumers in accessing products online is also getting better, reaching 78.9%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital Kartu Catatan Siswa Berbasis Web. Aplikasi ini untuk membantu sistem pengelolaan dan pengendalian data catatan siswa yang semula masih dilakukan secara manual di lingkungan SMK Negeri 5 Semarang. Permasalahan pada saat mengelola dan mencari arsip lama yang terdapat dalam catatan pada buku-buku lainnya yang terletak parsial dari bulan ke bulan pada setiap bulanya. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan merujuk pada tahapan RND milik Soegiyano. Tahap ini di mulai dari tahap potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, sampai pada tahap implementasi produk, sehingga dapat menghasilkan data yang akurat saat melaporkan catatan siswa bermasalah dan menentukan surat peringatan dan pemanggilan terhadap orang tua wali murid. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Arsip Digital, Kartu Catatan Siswa, Berbasis WEB, Metode R&D

Abstract

The management of raw material inventory is a very important part for a company. In the process of inventory management of raw materials conducted on CV.Alinea Java until now still using conventional system using Microsoft Excel 2007, starting from material estimation, ordering process of goods to supplier, process of receipt and expenditure of raw materials, raw material returns, addressed to the leadership and related sections. And the utilization of wireless networks that are less effective because only connected computer warehouse administration and purchasing, not all users, to overcome the above problems, it is necessary information that utilizes the inventory management information system raw materials with computer network based client server using a new system of mutual terintregrasi all users so that all interested parties can access the desired data of course with certain restrictions, according to the status entered. Then created a system of inventory management information raw materials server client base on CV.Alinea Java by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database that will assist in the process of data processing system.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. And one of the media that can provide information quickly, accurately and a very broad reach is to use website media.Based on the description above in the preparation of this thesis, the author takes the title "SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM ONLINE (Case Study in CV. Abstract

Based on the implementation of an internship conducted by the author at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG, the authors try to develop a system in accordance with the needs needed, namely by changing the data processing program inventory system (inventory) that is still using a manual system into a computerized inventory processing program (inventory) based on computerized programming language microsoft visual basic. This change aims to adjust the needs. The use of a computerized inventory system (inventory) in a company or office plays an important role. Because with the presence of a computerized system the data taken and made will be more precise and accurate, while the existing system at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG still uses a manual system so reports that will be given to the leaders are slow.

Abstract

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Abstract

financial information in schools. Payment information which is the basis for schools to determine future policies. The object of research in this thesis is the Demak Development High School which is one of the agencies engaged in the field of science and education. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school payment administration recording information system and design a school payment administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the accuracy of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making
