Abstract

Kegiatan IbM dilaksanakan pada kelompok souvenir sablon digital di Desa Sidodadi dan Karanglo Kecamatan Tawangnangu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha mitra; 2) meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang perencanaan bisnis dan manajemen usaha; 3) meningkatkan kemampuan SDM dalam teknik produksi dan pemasaran; serta 4) mengembangkan jejaring kewirausahaan pemuda untuk menopang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Target yang akan dicapai melalui IbM adalah pada aspek produksi dan manajemen. Aspek produksi, yaitu meningkatnya teknologi produksi pembuatan souvenir, meningkatnya kemampuan dalam bidang desain melalui program corel draw dan Adobe photoshop serta pemantapan prosedur produksi dengan memperhatikan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Aspek manajemen, yaitu pada manajemen keuangan, mengadakan pengelolaaan keuangan yang baik dengan pembukuan yang teratur, melalui manajemen pemasaran menghasilkan bentuk-bentuk promosi melalui berbagai media, perluasan jaringan pasar dan mempermudah akses konsumen memesan produk. Melalui manajemen SDM dapat meningkatkan kemampuan SDM dengan pelatihan, pemberian motivasi wirausaha dan pemberdayaan diri.Kegiatan IbM dilaksanakan melalui tahapan 1) Tahap Persiapan; 2) Tahap Assesment; 3) Tahap Perencanaan Program atau Kegiatan; 4) Tahap Pemformulasian Rencana Aksi; 5) Tahap Pelaksanaan (Implementasi) Program atau Kegiatan; serta 6) Tahap Evaluasi. Diharapkan melalui tahapan yang akan dilaksanakan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan dan memenuhi kebutuhan mitra.Kata kunci : IbM, pelatihan, pembinaan, pendampingan, souvenir, sablon digital.

Abstract

The art of Buraq is a procession of puppet which has beautiful female face with winged-horse body and dance to the music of Genjring and tambourine. This traditional art is one of the dominant arts that becomes one cultural identity of the people in Brebes District, located in the west of the northern coast of Java island, Central Java Province. This study aims to study the aesthetic form, function and symbolic values of Buroq, as well as the system of relationship patterns among actors, Buroq puppets, and the audience. The result of the research shows that the rise of Buroq art stems from the Isra’-Mi’raj ‘ trip of Prophet Muhammad by using the vehicle named Buroq. It is narrated that Buraq is like a winged-horse with a beautiful woman face who can move with lightning speed as a vehicle in the Isra’-Mi’raj journey of the Prophet Muhammad. This story is the primary source of inspiration for local artists to express aesthetic-symbolic in accordance with the imagination they possess in the form of acculturation that combines elements of Javanese, Chinese, and Islamic cultural symbols. As Islamic-based traditional arts of community, Buroq with all the uniqueness of its physical form not only has functions and values in the grandeur of Islam which awakens and strengthens the cultural awareness among residents to act and behave in accordance with the teaching of Islam in coastal Javanese Islamic culture but also has the functionality and entertainment value for the multicultural community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan bukti empiris mengenai efek leverage, saham publik, size, proporsi komite audit independen pada pengungkapan sukarela baik secara partial maupun simultan. 74 perusahaan telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis multiple regression. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa leverage secara tidak signifikan mempunyai efek negatif pada pengungkapan sukarela begitu juga dengan saham publik, size dan proporsi komite audit independen yang tidak signifikan pada pengungkapan sukarela. The objective of this research is to give empirical evidence about the effects of leverage, public ownership, size, and independent audit committee proportion on voluntary disclosure both partially and simultaneously. Seventy four companies were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results show that leverage insignificantly has negative effect on voluntary disclosure. Public ownership also insignificantly has negative effect on voluntary disclosure. But size significantly has positive effect on voluntary disclosure. Independent audit committee proportion insignificantly has negative effect on voluntary disclosure. The result also shows that leverage, public ownership, size and independent audit committee proportion simultaneously have insignificant effect on voluntary disclosure.

