Abstract

Mediation in the settlement of Islamic civil cases is a stage that should not be missed by the litigants. Basically, mediation is done face-to-face directly in a special room. However, mediation can be done virtually or using virtual communication media. The implementation of virtual mediation can be done using the WhatsApp, Line, or Zoom Meeting applications. According to Soerjono Soekanto, there are several factors that determine law enforcement, namely legal factors, community factors, cultural factors, facilities and facilities factors and legal factors. The implementation of virtual mediation when viewed from the factors described and all that have not been fulfilled, but there are several things that need to be done so that virtual mediation can be carried out smoothly, there must be a special application there must be a source of legal reference that is specifically regulated.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Path Goal theory explained about leader behavior by directive style, suportif style, partisipative style, maintenance style, and achievement style whice influence a wish. In order to influence low worker, by using one of four style, a leader must  effore to  influence perception and can give motivation to them about his duty clarity, attainment of target, job satisfaction and the effectively time. A leader take charge of to execute duty and also the such responsibility claimed [by] the existence of a leader recognizing as a whole the organizational member so that can grow harmonious same job among organizational component, here role of leader become of vital importance in efficacy of organization which leading of in the case of directive, supportif, partisipative and orient achievement for the job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and performance his subordinate. This research it all was done in Department Agama of Sub-Province of Kendal and Town Semarang, and it was taken example from staff office department agama of sub-province of Kendal and town Semarang. The technich which was used for research is giving 43 quesioner for depag Kendal and 90 depag Semarang, for measuringthese questions by scala likert.  The file for getting this research is helped by SPSS ( Statistical of Program of for Social Science) 7.5 for Windows. Analyse data is done by validity exam and reliabilitas exam by using Cronbach'S Alpha technic, correlation exam with “product moment technich” and regresi linear exam. It consisted of R² exam, F and t exam. The analysis which was  used is Chi-Square analysie to look for some  differences between depag Kendal and Semarang, and double regresi analyse influence of leadership style to job satisfaction, organizational commitmen, and the employees performance. The result of this research indicate that the five factors of leadership style : partisipative style, orient achievement style, directive style, supportif style, and maintenance style are have an effect on positively and signifikan to job satisfaction, organizational commitmen, and the employees performance. From this research results hope able to mange and consider the five variables as measure for developing job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and the employees performance. High and low of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and the employees performance which was detaile from this research can be distinguished from  an influential leader, even it was believed that make a satisfield, commitmen, and the performance is not easy something and dependent, about a leadership generally tell about satisfaction, commitmen and officer performance can be followed from the leader, so one of superior leadership style. Is believed very suitable and determine job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and the employees performance from every organization Keyword : Leadership Style; Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitmen; Employees Performance.

Abstract

Febrile convulsion in children are fairly common disease in under five children. The increase of body temperature is very concerned to patient with febrile convulsion, because the increase of high body temperature will triggers recurrence of convulsion. The purpose of this research design was to perform nursing care on febrile convulsion with nursing problem of the risk of febrile convulsion recurrence. The research design was a case study with one respondent who diagnosed with febrile convulsion and had the risk of febrile convulsion recurrence. Data collection methods were interviews, observation, and documentation using format nursing care for children. Assessment used four main sources, namely the client, the nurse, the client's family, and the medical record. Then enforced nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. From the assessment obtained data mother said her child was having fever, lips slightly red, fussy, had convulsion ± 3 times during at the puskesmas. Body temperature was 37,7oC, pulse rate was 113x/ minute, respiration rate was24x/ minute. From the result of assessment the nursing diagnose was recurrence of febrile convulsions and ineffectiveness of thermoregulation. The result of data from complaint and condition of client there was nursing problem of the risk offebrile convulsion recurrence and ineffectiveness of thermoregulation. Intervention conducted was assesed history of seizures , giving health education about febrile Convulsion, warm compress, monitoring vital signs regularly, and take action of interdependent. The result of evaluation nursing care in 3 days nursing problem of febrile convulsion recurrence and ineffectiveness thermoregulation resolved.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi dunia pendidikan, dimana proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara distance learning (pembelajaran jarak jauh). Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menekan laju penyebaran virus corona sesuai kebijakan pemerintah untuk bekerja di rumah, belajar dari rumah, dan beribadah dirumah. Salah satu media pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah internet, dimana banyak peserta didik yang belum mampu menyaring hal baik dan buruk dari internet. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat disini adalah memberikan penguatan kecerdasan emosional dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh dan Distance Learning Dalam Menjawab Tantangan Generasi Z. Pengabdian masyarakat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru dan orang tua dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring). Untuk guru diharapkan mampu mengembangkan pembelajaran daring yang efektif dan untuk orang tua diharapkan dapat menjadi pendamping proses belajar peserta didik. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengubah mindset atau paradigm guru agar memasukkan unsur-unsur kecerdasan emosional dalam menyampaikan materi dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh membutuhkan banyak proses penyesuaian sehingga salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh kuat terhadap penyesuain peserta didik adalah kecerdasan emosional. Oleh sebab itu dalam pembelajaran guru harus memasukkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan positif untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Guru dipaksa untuk menjalankan metode pembelajaran baru sesuai dengan kondisi new normal.

