Abstract

The limited application of face-to-face learning has obstacles and challenges. As happened at MTs Al-Manar Prambon, there is a potential for decreased motivation to explore material and learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This requires teachers to innovate in learning activities. The aims of this research are 1) designing, 2) producing, 3) testing the feasibility of the product and 4) the practicality of e-comic. This study uses the ADDIE model R&D method which consists of 5 stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The types of data obtained are quantitative data and qualitative data. The validation process is carried out by material expert validators and media experts, as well as practicality by education practitioners and students. The results of the feasibility test that have been carried out have obtained a percentage of 93.1% for material validation and 91.6% for media validation. Based on the percentage of expert validation, it was declared "very feasible" to be used. The practicality test was carried out on the test subject with the acquisition of a percentage of 92.8% for the results of the teacher's response and 90,1% for the results of the student's response. Based on the percentage of user responses, it is stated that it is "very practical" to be used in social studies learning material for social interaction.

Abstract

As an educator, a teacher must master competencies, one of which is pedagogical competence. Pedagogical competence is helpful in understanding students and managing learning, starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. The importance of the pedagogical competence of social studies teachers in managing learning can improve students' social studies learning outcomes. The research objective is to analyze the effect of pedagogical competence on improving social studies learning outcomes of students at SMPN 1 Kasreman. The research method used a quantitative design with an experimental research type. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The determination of respondents used probability sampling techniques, namely stratified random sampling. The research instrument used online questionnaires through Google Forms. The results showed that Ha could be accepted, meaning that pedagogical competence positively and significantly improved social studies learning outcomes. This means that the higher the pedagogical competence, the higher the students’ learning outcomes. Based on the limited research on cognitive aspects of learning outcomes, the researcher recommends that future researchers investigate the effect of pedagogical competence on the affective and psychomotor aspects of student learning outcomes. Guru sebagai seorang pendidik harus menguasai kompetensi, salah satunya ialah kompetensi pedagogik. Kompetensi pedagogik berguna dalam memahami siswa dan mengelola pembelajaran mulai dari merencanakan, melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Pentingnya kompetensi pedagogik guru IPS dalam mengelola pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa di SMPN 1 Kasreman. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Penentuan responden memakai teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai adalah kuesioner online melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha dapat diterima, artinya kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Maknanya semakin tinggi kompetensi pedagogik maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang terbatas pada hasil belajar aspek kognitif, maka peneliti merekomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar aspek afektif dan psikomotorik siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Keberadaan transportasi online dapat memunculkan berbagai peluang usaha, salah satunya adalah jasa GrabBike. Untuk memasarkan jasanya, GrabBike menggunakan beberapa strategi pemasaran di antaranya adalah produksi, tempat, harga, pelayanan, dan promosi. Tujuan riset ini untuk memperoleh karakteristik mahasiswa pengguna jasa GrabBike, dan menganalisis ada atau tindaknya pengaruh harga, pelayanan, dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa GrabBike oleh mahasiswa. Riset ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Selanjutnya jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Isac Michel dan didapatkan sebanyak 138 responden. Teknik untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui metode penilaian skala Likert. Uji kelayakan instrumen yang dilaksanakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Teknik untuk menganalisis yang dipakai dalam riset ini adalah analisis data deskriptif serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset memaparkan karakteristik mahasiswa pengguna jasa GrabBike dapat dilihat dari jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal dan uang saku mereka per bulan. Sedangkan nilai hasil analisis yang didapatkan berupa nilai signifikansiharga (0,023), pelayanan (0,000), dan promosi (0,000). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut seluruh variabel memiliki nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan secara parsial terdapat adanya pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan hasil nilai pengujian simultan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berati terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap varibel terikat oleh mahasiswa di Kota Malang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Social studies learning activities in general still do not take advantage of the use of technology-based learning media because of the limited number and type of media as well as the limited ability of the teacher. The learning media used by teachers is still textual in nature, that is, it only comes from textbooks so that it makes students' interest and motivation in learning social studies, especially historical material, to be low. To overcome these problems, developed innovative technology-based learning media, namely motion graphics. The aim of this research is developing motion graphics teaching media and testing the feasibility of IPS teaching media on Indische Partij material. The method used in this study uses an R&D approach with the ADDIE model. The product trial process was carried out in class VIII SMP PGRI 1 Kesamben. ADDIE's stages for developing teaching media include 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluate. The feasibility test results from the expert validator show a percentage of 95.45%. for material validation, 90.62% for language validation, and 95.45% for media validation. While the test results on students obtained an average value of 89.10%. Based on these averages it can be stated that motion graphics products as social studies learning media are "very feasible" to be used in learning activities and can be disseminated without going through revisions.
