Abstract

The purpose of educational institutions is to maximize educational goals while enhancing the quality and potential of Indonesian society. Therefore, providing holistic guidance and direction through various indicators of disciplinary character formation in schools is crucial to support the growth and development of the country's next generation, particularly children in elementary school. The teacher is the first person responsible for giving instructions, giving direction, and influencing how students develop their disciplined character at school. As a result, the teacher's role in the classroom is to control learning and develop the disciplined nature of the students. This study aims to outline how effective classroom management (MKE) is used to create disciplined behavior in MI Mambaul Falah students. Observation and interviewing tools are utilized in the descriptive qualitative research method. The study's findings demonstrate that setting educational goals—especially learning objectives essential to MI Mambaul Falah's vision and mission—is the first step in developing a disciplined character. Both explicit and implicit implementation of these rules are used. The school introduces and implements the regulations through educational outreach activities, report receipt activities, and learning activities that are carried out in effective classroom management (MKE), which is carried out by constantly giving all students direction, guidance, training, and habituation to be able to cultivate and foster a disciplined character, both in the school environment and outside of school.

Abstract

The ultimate purpose of this research is to develop reading and memory abilities in children by focusing on learning the Koran, thereby meeting their educational demands in schools or other institutions. Every student who completes their study successfully is guaranteed to be able to read the Qur'an accurately and fluently. This study employs a qualitative field research method, systematically gathering observations and interviews conducted throughout multiple stages. These stages include planning and design, research focus, time constraints, data collecting, and analysis. The primary emphasis of this study is the UMMI approach. The study's findings also demonstrate how beneficial the UMMI approach is for enhancing one's ability to read the Al-Qur'an. When pupils read with ease and fluency, indicating that they are comfortable with the Al-Quran, it is evident that this strategy is working. This approach is feasible and meets the unique requirements of kids as they progress toward becoming proficient readers of the Al-Qur'an. Students are becoming more proficient in Tajwid and Makharijul Letters. By using the UMMI technique, students can acquire the skill of reading the Al-Qur'an more efficiently and with complete assistance.

Abstract

Self-help skills are important skills that must be possessed by children with disabilities to be able to live their daily lives independently. However, children with disabilities often experience difficulties in learning self-help skills because their characteristics are different from normal children. One of the efforts to improve self-help skills in children with disabilities is to apply the learning by games method. The learning by games method is a learning method that uses games as a learning medium. Games can make learning more fun and interesting for children with disabilities. In addition, games can also help children with disabilities to develop motor, cognitive, and social-emotional skills, which are needed to improve self-help skills.This study aims to examine the effectiveness of applying the learning by games method to improve self-help skills in students with disabilities. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative case study type. The data collection technique used is observation and documentation of SLBN Demung Besuki Situbondo directly, which begins with a general view of the interview data, and documentation while in the field. From this research, it is known that students with tunagrahita become easier to master the material without feeling depressed and bored because they use photo and video educational games, guest picture educational games, and puzzle educational games in improving self-help skills to make it easier for students with tunagrahita to take care of themselves in the form of thaharah / washing activities. As for its application, it requires teacher creativity in developing methods (photos and videos, guest pictures, puzzles, etc.) that are in accordance with the learning material so that students can more easily master and remember the material and feel happy and not burdened in learning.

Abstract

The Development of Children's Interpersonal Character in PAUD Ihyaul Islam, Guggungan Lor Village: The Significance of Parent and Teacher Communication. In order to encourage children to develop to their full potential, this study attempts to ascertain the nature of early infancy. at a young age, with the role of parents in the home and the function of instructors in the classroom. Furthermore, as children initially engage with their family environment when they are young, the family is where a child's personal character is formed. Consequently, using a qualitative method. Qualitative research aims to (find as detailed information as possible). The more in-depth the data obtained, the better the quality of the research. In order to comprehend and investigate current events or issues, this research focuses on deriving meaning from data collected from field facts as research objects. The information gathered came from three sources: the PAUD Head, PAUD teacher, and one of the student's parents; it was also gathered through documentation and the observation procedure. Researchers go through several stages in data analysis, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion of the data results.

