Abstract

The implementation of a strategy to increase the number of customers in a company is very influential in the performance of the company. The success or failure of a company is largely determined by the way the company has developed to be able to compete for consumers in implementing an effective marketing strategy. The purpose of this research is to increase the number of customers at Karomah Chicken in Air Muring North Bengkulu through the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that will occur in the future in increasing the number of customers. This research uses the SWOT analysis method by selecting consumers who come as respondents in this study, the number of respondents is as many as 57 people. 7 internal factors or employees at Karomah Chicken Air Muring North Bengkulu and 50 External Factors namely consumers who make transactions at Karomah Chicken Air Muring North Bengkulu. Karomah Chicken Air Muring North Bengkulu will be established in 2021 which is located on Jalan Jl. City of Bani Pasar Simpang, Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu. Based on the results of the research that using SWOT analysis, it is known that Karomah Chicken, Air Muring North Bengkulu, has a strength value of 22.68, a weakness of 8.1, so that it complements IFAS so that the EFAS quadrant is sar 22.68 – 8.1 = 14.50 while the opportunity value is 14. 98 and a threat of 7.06 so that the EFAS quadrant is 14.98 – 7.06 = 7.92 so it can be seen that Karomah Chicken of the North Bengkulu Air Muring at coordinates (14.77 – 9.84) in quadrant (1) which indicates marketing to increase the number of customers namely 1.) always maintain safety and comfort at Karomah Chicken Air Muring Bengkulu North Branch. 2.) the location of the store is located in a strategic place. 3.) adding menu variations to the products offered. Keywords: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of finding and selecting the right candidate to fill a certain position in an organization or company. This is done to ensure that the organization has a qualified workforce that suits the needs of the company, so that it can contribute to achieving the set business goals. The recruitment process includes searching for candidates, selecting and placing employees according to predetermined qualifications, competencies and criteria. In addition, recruitment is also carried out to obtain variety in terms of background and work experience of candidates, so that the organization can have diverse employees and can provide added value to the company. Employees are an important resource for the company, because they have the mind, talent, energy, desire, knowledge, feelings and creativity that are needed by the company to achieve the company's vision and mission (Mangkunegara, 2009). The success or failure of a company or organization and operational targets cannot be separated from the role of competent employees. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive exploratory approach.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the resources that most determine the success or failure of an organization. In the era of globalization, human resource issues are in the spotlight and the focus for agencies to survive. Where the success of the organization depends on the performance of the organizational actors concerned. An employee is not only required to have knowledge, abilities, and skills but also must have experience, motivation, self-discipline, work enthusiasm, and good work ethic. This research aims to determine the influence of internal supervision, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of Seluma Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, namely research that uses mathematical models, theories, and/or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, where the population sampled at Satpol PP and Fire Department, Seluma Regency were 37 civil servant employees. Based on the results of research conducted it was found that internal supervision, work discipline and work motivation together had a significant effect on employees’ performance at Satpol PP and Fire Department, Seluma Regency with regression multiple linear Y = 8.106 + 0.352 X1+ 0.393 X2 + 0.502