Abstract

Data of mosquito fauna is important to be known as basic effort in vector mosquito control. It is necessary to update the data from time to time. The effort of updating the mosquito fauna was started from South Sumatra Province. Amount of 2,784 mosquito specimens were examined. The result showed there are 62 species of mosquitoes from South Sumatra Province and they belong to 10 genera. One species of culicid mosquito were recorded for the first time from Indonesia, namely Aedes (Downsiomyia) pexus and six other species were first recorded on Sumatra Island. These species are now included in the Sumatran Culicidae checklist.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the increase in the value of the company through its capital structure, profitability, firm size, (Studies in Bank Go Public in Indoseia Stock Exchange 2010 -2014 )To test these variabels, the researchers use the 27 companies that went in public Indosia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research, Tehknik data collection using documentary technique. The data used in this research are secondary data from financial statetements published by banking companies during 2010 -2014 Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed quantitatively by using multiple regression using Eviews program version 8.1The result showed that the variables Size does not affect the DER, Profitability significantly influence the DER, While the, Firm size affect the PBV. Profitability does not affect the PBV. DER is found as not a mediating variable that strengthen the influence of Profitabiliy, Firm size, on firm value PBV banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: profitability,firm size, debt equity ratio and price book value.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and explain the problems of aesthetic adaptation through the development of ceramic art design in Mayong Lor Village as a cultural strategy in facing market competition to maintain the local characteristics. The research data was through by participant observation technique, in-depth interview, and document data tracking. The results show the following: First, the type of ceramic products can be classified into four categories, namely: 1) celengan (piggy banks), (2) children›s toys/remitance (keg, jars, cups, glasses, plates, paso, teapots, earrings, angklo, kekep) , (3) glassware for household purposes, such as jugs, kendil, padasan, and cowek, (4) decorative items (vases, jars, pots, wuwungan tiles, pencil pot, souvenirs, and carving. Aesthetically, the expression on ceramic pottery of Mayong Lor Village is simple and non-complicated as well as prioritizes the aspect of physical function which is oriented to economic value. Second, the social and cultural environment of Mayong Lor society creates typical patterns of interaction and lifestyle (with the support of its natural resources) resulting in the process of skill transfer of ceramic pottery traditionally from generation to generation and produces a unique and simple ceramic product. Third, in the midst of the strong influence of modern industrial pressures, the craftsmen struggle in the process of creativity by performing an aesthetic adaptation to develop new design with new artistic and economical values as the embodiment of a cultural strategy to maintain the creative potential of their local arts.

Abstract

Population-oriented life behavior is the norm / value adopted in life and is expected to be a character for every individual in society. Population-based life behavior is the support of population-oriented development. This research uses qualitative research design. Qualitative research is descriptive research and tend to use analysis. Theoretical basis is used as a guide to focus the research in accordance with the facts in the field. The study involved nine PIK R representing nine sub-districts of sixteen sub-districts in Semarang. Based on observation, interviews, and documentation. Some problems that arise in the management of PIK R to realize population-oriented society, among others, the absence of mentoring from the service, no document guidance to be followed and completed in PIK R, uneven distribution of activity funds, lack of support from the community, difficulties in regeneration, IEC (communication, information and education) services on reproductive health have not run smoothly due to limited personnel and facilities.

Abstract

Publik menyadari bahwa peran guru dalam proses pendidikan sangatlah penting, oleh sebab itu kompetensi evaluasi pembelajaran oleh guru perlu selalu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung tujuan pendidikan, tidak terkecuali guru seni  budaya  di Kabupaten Kudus. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pelatihan bagi guru seni budaya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalnya dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memiliki dua luaran utama. Luaran utama yang diharapkan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu: (1) publikasi prosiding seminar nasional dan (2) modul pengembangan instrumen penilaian aspek keterampilan berkarya. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Guru Seni budaya Kabupaten Kudus dengan lokasi kegiatan di SMP N 1 Kudus. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan dengan prosedur sebagai berikut: (1) identifikasi pemahaman evaluasi Seni budaya, (2) FGD dengan pengurus MGMP, (3) pelatihan evaluasi Seni budaya, (4) penerapan hasil pelatihan, (5) monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan telah menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi evaluasi pembelajaran melalui pelatihan penilaian berkarya seni yang dapat dipahami guru pengampu mata pelajaran Seni budaya.