Abstract

This research explains the application of creative video-based learning media in improving PAI learning achievement for class VII students at Paiton Islamic Middle School. This research uses a qualitative research method, case study type. Informants in this research were obtained using a purposive sampling technique, so that four people were determined, namely the head of the madrasah, head of curriculum, PAI teacher, and representatives of class VII students at Paiton Islamic Middle School. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research results obtained are that the application of creative video-based learning media in PAI learning Asmaul Husna material was carried out through three stages, namely, designing content and scripts according to the material, implementation and evaluation. The increase in PAI learning achievement is an implication of the application of creative video-based learning media which can be seen from the essay test Question.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of Taqdimul Bayan implemented at BPK Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative research method, case study type. This research was carried out at BPK MTs. Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo class VII and VIII, located in Karanganyar Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. This research was carried out from October to November 2023. The data collection technique was using the snawball sampling technique. The data sources used were primary and secondary. The informants in the research were the Chair of the BPK, BPK Arabic Language Teacher, Head of the Organization, and BPK students. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of the research show that BPK Nurul Jadid implemented it through several processes, namely: (1) Formulating Maharah Kalam Capability Standards, (2) Carrying out Taqdimul Bayan Activities , (3) Class Meeting Competition. So it is hoped that it will be able to produce the ability to develop students' anger. Through Observation methods, Interview methods and Documentation methods to become better and more inclusive. This research can provide valuable insight for Arabic language education unit institutions in developing the potential to speak Arabic fluently among students. Apart from that, the results of this research can also contribute to the literature on the Maharah Kalam Development Strategy.

Abstract

This research aims as a means of support, motivation, for students in overcoming potential delays or retardation in reading the Koran so that they can improve their ability to read the Koran from an early age, therefore holding several special programs from the school is one of the joint efforts to improve the ability to read the Koran for students, especially at Madrasah Man 1 Probolinggo. This research was conducted at Man 1 Probolinggo with a qualitative approach using case study research. Data generated from observations and interviews with several students and teachers at Man 1 Probolinggo. Based on the research findings, the guided Al-Qur'an reading program can help students become more fluent readers of the Al-Qur'an by addressing any potential delays or underdevelopment in their reading skills.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the best way to implement character values, also known as the Application of Character Values, in Salih Nurul Jadid Children's PAUD through singing. This study employs a case study methodology with a qualitative approach. Techniques for gathering data include documentation, interviews, and observation. Methods for analyzing data have been applied methodically, beginning with data visualization, condensing, and conclusion-making. Three phases comprised the results of field research on the application of character qualities through singing: Saying sorry, please, and thank you; Memorizing Asmaul Husna with songs and movements; Praying in unison with rhythmic accompaniment. This application has been shown to support kids' behaviour with moral principles because early development is akin to copying one's surroundings.

Abstract

The success of the learning process greatly depends on the students' focus. Teachers must prioritize methods that help students develop their ability to focus when studying. One component that leads pupils externally is the teacher, for instance, when it comes to students' passion for learning. Based on the available data, particular youngsters need more desire and interest in learning in the school setting. This study aims to examine how the use of hijaiyah letter graphics in class II at MI Al Hikmatul Islamiyah in the Besuki Situbondo District has increased students' willingness to learn and their ability to focus. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, interviews, observations, and documentation are the methods used to collect data. Techniques for data analysis include presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The study's findings demonstrate that teachers work to improve students' willingness to learn and their ability to focus by creating, refining, and implementing instructional materials that incorporate images of the hijaiyah letters to foster a positive learning environment. Students benefit from increased motivation to study, more active engagement, increased focus, and increased conditioning during the learning process. Additionally, learning materials are applied in a more engaging way that piques children's interest in learning.

Abstract

To support the growth of both people and society as a whole, education is a deliberate process that requires effort and execution. The effectiveness of education can be seen in how learning is implemented in classrooms and how well it is taught. Implementing learning can be problematic, mainly when teaching mathematics in the early grades at the Basic Education Level (elementary and middle school). The issue with mathematics learning at MI Miftahul Ulum class 1 is that there are a lot of barriers, which results in shallow student involvement and learning outcomes. This project aims to enhance mathematics learning results using the Teams Games Tournament approach. This kind of research is called action research in the classroom, and it involves preparation, execution, observation, and reflection phases. Researchers have found that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model of mathematics learning can enhance the effectiveness of teachers' instruction from cycle I, cycle II, to cycle III, yielding results of 80%, 84%, and 90%. Data on student activities from Cycle I, cycle II, and Cycle III showed increases of 82%, 88%, and 94%, with the assessment criteria being active and very active students. Additionally, there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle III, specifically 70.61, 74.53, and 79.03, while the percentage of classical learning completion was 61%, 72%, and in the third cycle, 83%.