Abstract

Perkembangan IPTEK memiliki dampak tersendiri bagi ruang kehidupan manusia, salah satunyadigunakan untuk mengeksploitasi sumber daya alam. Hal tersebut menunjukkan kurangnyakesadaran manusia dalam menjaga keselarasan dan keserasian alam. Tujuan pembelajaran IPSdiantaranya untuk meningkatkan kepekaan siswa terhadap permasalahan social yang ada dilingkungan sekitar, terampil dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan social, dan memiliki mental yangpositif dalam menghadapi kesenjangan social. Pembelajaran di era new normal membuat parapendidik untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Sehingga pendidikan mengalamiperkembangan yang cepat diantaranya penggunaan media dan metode pembelajaran berbasis digital.Diantara media digital yang digunakan dalam penerapan pendidikan ekopedagogik dalampembelajaran IPS di era new normal adalah media pembelajaran barcode. Peserta didik memilikimotivasi dalam mempelajari Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) tentang materi kerusakan lingkungan.Karena dikemas dalam bentuk digital sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi sekarang yaitu mahirdalam mengoperasikan perangkat digital. Sehingga pembelajaran berbasis ekopedagogik di era newnormal mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran peserta didik dalam menjaga keseimbangan alam.

Abstract

Transportasi yang padat tentunya memiliki dampak bagi kehidupan. Salah satu dampak yang palingnyata adalah tingginya tingkat kebisingan. Kebisingan banyak dirasakan pada wilayah yang dekatdengan jalanan atau daerah perkotaan. Kebisingan merupakan tingkat suara yang mengganggu dandapat berdampak pada kesehatan. Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup dalam Keputusan MentriLH (1996) menetapkan batas mutu tingkat kebisingan sebesar 55 dB(A). Tujuan penelitian ini adalahmengetahui seberapa besar kebisingan karena pengaruh lajukendaraan yang melintas, terutamakendaraan berat sekaligus untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kebisingan yang diterima dilokasipenelitian jika dibandingkan dengan ambang batas mutu yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini merupakanstudi kasus menggunakan aplikasi sound level meter smartphone dan dilakukan selama dua haridiperoleh data prosentase kendaraan berat sebesar 11,19 % dari total keseluruhan 717 kendaraanyang melintas. Tingkat kebisingan yang terjadi mencapai rata-rata 61,8 %.

Abstract

This article examines concept of learning styles and the effect on students' critical thinking ability. According to United Nations (UN) critical thinking skills (critical thinking skills) is characteristic of the current era of globalization of society, namely the knowledge society (knowledge-based scoeity). But critical thinking is considered by most students is difficult, moreover, the lesson is still centered on the lecturer (Teacher Centered Learning) so that students are difficult to express ideas. So that students' critical thinking skills are still low. Learning style is considered to be a means to develop critical thinking abilities. It is based on the results of the study Nurbaeti, et al (2015) There is a positive relationship between learning style with critical thinking skills. Based on these descriptions, the necessary efforts to develop students' critical thinking skills by observing the learning style of each individual. Achievement of critical thinking skills of students affected by many factors, one of which is learning style. In addition to the use of appropriate teaching methods, learning styles also a motivating factor to achieve critical thinking skills. Because the student's learning style has a close connection with the achievement of the average value of critical thinking skills and cognitive abilities of learners
